Caution Beware: the flaps and brushes smack and rub against your car with great force. Afterwards I noticed many many scratches in my clear coat that I could not buff out. I have a quote for $384 to fix the issue. I am very particular with my cars, but if you are not, you may like this place. I would recommend Bergey's car on Rt. 113 in Franconia, nothing touches the car except high pressure water and soap, nothing mechanical. It does a very good job.

Not Jeep Wrangler friendly & it's Very pricey for a spotty car wash, the cost was $20 or $17 for full wash + $3 tire shine. Also, avoid the right side entrance for the unmanned car wash as it's not Jeep Wrangler friendly, as the angle of the water jets sprayed through the door seals-jams and I have wet interior.

An unmanned automatic car wash - you park in the tunnel and the car wash machine moves around the car. Then you drive very slowly through the blowers to dry the car. One can buy prepaid credit online through their website and get 20% extra, which is what I did. Vacuums available by the exit if needed.

Best car shop I have been to Steve There has been very friendly welcoming and has great conversations with his customers there. He s an awesome person and gives good advice with whatever you need help with. I also love going to a car wash and see that the people that run it also wash their car in the same car wash.Round of applause for this car was has been the best wash. Been going there for 2 1/2 years and still going there now I will never change.Services: Delivery, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Great car wash! I had an issue with the wash and the onsite manager was not only compassionate he was very kind. He corrected the error quickly and reasonably. Great guy! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! My gas door was broken and car was dented by this car wash, I called and I requested the video. The gas door was clearly shut when I entered the wash. The spin brush opened the gas door while in the wash and ripped the door and and it also dented the car. I asked that the car wash submit to their insurance company and they told me they were not responsible. I filed a complaint with the Hatfield police.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing

Really good car wash, quick, efficient and does not have that track that I always worry will scratch wheels with low profile tires! Car came out clean and mostly dry, but bring a hand towel to dry the little bit that remains, if you wish. You get 90 seconds under the dryer, so time it right to make the most of it. Was surprised to see they charge for the vacuums, I did hope that they would be included with the $16 wash, but not the end of the world. Overall, very good.

Disappointing experience. No receipt, no attendant. The instructions weren t clear. I could hear an automated voice but couldn t make it out very well because the machine was running and it was noisy. When it said to drive forward it felt like I had to drive over something. The car wasn t cleaned well (I chose the platinum wash). But same price for one up the street with attendants, additional cleaning features/polishes, clear directions, and a clean car. Cool idea, but ultimately disappointing.

This is the best car wash ever. Customers that want a receipt after paying for your wash right at the bottom you have to push the button that says receipt to receive one it will not automatically give you a receipt. And you don't have to listen for instructions they are written on both poles as well as a sign on the grass that says directions

I have been to this car wash many of times. Have always enjoyed it but recently (multiple times) you go to pay and there is a network error and you can t get your car washed. They offer you to go online to get a code but honestly if I wanted to do that I would before hand. I want to swipe my card and go. It s been a pain so now I go down the street to the other car wash and it s a breeze!

On the Easter Day, came here for car wash. It is not my first time, I have come here at least 5 more times before, and I have used the left washer. I picked the silver option. It sprayed water but auto wipers didn t start working. I didn t pull the car further. Rude owner came and started blaming me, he said I watched you, you did it wrong from the beginning till the end . He started the wash again without warning me, my window was down, so soapy water sprayed inside my car. When the wash was over, I slowly pulled my car, and it wasn t appropriately washed, it wasn t appropriately dried. This is my last time here ever. Terrible experience. I don t recommend it just due to the disrespectful owner, and the bad service.

Decent car wash. With this place you need to position your car properly as it's cleaned and dried. You drive through each piece of the process rather than be pulled on a conveyer. Vacuums cost a dollar (no coins) for use but the timer is extremely short.

To whom it may concern.....the tire shine in both bays are lacking just a little bit, especially the one on the left, other than that it's the best car wash in Montgomery County!!!

Using this particular automatic car wash almost 4 years and very satisfied with provided service. It's easy to use, makes my car spotlessly clean and shiny attendant is awesome guy and my buddy. Highly recommend

Don't use cash because there's rarely change to dispense. See an attendant. At 2am? Print out receipt to show an attendant next day. No Paper in machine! My car is MUCH cleaner here than other local washes. I come during the day now.

I took my car through the 24 hour car wash Hatfield today and I am absolutely impressed by how clean my car is. I ve been through other car washes and my car always looked dirty and the windshield was never fully clean. But today I can honestly say my windshield was fully clean and my car doesn t have any dirt residue on it. You definitely get 5 stars from me. I will recommend your car wash to everyone. Thank you for making this car owner happy.

Bad experience, nowhere did I see on any sign that my mirrors needed to be tucked in in order to go through. Decent amount of damage on passenger side mirror and owner did not offer anything to compensate me for the damage. If there is a sign on the property it is not obviously visible. Shouldn't have to read fine print to wash your truck. The quality of wash was bad too, not clean around the door handles or tailgate at all.

Great little place, opened 24 hours. Owner is an excellent human! No need looking for the quarter machine cause the vacuums use dollars, love that. Carwash takes cash or card very convenient car is always clean. No little dark water spots from dirty carwashes, NOT HERE! VERY RECOMMENDED! This spot is excellent if you want to be in your car while having it washed. The left lane doesn't offer a tire shine but the right lane does. The most expensive wash is $15 And tire shine option is $3. The other washes are $8 and $11 If you're looking for cheaper a spot where you're spraying your own car down is the best option. You can pay with cash or a card.

Today I decided to visit this car wash on the way to work and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. My brand new car now has scratches on the hood and doors and swirls all over the car. The car is only a few months old that is barely driven and well taken care of. Now I need to find a detailer to compound my car. The car got barely cleaned and came out with patches of dirt and tree pollen all over the car. Do yourself a favor and don t make the mistake like I did, go somewhere else.

Love this place! Quick, convenient and does a decent job 24/7. The prices are ok and you can upgrade from standard wash to include waxes and other add ons. Also I have never noticed swirling or scratches after a wash from the brushes or washing cloths. Nice spot free shine!

Took my car here for the first time since it it looked new and clean. Very disappointed, did not clean the front of the car at all even though it has brushes. Missed spots in some areas as well. Had to take it to another place down the road that did the job. Unfortunately just not worth the money if it didn t do the job. If you want to vacuum, that would be extra cost. Go elsewhere with better equipment and free vacuum.

Overall a very efficient car wash, though be aware this is a contact car wash with brushes/etc. If you have solid matter on your car this may cause scratches so just be aware. The clean is very effective and I was satisfied with the shine it left on the car.

Great car wash, it s amazing how well the tire shine looks when added, I always bring a towel to dry it a little more, but it s not necessary.

Does a thorough job..including rims & tires.**3rd UPDATE**I had said not to get the tire dressing as it wouldn't apply it to all wheels.If you want tire dressing use the 1st bay (the side closest to 309 as it was applied evenly to all 4 tires however when I used the 2nd bay it was only applied to the driver's side tires and not any to the passenger side of the car.Back to 5 stars

I love the shine on my tires after I depart. It's an automatic-manual car wash. Good for dirty cars.

The other day I pulled in to get my car washed and realized I left my purse at work. As I was backing out, a man came back and waved me over. I rolled my window down and explained I would come tomorrow because I forgot my wallet at work. He still waved me over and paid for my wash! I will absolutely be back and continue to give my business!
