Do not use this car wash service. I went to Sudsy Sams yesterday and paid for a wash that included a step up from just the basic car wash and my car was still dirty after going through...as if it wasn't even washed. Then on top of that, there were scratches on my car that wasn't there before. I liked the fact that there was someone there to dry the car off after going through , but I expected to come out with a clean car. Then after I drove through and had my car towel dried, I went to the vacuum station to use the vacuum tool to vacuum my car out and the hose was detatched and broken. Couldn't even use it. This place is a rip off. The suction was very low. I then went into the store to tell the manager and show them everything that went wrong and asked for a refund and the guy was very unpleasant and wouldn't give me my money back because of their "policy". Sudsy Sams is a raggedy car wash not worth the money or time spent. You would be better off washing and drying your car off yourself. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

"STATE-OF-THE-ART". July 29th around 10:30am I decided to use Sudsys' car wash for the FIRST time for a quick wash. Unfortunately, I left the car wash with a dirty car and heavily damaged jeep. I was told it was employee error by not resetting the rollers but this incident has happened twice in the past couple months. I entered the carwash behind a truck (F150) and the side rollers came up thru my hood instead of cleaning the sides(see attachments)... if it wasn't for my quick reaction/employee reaction the rolls could have damaged the vehicle even more or injured me.Police report was filed. claim was submitted and after 4 weeks I still don't have my jeep back.Not sure what the owner has done to fix this problem but I suggest everyone to refrain from using this car wash until the owner has proven the problem has been fixed.Be smart and avoid the headache!Service: Auto detailing

Tend to agree the majority of the posted reviews. Great that they completely upgraded their carwash really needed it. But you can tell it s not maintained regularly. More soap on my car after I went through than while in it!! Definitely still the quantity vs quality there.

I loved SSCW when they first opened but now the equipment is showing its age or lack of upkeep. Brushes aren t working and the tire shine isn t shine anymore. I always get the $16 wash and it just doesn t cut it anymore. The staff that dry the car are great and I never hesitate to tip them for their hard work, cold or hot weather.

Although I have enjoyed coming here for the past year & a half, whenever I ve decided to get my car washed recently, the car wash has been closed while everything else is open. I take a 10 min drive out of my way, simply to come here because I do love how my car turns out every time that it s done. Even today, at 12 pm, I went to get my car washed & it was closed off. I wish there was some kind of post on their Facebook saying that it s going to be closed or SOMETHING!

Update: My original comments for this place was two years ago. I came back looking to the reviews to see if it was just myself who noticed a change and it appears not. The staff can be very combative and annoyed when you come in for a wash. The prices were raised unexpectedly on the monthly wash and I cancelled. Had to come out of the way for this place but sadly don t anymore.I ve been looking for an affordable car wash that is thorough and with free vacuums. Before moving into the area, this is what I was accustomed to. Well, this place is just what I have been searching for. The phenomenal wash, the hand dry, and free vacuums made the car cleaning experience easy and for the right price. I even bought the monthly pass. It may be out a little out of my way, but well worth it!Service: Vacuuming

I took my car through here twice because it's convenient but won't be going back. First visit the guy at the front of the car was with the pressure washer seemed miserable. Throwing his hands up when I pulled up to select which wash I was going to get, like it was inconvenient for him, the when I'm next in line and about to go in two more cars pulled up and I watched him spike the pressure washer into his bucket and furiously walk around my car and yelled something to the people behind me. The 2nd time there was a woman at the front that was the exact opposite of pleasant to deal with. Loud a rude would be the nicest way to put it. Both times I used this carwash I was greeted by rude employees, both times I could feel my car moving side to side as I was going through, both times AFTER the people at the end dried off my car I got home and to rinse my car off because it had foam all over it. For the prices they charge, you'd think they would know people don't want to deal with that stuff. Cut the prices in half and maybe id go back and be okay with all that.

I had to push in mirror on driver side usually they are very good about it and they didn t get the passenger side then this happened. Immediately was told no couldn t be car wash and was yelled at but it wasn t there before.

Was a disappointed I paid extra for a tire shine in the beginning to find out the machine was broken and I was told they were all out of shine at the end of the wash...called and told them and was offered to come back to get a shine but by then I was gone. Wash does clean up the car nicely though.

Best local car wash! They have a guy spray your car and tires with a jet spray upon entering car wash and wipes your car down at end. They have a monthly wash membership if you prefer. They have plenty of vacuum bays as well.

Check y all bank statements I paid a monthly fee of $31.79 for the top tier level car wash at Sudsy Sam's Car Wash. Now today I was charged $42.39 without notice of a price increase. I completely understand everything is going up!! But to raise the car wash a significant amount without notice or advertisement on their active Facebook page is just not right. Then the Manager tells me to track how many times I come and I ll see why I the price went up. But I thought it was unlimited once a day??Service: Auto detailing

The car wash did an exceptional job. My car looked like it had been waxed. The free vacuums are the icing on the cake. Gas price was 6 cents a gallon cheaper than Wawa. Definitely will be my new go-to place. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit back since it recently re-opened. It absolutely DESTROYED my rims. I never had a problem before, but something in the tire rail width has changed. One rim has grinding marks over 40% of the surface, the other rear has several 2-3 inch long marks. My $8 wash just cost me about $400 in getting these rims resurfaced. I will not return.

This location is very convenient in that they have a gas pump, Sunoco convenient store, free vacuums, and a drive through car wash. Individuals hand dry your car and apply wheel shine after you exit the car wash bay. You are allowed to choose from different car wash packages at self service kiosk prior to entering the wash bay. I also found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

The free vacuums were great! A little confusing as there are no signs guiding you. I went in and the lady at counter kindly explained it to me a couple times as I didn't know if I had to get out and watch or what. I also needed gas and got a nickel/gallon off with the wash. There were spots like the license plate area and rims that weren't done very good but I did just come back from a beach trip and camping.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

More like an expensive prewash than a complete car wash. I bought a book of coupons for this place as it's near the area I moved to last summer. Should've tried it a few times before committing to a book or coupons.Each time I use a coupon, I find at least one part of the car isn't cleaned well: wheels, windows, back truck lid. Never have I had a complete wash there that didn't need some additional cleaning. It's also very clear from looking at the condition of the brushes, etc that this place needs some upgraded washing equipment. I could tolerate missed spots in a $5 wash, but this place is 2-3 times that price. I'll gladly pay for good quality work, but I don't plan to go back to this place once my coupons run out.Oh, and those low gas prices - cash only. 6 cents higher for credit. Oh, and those super low car wash prices on the sign - exterior only and only if you buy gas.Keep on driving!!!

Ripped off and damaged 1000$ worth of oem carbon off my carbon fiber edition supra and will not pay for it or even settle for 50% of cost. Will be suing in small claims court.

Very nice and new facility. Service was great. Wash was solid. Only gave 4 stars because the tire shine I paid for was inconsistent - shiny in some areas and totally lacking shine in others

i only got my exterior done. i arrived with mud EVERYWHERE caked onto my car because i had gotten my car stuck 2 days beforehand and it was covered everywhere with so much mud. the 2 guys at the beginning of the wash came right up to my window and said i should have went to the bay to wash my car and then came there but they would help me out and only charge me $5 but would use a hose beforehand. they got ALL the mud off and spent a lot of time on my car. it is an older car wash so it is gentle on the car, and at the end there are 2 guys that towel dry your car after. you can pay cash or go inside and pay with a card which i did and i gave the lady $10 to tip the first 2 guys. I will always come back here because they were so friendly and it was a great wash and you can t beat that for $5!!

Go there on a weekday and for $5 they prewash some of the trouble spots and there are a couple of people to wipe off any remaining drips at the end. Compared with the new Clean Enterprises car wash in Oxford that charges twice as much, leaves obvious dirty patches and does not even blow the water off? There is no comparison. Worth going out of your way.

Pumps not working, my driver went in and ordered $15.00 on a pump. The lady who didn't speak English put 70.00 on the pump. My driver realized the mistake when the pump didn't shut off and went back in. She promised to credit it and he left. A day later, the 'manager' called stating I had to drive out to Coatesville (over an hour away) with the card in order to get the credit. When I refused, he started screaming about how the money was on his pumps and it was my driver's fault. Worst customer service experience.

Extremely slow. Twenty minutes and we're the only car here... With four people working. Also asked for vacuuming inside, was told they'd do the best they could with a bad attitude. Vacuuming is an option to be paid for.

Very sorry I tipped them & extra too for Christmas!They dried only the portion I could see plus no vacuuming. I will not return as this was my first and last visit

WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!. DO NOT GO HERE!! Paid for the full/premium $21.00. Car not vacuumed properly, inside not cleaned, rims disgusting, no tire shine applied and the owner was the one who vacuumed THE CAR!! Worst EVER!!
