Got Mikes name from a Mercedes group I am in, and another member said he was willing to go the extra mile to get lock tumblers made to fit the existing key the car came with. I was unable to get any one in my area to do that. Mike got all the information and was able to get the correct part in a timely manner. As a former shop owner myself I was impressed with Mike s professionalism, and I bet he goes about all his jobs this way. Thanks again Mike!

Mike is the absolute BEST. If you have a Mercedes and you've had work on it, you know how much of a PITA the whole process can be. After multiple trips to the stealership, Mike quickly and easily fixed an issue I'd had for years during routine maintenance. Months later, when I really thought it was OVER for my car, Mike literally tightened a few bolts and sent me on my way. Long story short: I'll always drive Mercedes now because they're fantastic cars AND MOSTLY because I have a guy I trust to maintain them.

Michael has worked on my Mercedes SUV for almost three years. His honesty and integrity make me feel reassured every time I need a repair or just have a simple question. He is an extremely intelligent individual and has an amazing knowledge about all Mercedes vehicles. My husband and I were referred by a friend and we are glad we were, as he is not only our mechanic, but his family has become a part of ours. I ve known Mike for a few years now from working at Mercedes Benz, West Chester. And he has been such a huge help when the good ole Benz needs to visit the shop. He s very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to this. Not once has Mike ever tried to run my pockets, sell me something, or lie to me when it comes too repairs. He s honestly the reason i m still driving my older Benz today, between him helping keeping it in top shape & some better prices than going to the actual dealership. I d definitely recommend his shop if you have any problems with your Benz!!!

Mike does all the work on my Mercedes. He does a great job. He has talked me into waiting on things that the dealer was pushing. He turned out to be right every time. Hes extremely honest and a good guy to work with..

Very fair, very honest. I ve used Pommerer s automotive for just about everything on my car from breaks to replacing my tourqe converter in my transmission.
