We just had a wonderful customer experience upgrading our 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Joe offered so many varying options but was equally adept at helping to narrow down our needs and wants for leather, tires and upgrades to the suspension. Joe offered valuable recommendations for other changes we need to make but that he doesn t offer in his shop currently. Saved us so much time and energy to get it all done through Locked n Loaded s industry partners. Even better than that for us, when our time is most valuable these days it was all completed in such a short amount of time. Thank you Joe for everything you did for us, you ve made a forever customer.

I contacted Joe from Locked N Loaded for a super last minute request to get my Jeep worked on for the event I was going to. I had my Jeep in a while back for gussets and trusses to be done. He did an amazing job. I couldn t have been more happier with the work.Everything was perfect! I just recently took my Jeep in to get the front locker looked at because another shop had messed up my front locker so it no longer worked. He got me in right away! He does amazing work. If you need any work done to your Jeep I 1000% recommend Locked N Loaded. I don t trust any other shop to touch my Jeep! If you want your Jeep taken care of and don t have to worry about getting screwed over. Go to Locked N Loaded!! You will not regret it!!

Look No Further! This is where you go for excellence, professionalism, and honest work. I Explained to Joe my issues and concerns with my recent build also the fact that I drive my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon for a living, so ride quality is necessary. Joe knew Exactly what was needed. Now my Jeep Gladiator on 37's cruises down the highway like a Luxury SUV! Couldn't be happier, and from now on I will always go to Joe!

I highly recommend them!!Joe spent hours helping me design my dream Jeep build. He built my Jeep as if it was his own. He was in contact throughout the process with updates. Service like this is nearly impossible to find. Joe will be building all of my projects!!

Joe and his team are top notch mechanics and just good people. Nice to feel good about an experience where you spend a lot of money and get treated right. They tried their best to keep my vision for my truck in mind and kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, my truck looks and drives better than I imagined it and I couldn t be happier. If you want to go get to places like this go to Locked N Loaded!I've had my Icon/Fox custom suspension for 2 years of hard offroading and overlanding and haven't had a single issue. The work the guys did has let me go places other people can't, and with no exaggeration has changed my life.Joe is always happy to answer any questions that come up even though I'm not in the area anymore. He also invests time in his employees and runs a clean, honest shop.I can't recommend Locked N Loaded highly enough.

Just had a great experience with Joe at Locked and Loaded. He was able to squeeze me in asap and completely the work in 15 min when other shops quoted an 90 min. The kind of shop you want to partner with. Will definitely be back.

We wanted to lift our Jeep and based on the outstanding reviews and lift manufacturer recommendation, we chose to drive 7 hours to Locked N Loaded. Joe and his team installed the lift kit, shocks, steering components, and new tires and wheels on our 2021 Jeep. He also fabricated and welded on some front LCA skid plates. Since then we've driven 15K miles, wheelin' in AZ, CA, CO, PA, and UT, and we couldn't be happier! Joe does quality work, respects his customers, and stands behind his work. Thanks Joe!

Called Joe to schedule a regear and locker install and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience. I had done my homework, but he asked some things I hadn't considered and offered insights that helped me decide. He worked hard to make sure I had a great experience, documented the process which gave me great peace of mind and ultimately delivered a great result. I would highly recommend him!

I don t write these often, but when I do it s for good reason. Upon the very first phone call to Joe he had my trust. I drove nearly 3 hours to get the work done bypassing many shops by me. The attention to detail, the knowledge and the respect this man and his crew have are unmatched. I ve already recommended this place to several friends and look forward to building a long working relationship with this shop. For any off road needs, do not hesitate! This is where you want to go, and if you don t go here you will wish you did!

Joe and his team are absolutely amazing! We had such a great experience; I m already trying to think of what we can have them do next. Joe s passion, attention to detail, and knowledge was apparent when we met to discuss the plans for our first custom jeep fabrication. Joe and his team did an amazing job on my 16 JK. They worked tirelessly all day to go above and beyond to ensure perfectIon.Joe himself is highly educated in Jeep quality. If not for him I would have cheaped out on rough country parts that would rusted out in a few years. Thanks to him, my Jeep is decked out in smittybilt and could not look better.Lastly, his prices...they will beat any competitors guaranteed. He freed up so much of my budget I was able to add a limited slip differential, which was not in the original project plans.

We recently had some work done to our EcoDiesel Jeep Rubicon and I couldn t be happier with the results. Everyone was helpful and gave their honest opinions, not once did we feel like someone was trying to sell us anything we didn t need. This will be where we continue to take our jeep for any work!

Joe and his team did an excellent job at installing 4.56 gears in my 2020 JL Wrangler. He was professional and timely and explained all of the steps of the process. I also had him install a LOD Destroyer rear bumper with tire swing which included relocating the rear camera, 3rd brake light and license plate all of which he did an excellent job at and all work just like the factory. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for work done on your newer Wrangler.

6 months ago I got a GREAT deal on a 2008 Wrangler with really low miles. It didn't drive straight on road and wouldn't do well off road either. Joe @ Locked and Loaded put together a plan to build it out to what it is today. 6 months later.... Lifted, new wheels and tires, bumpers, rocks sliders, steering upgrades, new gears (4.56), new drive shafts, Tru trac LSD, winch, lighting, etc. Now it drives straight as an arrow on road and handles everything I've thrown at it off road (so far). Highly recommended. Thanks Joe.

Went to Joe looking to upgrade my Jeeps suspension and gearing. Joe and his staff took the time to explain the pros and cons of each available suspension and allowed me to make a more informed desicion about what items were best for my individual needs. The quality of the work, price and personalities of the staff combine for great service with a personal touch for your 4x4 or Jeep.

Phenomenal service and workmanship. Joe and his team took the time to not only give me what I asked for, but came up with even better options and suggestions. During the process, they sent pictures of the progress, and stayed in touch even though I was out of town at the time. They even came in on the weekend for the big reveal. Brought my jeep gladiator in for a 2.5 lift and new wheels took them one day and it was fantastic. A very knowledgeable staff super friendly and a great place. I 100% feel I could call them and ask a question and get the dedicated help neededThanks again guys you did great work

Way beyond expectations!!I had never heard of Locked N Loaded when searching for a shop to make some suspension mods on my 2008 4Runner. The many 5-star reviews that I read provided me with pretty good assurance that I would receive quality work, but the proof would be in the pudding, as the saying goes.Bottom line? USE THESE GUYS!!From the outset, Joe kept me informed with his findings regarding some other issues that needed attention. He then coordinated that work with a nearby shop (Ben at B&M Auto Repair...they are 5-star also!)When I picked up my 4Runner, it was like driving a brand new vehicle! The next day, I towed a small trailer and kayaks 300 miles to the Allegheny National Forest...smooth as silk on I-80, and perfectly aligned.For the kayak put-ins, the 4Runner managed several steep, rocky and rutted dirt roads like a champ.Joe and team, I can't thank you enough for the new life that you breathed into my tired old 4Runner.

I gave them the challenge of shortening my kayak trailer that was too big for my garage. They knew exactly what to do. Took them only 4 hours to make it 7 inches shorter in height and 3 feet shorter in length. Thanks guys!

Excellent experiences with Joe and his crew. They are very accommodating and know exactly what I wanted to have done. If you want to make improvements to your 4x4, this is the place to get it done. I totally love my F150 and the work done.

I called Joe about a problem I was having with my Jeep. He knew exactly what I was dealing with and gave me many options on how to rectify it. After deliberation on my end, I decided to go with a full 3 link Clayton long arm kit and some other things. Joe is extremely knowledgeable with all things Jeeps and has built himself a great business. Joe communicates very well. He always kept me up to date with what was going on. A week after I picked the Jeep up he called me to see if I was happy with it. Not many people do that anymore. He genuinely wants to make sure you get what you want and you are happy with your experience.

I can not recommend Locked and Loaded enough! They are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth great to deal with! Joe is straight up honest and extremely trustworthy, he will not try to sell you something you don't need like many other places. Joe went above and beyond for me and I could not be more pleased with the way it turned out. I consider him a good friend after this project and feel like a part of the locked and loaded family now. Last but not least he s a great teacher to a new student in the Jeep world.Thank you Joe & his crew for getting my Jeep done.
