My 2016 grand Cherokee got rear ended. Needed whole back bumper, paint work on another bumper. License plate plastics, back bumper protective plate and more. I came at the right time so I can't speak for everyone but 5 days. Done in 5 days. Now 4 months ago it'd of been many weeks because winter drivers. I had a good experience and they made my 3 month unwashed jeep look like when I bought it.

Justin and the team at crash champions did an awesome job on our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. The vehicle was only a couple months old and we were rear-ended. They replaced the rear bumper and recalibrated the sensors. It only took them four days because they ordered the parts prior to us having to drop it off. There was even a small hiccup with the first bumper coming in scratched but they had a second one expedited the second day. The vehicle came back cleaner then when we dropped it off with tire dressing to make the whole car look shiny and brand new like when we bought it out of the show room. We could not be more impressed with Justin's customer service, immediate reply emails, and understanding Professionalism when we had to reschedule last minute due to work conflict needing the car. Thank you Justin for doing an awesome job, we will recommend you in the future and you will have our business. Keep up the great work.

Honestly, if i could leave a 0 star rating.. I would. This shop left a bolt on a lower control arm loose. to the point where I could spin it with my fingers. When the car was brought back to them, instead of them taking responsibility for something incredibly serious... instead they're trying to put the blame on anyone else. saying someone must've loosened it. really? Waiting 3 months for a car to be done, you'd expect it to come back better than before. Not having loose bolts and axles not being installed correctly. I'm in awe.

Had my car fixed up about 3 weeks ago. Got it back after 3 months(was waiting on a part). Was driving around heard unusual cracking noises from time to time, took it to my friends shop she noticed the Axle was leaking, and the control arm bolt was not in all the way. My friend could literally unscrew the bolt with just her fingers To sum it up, my experience was okay.

I used Service King s online estimator when a neighbor backed into my car before Christmas. Small dent and some scuffs on the passenger side door, nothing major. It returned a reasonable estimate so I called and scheduled a time to drop it off the following day. When I got there, they didn t know I was coming, then it seemed like the person at the desk was trying to convince me to go elsewhere because of how busy they are. Afterwards, the original shop decided to transfer my car to another SK/Crash Champion location with less work. They called with an updated estimate that was over a thousand dollars more than the online estimate. When I decided to take my car elsewhere, I was told that I d have to pay $140.00 in towing fees since they paid to move my car from the original shop to another. I d been warned against using Service King or Crash Champion by people with similar bad experiences, but I figured everyone has a bad experience once in a while. There are a lot of great autobody shops around, I d recommend using any them besides Service King. I try to only leave positive reviews - again, I realize everyone has bad days - but this was a terrible experience from start to finish.

When it was Service King I think their pricing was fair. As Crash Champions they are a total rip off. I had a broken passenger side mirror that needed replacement. At the vehicle manufacturer dealership I was given a quote for $475 for the mirror and assembly and $175 for labor. I thought Crash champions will be cheaper so I went there. Boy was I wrong. The quoted $486 for materials, $303 for labor. In addition they quoted $417 for miscellaneous items. egregiously of that $417, they quoted $185 for pre vehicle diagnostics and $185 for post vehicle diagnostics. I asked for a basic passenger side mirror replacement that has no turn signals neither is it heated what is the $370 quote for diagnostics? So adding taxes there total price for a mirror replacement was $1278 vs $650 at the dealership.Needless to say I won't be stepping there. It's a total rippoff

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM GARAGE!! we used the online estimator prior to bringing our car to the Service King in Collegeville. THEY towed our car to the West Chester garage because THEY were short staffed in Collegeville. Then proceeded to call us and tell us our total was going to be $1,200 more than the online estimate we received. When we stated we would take our car elsewhere they made us drive all the way to pick it up in West Chester (45 min away) THEN proceeded to charge us $140 because THEY towed it to their other facility and another $65 for their prescan that we had received online for free .Just a follow up on my post. I have since taken my car to another auto body shop and the job that this scam garage quoted me at $3,100 and could take a month actually cost me $981 and took 3 days. DO NOT USE SERVICE KING!!!!!!

I have used Service King in Collegeville before so I knew that I would receive excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Everyone that I interacted with was personable and helpful. I was updated frequently regarding the process of the work that was to be done to my Jeep. The work was completed a couple of weeks sooner than the initial estimated delivery date I was thrilled about that. I was extremely happy with the appearance of my car when I picked it up as everything looked like new. It s quite obvious that Service King takes great pride in their work and cares about their customers!Amazing job, Service King! Thank you for all that you did to make me a completely satisfied customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an extremely positive experience with the staff at Service King, especially with the manager- Clay. All repairs were done thoroughly and efficiently, and the vehicle was done on-time. In addition, communication was on a regular basis without my prompting. Excellent service!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Was sent to Service King by my insurance agency. The curbside checkin and checkout process was smooth. They were up front and honest about their backlog of cars from recent storms and flooding but since the repair was minor, were able to get my car in within a few days. It was just nice to have proper expectations set. Looks like new and everything is under warranty with clear paperwork on what that means. Communication was great with text messages and calls from the service manager. Loved that Enterprise came to the location and I was able to drop the rental off there. Overall very pleased with the services offered.

While repairing our car in December, they had to replace one of our tires. In the course of doing so, they broke the tire pressure sensor, which is costing us an additional $230 to get fixed by Toyota. I'm very unimpressed with the quality of work at this shop.

I spoke with the call center for this company on a Monday. Arrangements were made with the call center to drop the vehicle off on Thursday and a rental car would be available to pick me up. I arrived on Thursday and the location had absolutely no idea I would be arriving. They told me they would not be able to even look at my vehicle until the following week, and there was no rental car present. I have decided to make arrangements with another company.

Horrible Customer Service - My passenger side door was T-boned. I took my car to this location and was told I could expect the car to be done by 12/1/18, two weeks after I dropped it off. I was called on 12/4/18 that my car was ready for pick up. At the time of pick up, it was closing time, I signed whatever paperwork and they provided a copy. It was not until I submitted to insurance that I saw the paperwork all stated my car was completed on 12/1 but I was not called until 12/4. The insurance company now will not reimburse my rental for more than 9 days. Stating that a responsible amount of time to fix the door was 5 days and they would give me 3 additional days to cover the weekend and a holiday. The insurance will not reimburse for the 6 additional days. So now I am left to pay for a car rental of 6 days, when I was not at fault in the accident. When I questioned the Service Kings Rep Anthony about why my car was kept longer than needed, I received no response. He has yet to provide any sort of explanation. Quick to take my business but he was not interested in answering any follow up questions. Stay away from this business!!!

Best experience ever. I got into an accident a few weeks ago where both left side doors were scratched up and dented in. My car insurance company uses Service King as a trusted shop. Service King got in touch with me a day later to organize a tow truck to come and pick my car up. Only a couple days later, I received the paperwork for repairs an estimated repair date of May 2nd. Service King not only repaired my car prior to the estimated date, but they did an exceptional job. My car looks completely flawless. They were also incredibly supportive and kept their promises to stay in touch. I am very grateful for their services. Thank you, Service King!!

Service King was recommended to me by the insurance company of the person who bumped into my car. I was a little leery at first about taking it there at the insurance company s recommendation, but I am glad I did! The customer service personnel were excellent in keeping me informed of the progress of my repairs. I received texts or phone calls almost daily with the updates. I was thrilled when my car was finished earlier than expected and the workmanship was beautiful.I would highly recommend Service King in Collegeville!Service: Painting

This was a much better experience than with a previous body shop that I used. There were no hidden or unexpected fees that my insurance didn't cover like with a past experience at another shop. I worked with Anthony and he couldn't be more accommodating. I requested the car be done asap since I didn't have rental coverage. It was done 5 days early. Anthony sent me daily updates. Tammy helped me with coordinating appointment times and rental cars. All in all a very good experience.

DO NOT USE SERVICE KING!! Terrible experience from start to finish. I was told five days for my repair. I was told that i would receive updates as each step of my repair progressed. The repair took 11 days and I had to call to see how my car was progressing. My calls were always met with an excuse( I was going to call, we got the wrong parts, we are waiting on your insurance, we ordered the wrong brackets.) My repair included a wheel replacement and my wheel lock was never returned to the car. I was told it was not in the car. Bad service and dishonest. Then they have the nerve to ask you to fill out a satisfaction survey! I am only rating 1 star as you cannot give zero!

I changed a part on the low right side of my car. After some weeks it started wiggling again. I called them back and told me I could stop by at any time. I stopped on a Wednesday morning around 9. I had to wait outside for 30 minutes because they were in a meeting. They finally came, didn t apologize and told they will call me back as they could not do it on this day. After 2 weeks, I m still waiting for this call... I don t need the part anymore as I traded it my car but I will never go back. Expensive and bad after services.Service: Body & Trim

Sad to say that I have had several cars totaled over the past number of years, and this is the slowest process I have ever experienced. The accident occurred on 12/29 in the evening, so some was inevitable as the car was taken first to the tow service's lot, the New Year's holiday intervened, and then it was delivered to the body shop. It took at least a full day at the body shop before I was called and told I needed to sign paperwork to authorize them to even look at the car. I did that on January 3. As of January 7, I had not heard anything so I emailed them. I asked for an email response as I was at work and instead I got a phone call. I was advised that the cost of repairs would be just over $3,000 but this was not a final number because the car still had to be fully disassembled. Honestly, having seen the car following the accident, I was skeptical. Turns out I was right and the "expert" was wrong. The following day I received another phone call advising that the cost to repair was now greater than the value of the car and it would be totaled. It is beyond me how an experienced collision repair person could be so wrong, especially when it was obvious to me, a lay person, that the car was probably totaled. Anyway, that call came on 1/8. It took them until 1/15 to submit the report to my insurance company. I called them a number of times during that interval, and like someone said in another review, each time I was told the report would be submitted by the end of that day. During my last phone call, when I attempted to voice my frustration with the delays and deception, the rep yelled over me and refused to let me speak, forcing me to raise my voice. When I did so, he hung up on me. I called back and tried again but had to keep saying "excuse me" to be able to get a word in. He patronizingly told me this is a long, complex process. I told him I've been through this 3 times prior and it never took half this long. He again told me the paperwork would get to my insurance company by the end of that day. They actually received it midday the following day. I would not recommend this shop.

Great service from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend you call ahead to ensure time availability, regardless of what your insurance company tells you. These guys are SLAMMED with work, but you can tell why: they do a fantastic job and you get regular text updates with repair progress. Clean, professional facility. Highly knowledgeable team. I recommend Joe in particular. Car came back in better shape than I have ever seen it. Hoping to never have to use a body shop again, but if have to, this will be it, hands down.

I sent 2 cars to this center for body work. They completely price gouged my family on both cars. They also made us pay 3 deductibles to our insurance company for a single damage report. The work performed on our cars was horribly done. And critical work was left undone and done incorrectly. We can't even drive our one vehicle because the car is so far out of alignment that it pulls you off the road. The work done on the passenger side of the same car has so many misalignments and gaps in it that air rushes into the car when we attempt to drive it over 25 mph. They also did not replace the pin stripping on the vehicle, so we only have stripes down the side of the vehicle that was damaged. I made at least 15 attempts via phone call and through email asking for a refund, proper repair and for my pinstripes to be sent to my home. I even sent to the CEO with no response or acknowledgement. I finally received the pinstripes today (2 months later). They are the wrong pinstripes and the wrong color (not even for the same model car). I have yet to receive any type of refund or response from their CEO. Please do not use this center. I care about the customer experience as it's what I do in my profession. This center should be shut down due to the false promises, lack of follow through on communication, terrible support and overall anti-customer focus.

After my accident my insurance agent recommended service kings. I had my car towed there the second week of November. At first, the process was pretty smooth and they kept me updated the entire time, super friendly and easy to work with! After picking the car up I realized that my passenger headlight was flickering and occasionally my daytime running light would not turn on at all. I called service kings and there was an immediate tone change when I told them something was wrong. I was not upset or angry about this as I understand oversights, mistakes etc. happen. I was told to bring the car over and I knew immediately by the way I was being treated that this was about to turn into a bad experience. Andrew Pell was called out to the front desk to come check out what was happening. After he attempted to fix the light he told me that he was going to have to order a new housing and would call me when it was in. Probably a week. He also asked that I send him a picture of the flickering light so he had that. I did this. I gave him about a month before I reached out on January 9 to see if they had received the new part. It took two emails for a response back and was told on January 14th that I will get back to you as soon as I figure out what happened to this headlight. I am confused by this because it s not my concern whether you figure out what happened my concern is you fixing my headlight. It is now March 15th. Service kings has been unresponsive and has no intention on fixing the faulty headlight they installed. Disappointed in my experience here and will not be returning. The Nissan dealership is fixing the light this week at MY COST. I urge you to find a more dependable place if you want your car fixed correctly after an accident : (

I went to King service based on referral from my insurance company, recommendations I received, favorable internet reviews, and the warranty they provideWhen i dropped my BMW X3 off on a Tuesday, I pointed out the issues from the accident and defect and what concerns I had. The estimated repair time was the following Friday which means in about 9-10 days my car will be ready. In addition, they seemed to be courteous and I was receiving car repair updates everyday via text also confirming the of work completion. However, to my surprise, I receive a call on Monday from Michael Hass, the salesperson, stating that my car was ready 5 days earlier than the estimated time. I was surprised but certainly pleased. When I went to pick up the car, I was shocked to find:1. The front bumper darker in color than the rest of car.2. Big gaps between the hood and fenders, and bumper and fenders.3. The Headlights and grills were all off by at least 1/4".4. The license plate holder was not on the car.5. The right fender was buckled but they didn't even do any kind of repairs.6. The new headlight was not aimed or adjusted. When I pointed out the issues to Michael Hass, he got very upset, defensive and started arguing with me about the color being off. The argument got very heated to the point where my friend had to go to the main office and get the General Manager out.The General Manager was more reasonable to deal with and I was able to share my concerns with him. I left the the car and came back on Friday after i got a call that car was done again. No work was done, they did not fix anything, instead they messed up the left side of the car where there was no damage. At this point I was disappointed, unhappy, and frustrated with the quality of work, their attitude and just decided to take my car out and have it repaired somewhere else.call the insurer and take my car out to be repaired somewhere else.I called my insurance and had the adjuster came out to Mari-AL Auto Body, where I should've taken it in the first place. The adjuster inspected the car and determined that all my concerns were right on point. Scott at Mari-Al repaired my BMW to perfection.Service king is maybe in the business of replacing parts but not repairs because they can't do it. This was a horrible experience with Service king
