TOP NOTCH! I can t say enough about this incredible organization. Fred s customer service, attention to detail, and caring personality make s Pommerer s Collision a true experience. I ve had multiple vehicles repaired here two vehicles damaged from hitting deer, and recently a vehicle damaged from hitting a turkey. Professional work from start to finish every time, and the vehicles came out looking better than they did coming off the show floor! Thank you Fred, and thank you Pommerer s Collision!

I met Mike by chance while online shopping for a Mercedes oil filter and noticed he was from Downingtown. So i figured I'd give him the business since he was somewhat local. After that he became my ML350 mechanic while employed at Mercedes of West Chester. He performed a lot of this work either in his driveway or he'd meet me somewhere in between his house and mine. Being in the automotive repair business all my life, it was quickly determined Mike was very honest and knew his stuff. He did mention that he wanted to start his own business one day and I encouraged him as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work performed on their vehicle. It's hard to find honest, reasonable people in this business today.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Brakes, Oil change

This is my third time back to Pommerer's. Two other times for deer hits with substantial damage.This time, a pole swipe with the driver's side of the car.Excellent job. Paint blending and color matches perfectly. Fred and his team did a beautiful job replacing ,repairing and painting our passenger side rear door. When we picked up our car it was also washed and cleaned for us, a very nice surprise. I filed my claim with State Farm online which directed me to Pommerer's Collision center for an estimate. After a drop-off for the repair, the state farm finalized and approved the estimate. In less than two weeks, I got my car back from Fred. The repaired front bumper and right doors looked as shiny as new, no trace whatever of a collision could be found. Fred and his team have done a wonderful job. Absolutely stunning.I would like to add that the State Farm claim team (my agent is Stephen R. Diorio at Malvern) is excellent. In the whole process, my own job was to file a claim and then paid the deductible and the State Farm claim team handled the rest. No pain whatever. I was extremely satisfied with their services too. Fred is extremely professional and confident in his work. He picked up his phone every time I called and was very fast responding to emails. Nothing leaves his shop without incredible detail which is amazing after an accident. Insurance is always difficult to work with, but Fred made the process easy.The car came back better than I bought it! Really impressed with the work they do and how they go the extra mile. My husband was in an accident and this was our preferred repair shop. They were excellent and communicated weekly with my husband. It took a while to get his car back, but I know parts are taking forever to get. When we received the car back, it looks brand new. Would definitely recommend if you need auto body repair.

I couldn't be happier with the job they did on my car. My car was in accident at 2200 miles, although there was supply issues with parts, the shop kept us informed on the progress on the vehicle. Highly recommend this shop. Deer strike caused significant damage to the front end of my Subaru. They picked up my vehicle the same day it happened, completed the work in a timely manner and went above and beyond with the repair. Then, they returned the vehicle to my home. Small shop under competent management with experienced technicians who made my car look good as new. Lifetime warranty on the repair!

This is a great company to do business with. They are true professionals. I needed body work as well as mechanical work. The job was done right and in a reasonable time. Not once did I hear "waiting on parts" or any other excuse or delay. I recommend Pommerer"s Collision to anyone who appreciates great service and workmanship. My car looks great and runs great too. Awsome job.

I have a 14 yr old Toyota convertible with 200K miles on it - it's in excellent condition - another driver backed into the front end at an intersection and that driver's insurance wanted to total the car out, which is not what I wanted to do. My thought was the perpetrator of the accident's insurance should pay to fix the car regardless w/o totalling it out. Pommerer's Collision Center and I fought (reasoned with?) the insurance company so they'd fix the car and that's exactly what happened. Fred Pommerer's work is beyond excellent and the car looks better than it did pre-accident. It's the 2nd time I've used Pommerer's and I above and beyond highly recommend this business for body repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Pommerer's Collision shop!! They repaired the passenger side of my car after it was side swiped. Fred made a stressful experience very pleasant. He made the rental car process totally convenient. My car was repaired in a few days with excellent results!! They thoroughly cleaned the inside & outside!!!! Looks brand new!!

I have been coming here for years and it's a great body shop. They have always been fast, kind and courteous.I once needed a front passenger window after some kids broke it with a skateboard. When the shop tried to get a used one they accidentally broke it and gave me a brand new one and only charged me for the used one.Years later they also took great care of another of my cars after I hit a raccoon on the highway when taking my son to neurosurgery at CHOP in Philadelphia.

Couldn't be more happy with the service. Was rear ended in my Nissan altima. Called pommerer's on a friday and they said I could bring my car in that day and they even gave me a ride home. Pommerer's fixed my car is a shorter time then it took the insurance company accept liability for the repairs. Now the back of my car looks better then the rest. I ran into a small problem with my automatic windows not working after repairs and they walked me through a quick fix to reset them over the phone. For future repairs I don't think I'll take my car anywhere else after the experience I had with pomerer's collision.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

My truck was rear ended and my trailer hitch was destroyed. Pommerers was quoted with a used hitch, they found me a brand new OEM hitch and helped me with the more then half the extra cost. Very nice, honest and real people at this shop! I will use them in the future and recommend them always!!

My Jeep was involved in a hit and run. So I went to Pommerer's Collision for an estimate. They informed me that the damage to my paint wasn't that bad and that it could be buffed out, so I got it done. And when they took me to my Jeep I couldn't even tell where the damage was. They did an excellent job. I didn't think they were gonna get that one scratch out, but they did. Thank You

Deer vs Truck -- Deer won! Fred and his team did a G R E A T job fixing our 2003 Ford Pick up after a deer hit. Quite a bit of damage. They took the time to do the job right. Fred was great to work with, took my car in for an estimate at 4pm he got me a rental that evening, called me 2 days later saying my car was ready, the quality of work, great service and ease spoke volumes and was appreciated. I recommend him!

My rear bumper was smashed by a hit and run driver. Pommerer's made the repair process painless. They took care of all the details with my insurance company. They even picked me up and dropped me off. My car came back so clean that I almost didn't recognize it.

No issues whatsoever here. Everything went exactly as planned. It feels like they really try to keep customer satisfaction as a number one priority. You don't find that everywhere these days so I definitely would give this place repeat business.

Truck on deer, doing 80 on an interstate. Front end was pretty banged up. There's a reason Pommerers is a State Farm preferred vendor - fantastic work!
