Drove 7hrs from Virginia to have my transmission replaced. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andy Warren. The Warren Family are a knowledgeable crew that provide an inviting atmosphere while I waited for my truck to be completed by John.Thank you Warren Diesel Transmissions!

Just want to give a huge shout-out to Warren Diesel. About 6-7 months ago I put a competition trans from them in my truck. Trans was awsome! Over the last 2-3 months it has been acting a little funny. No questions asked they told me to bring them the truck and they would swap it out. Had a pump failure which they said they hadn't seen. But they got the trans and converter replaced, and both coolers flushed all in 1 day and I'm back on the road. Would 10/10 recommend they were awesome to deal with the entire time. Also their shop dog is very cute and all personnel was very kind

I traveled 5 hrs to have my transmission replaced and was not disappointed at all. Everyone treated me like family and had it done in one day even with other repairs done !

I pulled my truck from Asheville N.C all the way to these guys because I wanted them to work on my truck and I will definitely do it again if I decide to do more. After they installed my new trans Andy drove it around and noticed an issue that ended up being my flex plate non related to the new transmission and he paid for me to stay another night in town so they could take it out and they put in a new flex plate and did not charge me. I don t know of any shops that care about there customers like these guys/girls do. I got the 5r110 stock+ put in my truck and it works flawlessly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be sending a new flex plate back to them soon it s the least I can do for all they did for me and my truck!Service: Transmission

I recently had my 6.0 in for a competition 5r110 transmission from these fine people at Warren Diesel Transmission. I had a great experience as I got to hang out during the install process as we are not from the area and it was nice meeting everyone there including Andy Warren himself! Again thank you guys so much for making the ol nana boat run flawless again!

Purchased a full billet 5r110, best thing I have done for my truck. The trans does what it s suppose to. Never misses a shift, handles all the abuse and stays dependable. Amazing customer service. Couldn t be happier. I have zero complaints.Thank you!@KrazyironService: Transmission

There's not many places I would trust to work on my vehicles, but John was a pleasure to have swap my transmission. Answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about these platforms.Took around 5 hours to have old one out and new one in with breaks. Drove about 300 miles when they were done and transmission shifts great.If I had another one that needed replaced I would drive 5 hours there to have them install it, no question.Thanks again John and Warren team!Service: Transmission

Very knowledgeable. Willing to troubleshoot/discuss concerns over the phone with no expectation of purchasing through the company. Provided valuable insight that could save any backyard mechanic hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend them for technical advice and for top quality products.

I'm sure they make an excellent transmission, however after waiting for over two months and being told five times "it'll ship next week." Only for that week to come and go. When I called to ask why it didn't ship when they said it would, the only response I got was they got busy. No apology, no remorse for lying to me five time about when it would go out. The last time I called she told me again the same thing, I had enough. I don't have faith or believe anything she says. I had to ask for a refund. They seemed almost happy to give me a refund like they didn't want my business. Now I'm sitting here months later with a broken truck, and they got to borrow my $6000 for a few months.

If you are needing to build a 5R110 or 4R100 unit, and want the best parts at the best prices....look no further than Warren.Andy and Cordell took exceptionally good care of me while searching out the performance parts I needed for the build.Shipping was spot on, and they went above and beyond to help get parts to me fast.I am always skeptical of reviews saying "best".... but I have to admit, that Warren absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way.If you need parts or a build for your 5R110W or 4R100, do yourself a favor and call the folks at Warren. Bought a kit from Andy and was having someone else put together closer to home but turns out that guy didn t know much. Andy stepped in and told me to get it to him and he would build same day to save another trip. This is definitely a first class operation! I will definitely spread the word around my area

Andy knows his transmissions and stands by his work. We had a few hiccups as every shop has but he fixed them all and never complained or made excuses. That's customer service! Great job Andy.

Great service and great people. Always do a great job. They are the ford 6.0 guys for sure. The can make the engine come alive. I Won't let anyone else work on my truck.

I love taken my truck to andy and jesse my mom and i are both campers haulers so we put alot of wear and tear on are trucks those guys will fix are trucks and tell us something is wrong with it if we didn't know they won't let us be stranded on side of the highway they always take good care of there customers and do a amazing job every transporter i run into i recommend them go to warren diesel for workb
