I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and it backfired. After multiple trips to fix a continuing problem, I finally diagnosed the problem properly myself. A first class hack. Parts hanger. Stay away. Nice guys but they aren't good mechanics. Not even close.

We tried other forklift repair companies but Wilson's is the best by far. Fast, reasonable and reliable.
