Not only was the staff all friendly and greeted me both times, my salesperson Tina is the best I ve ever had and I ve bought 5 cars from dealerships in my lifetime. So knowledgeable of the process and how to make the best deal and made it go smoothly and pleasantly. Went way out of her way to make this experience the best! Thank you to the whole Bergey s team from sales to finance to service A+++!!

I ve used this location to service my Volt in the past and always had a great experience.Recently had the pleasure to purchase a used Bolt EUV from Kevin. This was my first sales experience here and went as smooth and quick as you could want purchasing a vehicle.Kevin was very accommodating with my multiple vehicle trades and requests before picking up the vehicle. Everyone I dealt during the process was courteous and friendly as well

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee there from Lito. This was my second vehicle that I purchased from him and Bergeys. What a great experience. They kept within our price range. Let us test drive by ourselves. And Lito and the finance manager stayed late so we could finish the purchase of the Jeep in the same day!!! I needed 2 new remotes for the Jeep. Lito and Michael (used car manager) went above and beyond to get those for me. Bergeys is trustworthy and just amazing customer service:)))

I bought my 2024 Tahoe from you, 90 plus miles away from my home. You made the purchase and trade of my 2016 Tahoe seamless. You delivered my new Tahoe and picked up the 2016 Tahoe without any issues. The Manager I dealt with Philip Munson was very professional and helpful. I happened upon Bergey s Chevrolet when looking for a quality used truck. Along the way I was never pressured to buy something I wasn t looking for. I was able to gather the information from Max R at my own pace and ultimately decided a new truck was the best option for me.It was a pleasure working through the deal with Max. And was the most pleasant car buying experience I ve had. When the deal was finalized I was further impressed by the finance manager s help in understanding the final deal and left with a feeling of knowing I got the truck I wanted.I would recommend these guys to my friends and family next time they are in the market for a new car or truck!Pat G.

Made the appointment by phone. Brought the car to the service center where they used a comprehensive camera system to take complete pictures of the entire car that includes the undercarriage. They updated me by phone with repairs necessary. Also let me know about an outstanding recall that I was unaware of. Had a shuttle service. Very pleased.

Great service! They went out of their way to be sure I was able to get a loaner. As a pediatric home care nurse that has clients in remote areas, that was vital. Service was quick, friendly, and even reminded me of a critical maintenance device, which I was able to take care of while my car was there.

This dealership went above and beyond with handling a recall that I unfortunately ignored until the part failed. Recognizing the potential safety issue they took my vehicle right away and had it fixed within the hour as I waited in their comfortable customer waiting area. The Service provided by Holly Thompson was EXCELLENT as usual. My vehicle did not start and needed a battery. Holly was able to resolve my issue immediately in her normal professional manner; HOWEVER I observed the Service Manager using inappropriate tone and language towards Holly and another Service Specialist. Holly Thompson never deserves to be spoken to in this manner. This is my second negative experience with Bergey's in two experiences. My spouse and I made arrangements to trade in our Buick Encore that was purchased at the Bergey's GMC dealership for a 2023 Trailblazer. We dealt with our regular salesperson, Keith Hacker who has sold us many, many vehicles over the years. However, this time the gentlemen that gave us the trade in amount low balled us by $2500.00 + dollars. We ended up buying a Toyota RAV Hybrid with an appropriate trade in value. So, my spouse and I will never be purchasing a vehicle from Bergey's again and will only service my 2021 Colorado as long as Holly is still working!Also, please note I have asked numerous persons, including the GM to have the Dealer Owner contact me about my recent experiences with the dealership. There is no contact information available for her that I can find, so this is why I keep asking for contact information. I think it is very important that she know about my recent experiences.

Great car buying experience. My dad has bought many cars from Bergey s over the years, so I decided to try them out myself. Excellent prices, ample inventory, and fair dealing. They were generous with the offer on my trade in and made things easy to decide without pressuring me or trying to shortchange me. I ended up buying a used 2020 Chevy Equinox LS. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for used or new GM vehicles, and I will look here first when I buy my next car.

Had to buy a vehicle that day. Most salesmen would probably look at that like blood in the water and try to milk that for all it s worth but Guy took his time with me even though it was late. He let me look at several vehicles and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn t want to do. He was very knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle. I ended up buying the one I wanted and was very happy with the transaction and with Guy. Bergey s helped me out in an emergency situation a couple years ago and I promised I would buy my next car from them and I kept that promise and I m glad I did.

We purchased a just off lease 2020 Blazer last Sarurday. Our salesman Keith took the time and went out of his way to accommodate us and give us the best deal possible. We weren't buying a high end corvette or anything but we retreated as if we were And it didn't go unnoticed. Next time we need a new car I know where it will be going first. Thank you keith and the fine people from Bergy's who made this a not so complicated transaction.

I used Bergey's for a routine service check. They were very professional and accurate in scheduling and predicting when and where I would get the car back. Due to an unpredicted event on my end, I had to reschedule and they were able to accommodate me with no hassle. Extremely good customer service for my routine check.

We have now purchased two different Chevy s from Kevin Ryan @Bergey s. He is an upfront, honest and helpful salesman. He never pressured us or pushed us.
