This is a first rate business with excellent customer service. I used them to replace the lock on my car door. Between the prompt service, solid skills and knowledge, and letting me know all the options to keep the cost down, I could not be happier. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any locksmith services. I would definitely use them again if I have any needs in the future.

I was locked out of my house last night. New QuikSet lock that I haven't fully learned to operate or program. Phillip came within a very short time. Got me in my house and even put the delivery boxes that were on my porch inside for me. Just a lovely young man who cares about the clients he serves.I hope to never get locked out again, but if I do, I'll be sure to call Father & Son of Collegeville!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Went here to get some blanks I purchased online to have cut, which Chris did promptly. He didn't charge me since I bought them elsewhere so I tried to buy some blanks from him to pay for his service in someway which he refused lol. Very nice guy and some good conversation.Stark difference from Lowe's and Home Depot that just refused to cut my blanks no matter what.Thank you again Chris, it was nice meeting you!

Locked my keys out of the car this morning. They were my first call. Answered the phone right away and we re out to help me in no time. Had the car open in two minutes flat and I am just so appreciative for their expeditious service. Great and reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

If you live in Downingtown, Exton, Phoenixville or the surrounding areas and have the misfortune of locking your keys in your car CALL Chris. Other companies charged 3x what he does, and they quoted a 2.5 hour wait. Chris was there in 35 minutes, was way less expensive and went the extra mile. He programmed my lock code to avoid future lock outs and refused a tip! Honest and excellent.

I was recently gifted a 2006 Nissan Maxima and am using it as a 2nd car. The car is in excellent shape, but only came with one key and fob. I first contacted our local Nissan dealer, but they wanted about $400 for a replacement set. After a little research, I purchased both the key and fob new online for less than $50, and took the key to Father & Son Locksmith in Collegeville, PA where I met Chris. Talk about amazing service, Chris first verified the key would work as advertised, then programmed the key in less than 10 minutes, and he did it for less than what was originally quoted. Let's just say that my entire purchase (key, fob, cut and programming) was about a quarter of what the dealership wanted and everything works perfectly. I feel like I hit the lottery! Thanks Chris and Father & Son Locksmith. You guys are GREAT!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This is what other companies should aspire to. If you are not currently using this company, you MUST switch. I have over 5 million views on Google reviews from my posts, and I hope everyone sees this one.Service tech (Phillip), called me within 10 mins of my initial call and said he could be out in an hour. He installed our new lock within 10 minutes and was kind enough to look at our front door and correct several issues. Phillip was extremely professional and very thorough!The best home service experience I have ever incurred.PHILLIP, thank you! Top notch service on your part!

I would highly recommend Father & Son Locksmith! We lost the keys to our car and it was parked at the train station. We called and their representative was so understanding and helpful he went to the station and supplied us with 2 keys all within an hour of us contacting him! Thank you so much!

Had a key cut for my 2003 Lexus Is300 today (8/3/18). The cutting process was fast and precise! The owner was a nice and honest guy who really knew his stuff! The key works great! And the price was great too!

He s located in Collegeville and he did my Acura TSX 2010 key fob. He s a great guy and his prices are insanely reasonable, while other places I called were charging so much! Father & son Locksmith are my new locksmiths for all future car keys I ever need. Make sure you come here you will thank me!

Excellent! Philip came out same day and changed the locks a property we recently purchased. And then he fixed our doorknob that had been broken for over six months, with multiple attempts to fix by various people. It works better than ever now and is lined up perfectly! I called Chris on short notice to reprogram a key fob for my Infiniti m45s and he was super quick to respond and help. Fixed the problem and had my key fob working same day. This place is great and all the reviews are right Chris does a fantastic job.

I was informed that I would have to buy a new ignition, period. I was quoted $650.00-780.00. After trying repeatedly to unlock the ignition, I decided to fix it. I found this video and went through it step by step. Got to the end and key turned when only in its housing. When I placed the key cylinder into rest of the ignition assembly, the key wouldn t budge, again. I tried everything I could think of, including re-doing stages, but nothing would get the key to budge. Out of desperation, I called the number at the beginning of the video, and Chris went through the final stages with me on Facebook. He told the step I was needing to do, so the key would turn. On the other side there is a large switch that I needed to depress as deep as it would go. Once I did it released the locked key and THE KEY TURNED AGAIN. It was very kind of Chris to take my phonecall and help us. Thank you very much Chris.

Several years ago we found Father & Son when we needed to change all the locks on our new home in Wayne, and I posted a review back then about what a pleasure it was to work with them. So today, with 2 car key fobs that have been giving us trouble for some time, we finally realized Chris could help us out with that too! Again, what a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what they are doing, takes care of the situation, doesn't overdo or oversell us, and just is a pleasure to do business with. Highest referral!

Chris was great! He made copies of my travel trailer keys. I called at a time outside during normal business hours and he was able to help me out which I did not expect considering it was so early in the morning. I would highly recommend Father and Son locksmith to anyone needing locksmith services.

Great Locksmith and available when you need him!!! He fit us in on short notice. He met us a minute from our home. He has all equipment with him in his work truck. This is the second time he has helped us out - he handled both cutting the car keys and programming the key FOBs. Great prices, too!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had no truck key for my Xterra and SOL. He made me two keys with chip programmed and gave me a remotes after driving out to my home. Very reasonable prices compared to the dealership . Thanks again!!
