Santoni s saved the day when our truck broke down. They responded quickly to tow, diagnose, and repair the issues so we could be back on the road as quickly as possible. They understood how crucial it was to get the truck back on the road for our small business. We own a 5th wheel camper and there sure are not a lot of local places that do State inspections. I was very glad to have found Santoni's garage could accommodate my needs. Pat, his father and the mechanics were ALL very friendly and made me feel like a "valued" customer. RV's can be a challenge and I am glad I have a local shop that can do the mechanical repairs if needed to my unit let alone inspect it. Being courteous goes a long way in building client relations. I would highly recommend them for their services especially RV inspections. Thanks guys.....don't retire anytime soon!!

Santoni s fixed a long standing issue with my diesel truck. They were professional showing pictures in their estimate and describing the issues with great detail. The truck is now running great. Should have written a review sooner but it just came to mind so I will write one now. I am an equipment broker and last October one of my customers had a truck that needed a tire re-seated and we were right in the middle of a sale! Bad timing I know! Santoni's took us into their shop right away with no appointment, re-seated the tire, and in addition fixed up some wiring issues on the head and tail lights. Took less than an hour and the price was very fair. They saved my sale and we were very pleased!

Honestly best place to go to if you have any kind of Diesel vehicle. There very knowledgeable and they go over every detail. Everyone knows that these days finding a good diesel mechanic is a a difficult task. I've had my share of bad experiences with other shops. These guys are a great friendly, family owned business and they do an awesome job of explaining mechanical issues with our trucks and completing repairs.

Pat diagnosed a troubling issue I had with my windshield wipers where they would occasionally not shut off. The only way to stop them was to shut off the car. He kept me in the loop as he checked the potential problems and identified the issue. The part arrived quickly and the repair was complete in under an hour! Great job and I will definitely be coming back.

On our 77command vehicle the rear went bad. Santoni s order the parts and it back in serviced the same week.

Took my F550 in to get an inspection and to fix the broken trailer light connection. They called me and said my starter was broken. I told them not to touch the starter (it seemed a little bit odd that the starter magically broke as soon as they got their hands on the truck). Came to pick it up, not only did they not fix the trailer lights, but they tried to charge almost $800 to "diagnose" a broken starter and to inspect the truck. Strangely enough two of the starter mounting bolts are now "missing." If it were worth my time I would take this joke of a mechanic to court.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Patrick, is rude, unprofessional, and lied about what he did (did NOT actually) do to our vehicle. I have never been treated so poorly by a business and I still have the same exact issues with my vehicle as I did when I dropped it off.
