I highly recommend. We were unable to get a tow via my insurance or from calling around to local shops. One even turned us away! Thankfully we were matched to Geneva Truck & Equipment through local dispatch from State Troopers. My car was towed by Cody, who was incredibly helpful and kind. We were about 30 minutes from home with a dog. He walked us through every step of the process, ensuring the safety of our transport. He also made sure we were all comfortable as our nerves were shaken given the circumstances. He s supposed to be celebrating Christmas today (a few days later, but still). We want to extend our deep gratitude to the company and especially Cody. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

I used Geneva towing when I had to tow my JetSki due to a flat tire. AAA was not able to help me out because they were extremely confused and busy but the state police dispatched Geneva and Greg showed up from Geneva towing and did a nice job with my JetSki trailer. He handled it with care and he also came out very late and was extremely professional. I give this business five stars because it was very late at night and they took extremely good care of me and my valuable possession.

My car was towed by this company without my permission. That was not their fault, but when I came to pick my car up no one was wearing a face mask and no one was social distancing. They also neglected to inform me about the damage done to my front bumper. They made it clear they have no regard for safety or concern for a customer.

Scary that a towing company doesn t know how to stop at stop signs or use their turning signals. Pulled into a house on Grove Street.

The only reason you can't make it is you don't want to work, the only reason I left was due to health problems and I'm trying to get another truck
