They've always been able to help me when I've needed it, and if there was a problem after they serviced my vehicle, They got me right back in and took care of it immediately. Thank you Daniel! I pretty much was on a long trip to Philly when I unexpectedly ran into a car issue and had to stop by. I called the place and he was very kind, genuine and professional. He helped me get back on set to go home. Thank you to him and the staff for being so friendly!

My dad s car needed a new battery. They conveniently had an opening on the same day (Sunday). I had explained to Dave at the front desk that my dad barely drives the car. He recommended a switch on the battery so that we can turn off the electrical use when not using for long periods of time. It was a great suggestion ! They replaced the battery and installed the switch Service was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was out running errands and one of my tires was low again. I figured I had a slow leak so I tried to add air but it was almost flat. Pep Boys was the closest place to go and they were able to get my car right in. They checked the tire, were able to patch it, and I was on my way in about an hour. Suzanne at the front desk was super friendly and helpful!

Dave and team provided me with honest and trusted advice. They were able to fit me in on the same day and kept me current on the status of my car. If coupons and discounts applied, they let me know and I got a significant amount of money off my total bill. I would go back again for sure!

Came in this morning to get an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. Dave took me right in and got things going pretty quickly, then told me they could also do my inspection since it was due in a couple of months. All told took a little over two hours, not bad considering no appointment and it s a holiday. Dave was super friendly!

My son made an appointment for 10:00 AM on Saturday to possibly have a new tire put on. They told him there were a few appointments ahead of him so he d have to leave his car as they re understaffed. Fine.4:30 the NEXT AFTERNOON he is finally getting his car back. They never even apologized!! AND he had to call them several times to get an update.VERY POOR customer service! I get that places are understaffed but that is NO EXCUSE for such poor customer service and to not even apologize.And several people came and went while he sat there for over 2 HOURS after them having the car for over a day and a half. It took him going in for them to finally even look at the car!They took advantage because my son didn t cause a scene or anything. Extremely unprofessional!

Mario was extremely polite and knowledgeable when through my car being serviced. From drop off, to giving updates, to pickup and payment he was attentive, polite, and professional. Always a pleasure to work with the crew at pep boys in collegeville. You never know if you re getting the truth when it comes to work on your car but they are a trusted place for us!

I usually never leave a bad review. Two weeks ago I dropped my car off for a few things. I dropped it off Saturday at 10 AM. I guess because I left it, my car did not take priority, even though I made it by my appointment time. I did not get my car back until 5PM Sunday. Now I understand I did ask for more than one thing, but to me that s pretty ridiculous. I was told by the man running the front desk (who I believe is also the manager) that they were going to call me the next day because they have a part that is needed for my tire. It has now been almost two weeks without a single phone call. I understand time gets away from you and staffing is an issue, but I m very unhappy about my whole experience.

I made a 7:30 appointment on Saturday to have my car inspected and a sun roof leak to be fixed. I left my car. I had not heard anything by 3 PM, so I called and was told it had not been looked at. I waited several more hours and again called at 6:39 PM. At this point, I was told that it was not going to be worked on today; that the Inspector had left at 5:00 PM. When I said that I brought it in at 7:30 AM (my appointment time), I was told that they had to work on cars that weren't finished from the say before and that there were cars dropped off the night before! I WAS NOT TOLD ANY OF THIS WHEN I DROPPED OF MY CAR. I was not asked if there would be a problem if my car couldn't be inspected that day. We have been customers for years but this type service is unacceptable. We now need to find somewhere else to get our car worked on.

Dave and his team were awesome to deal with. i had multiple issues and he really took care of me and showed me the most cost effective way to tackle it. great feeling to deal with a place you know is trying to look out for you and keep your business instesd of charging you as much as possible. customer for life

Dave the service manager was great! Even though they were super busy today he found a way to get my battery changed within hours. Saved me a lot of hassle. Super friendly and very customer oriented. Let me know about lots of promotions they have running all the time which will save me even more $ in the future. Will definitely be going back here.

Dave, the service manager, and his team saved the day in an emergency with the fastest pit crew style tire change I ve seen. Due to their expedient service, there were 12 more happy Eagles fans able to make it to the game on time. They were very friendly, and even still willing to provide a fair price in such an emergency. Thank you for saving the day. Go Birds!

I made an appointment for an oil change, and realized my inspection had expired! I called them only 10 mins before and they said they could do the extra work still. Dave is always telling you what's up with your car, and what you *need* to be driving again. His team is fast, and my go to for all of my car work in Collegeville.

Dave and Mario fielded a contant stream of calls, walk-in requests (including me), and pick-ups with calmness, professionalism, and care. They're among the busiest Pep Boys on the East Coast with good reason. The whole team worked through quite a few vehicles with a great flow, ease, and trust amongst themselves - very reassuring for us first-time customers.

Drove 2 hrs to the area for an athletic event at the local college. Upon arrival my car battery light started blinking. I knew it wasn t a good sign and was unsure if I would be able to make the drive back home. I found this story about a mile from campus and Dave and his technicians really saved us. He was able to get the car in quickly and replace the alternator the same day. Allowed me to still see my kid run at the meet and make the 2 hr drive back homeI m forever grateful for this shop

Had to take time to give Dave and his crew at Collegeville PepBoys a shout out for their great attention to detail and thoughtful service. This is an extremely busy store and it's been under renovation for months; yet they are still able to deliver the highest customer service. I trust Dave with my fleet car, family car and 2 of my kids' cars. They ALWAYS do their best to accommodate me and get the job done right. I watch them juggling incoming phone calls pick-ups, drop-offs and more ... staying cool as Cucumbers ... keep up the good work guys!! We appreciate you! I hope your regional/ Sr. management reads this and gives you all a much deserved raise!

Had my worst pepboy experience at collegeville location. I dropped off my car in the morning for a get a patch on a tier. Returned around 6 pm in the afternoon to pick up the car. The tier wasn t fixed until 6 pm. First the manager said the tier is fixed they only need to get it on the car. But the mechanic started working on the tier about 30 mins after I got there. I asked about it and manager said they found another issue with the tier. The tier had a nail and I noticed the mechanic pulling the nail out and fixing it after I went to pick the car up. There were no any other issues. They just didn t get to it. Instead of accepting they didn t fix it on time the manger lied to the customer. Very dissatisfied with the service. Did a drop off and had to wait additional 90 mins to pick up the car after I returned. Not recommending this shop.

Was helped by Mr Dave today with an oil change and tire rotation and he did a superb job in providing the best services at the best cost. Made sure to elaborate where my money was going to and what other options I had available. Overall 10/10 experience!

I made an appointment for an inspection, and I received an email confirming a 12:30pm service appointment for an inspection. Dropped my vehicle off several hours prior to the appointment, then waited several hours after my scheduled appointment to hear something. When I called at 4:00pm, they had not even looked at my car, and both the service woman and the manager were less than friendly on the phone. I was told that they would need to keep it overnight just to look at it. I was told that they were still working on the vehicles they started the previous day. This does not explain why they were unable to notify me that they would be unable to look at my car the entire day. When I picked up my car (that still wasn't looked at), I was told by the manager that service appointment times do not mean that they will look at your vehicle at that time. The PepBoys employees at the Collegeville location have no consideration, or concern for customer's time.

Had a terrible experience last time I went here (an oil change and tire alignment took 3 days to complete despite setting up an appointment a week in advance). Called to set up state inspection, was put on hold for 8 minutes, and I hung up and took my business else where. Its 11 am on a Thursday - these people aren't busy they just outright suck.

I received wonderful service from Dave and his team at Collegeville Pep Boys. When I explained my life situation, they did everything they could to find a great solution at a great price. It is very reassuring to have the confidence that I have a place I trust for quick and quality car service.

I came here in the suggestion of a friend. I have a few visits under my belt and find my visits to meet or exceed expectations. Suzanne was easy to work with over the phone. David, the manager, was pleasant to work with in person. I m always skeptical of getting my car serviced and I appreciated Dave taking the time to review my invoice carefully with me to ensure all the incentives I saw online reflected correctly. He even helped me identify one I had not come across saving me a few extra dollars. I did wait a bit longer than I would have liked but David set that expectation as I was checking in - so I won t hold that against them. I will do business again with this location.

I got a nail in my tire unexpectedly and I was so nervous to get it fixed before it got worse. Not only was Pep Boys open later than others, they also took me in and patched my tire an hour before closing. Both Suzanne and the gentlemen who changed my tire were so nice. Thank you so much!

I showed up as a walk in and they took me next in line for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait time was very reasonable especially given that I didn't make an appointment. They will try to sell you a lot of stuff that you may not be looking for, so be ready for that, but they did also remind me to get the coupons off the website.

I called to get an appointment to get my tire repaired. I spoke to Dave the manager. When I arrived ( as said on my phone call that I would have a little bit of a wait). The issue with my tire was resolved and fixed. The staff was friendly and pleasant. This location has great hours. I would use this location again and recommend others.
