Purchased a car here last week. We traveled an hour and a half to this dealership hoping it was the one. It was a rainy day so we didn t expect to be greeted as quickly as we were. A man named Kyle approached us in the rain and welcomed us into the showroom. He asked what brought us in as we began to explain we were looking at potentially buying the Subaru listed in their website. He showed us the bathrooms offered us some beverages and told us he d be right back with the car that he would pull it indoors for us to look over. Everything about not only Kyle and our finance manager but also the rest of the employees at this dealership was humbling to us. We laughed, joked, and made some new friends through this experience all who not only listened to us but shared some amazing life experiences of their own. We couldn t have asked for a more down to earth personable experience. One for the books for sure. Best part is we walked away with the purchase of our pre owned Subaru that fit our needs and budget. Thank you all once again for making the trip worth taking. Stay humble and keep smiling guys it works for you all. Thank you once again it was a pleasure.

My dealership experience was excellent overall. One area for improvement would be to trust customers who come prepared to make a purchase. Streamlining the negotiation process would also be beneficial, as I find haggling tedious. Despite that, it was a good experience overall. My wife loves her new car.

Second time this year purchasing a new car at this location! Amazing salesmen, especially ours, Rizk. Everyone was genuinely interested in us as a customer. Offering us drinks and making sure we knew what was happening at all times!

I deleted a prior review should ve kept it up. This is a certified pre-owned vehicle. If you plan to purchase a vehicle here get a pre-purchase inspection done by a third party provider. Dry tires, broken under carriage trim. Never expected this from a Jim Sipala dealer.

My service advisor, Brady, was the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with. He was attentive, courteous, and informed me of what was to happen. He updated me along the way and when the service was going to take longer than expected he arranged for me to have a car to use, a really nice touch! All the work was completed as planned and Brady was prompt in notifying me on completion. Again, I must emphasize how extraordinary Brady was. I have had service at many more upscale dealerships but never someone as nice as Brady.

Greg was a wonderful sales person. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Kia of Coatesville went to the above and beyond. I felt no pressure & was made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my new Forte GT.

I wouldn t have wanted to deal with any other dealership for my first car. I didn t know much and they took great care of me, and went above and beyond to make sure that I am happy. Even if you have small hiccups, they will take care of you as if you are family and make everything as seamless and convient as possible! I m very happy I came to this Kia to make my first big purchase

I had a great purchasing experience with this dealership. Tristan really cares about treating customers with respect and friendliness.Eddie supports the sale and keeps everyone around him smiling. Brooks also helped in the process.A tour of the service area showed a very clean and bright work area. I always think how a service area looks is a reflection of the work they do.My daughter will be in the market for a car shortly. One word. Wow! I am utterly amazed at the service my sister and myself received from Kyle at Kia of Coatesville. From pulling into the lot and being greeted outside, to the amount of care and concern that was given in the transaction, I could not ask for a better salesperson. Kyle is a pleasure to work with and extremely personable. I did not feel pressured and his assistance was imperative in getting the deal done. We had a great experience buying a car with Kyle at Kia of Coatesville. We were not originally planning on purchasing a vehicle that night, and we originally came to see a different vehicle than the one we purchased. It took us a long time test driving cars and discussing options, but Kyle and the rest of the staff were patient and helpful, making the experience smooth. Kyle answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease.

Such a great experience with an incredible team! From the Sales Manager, Brooks to the Sales Associate, Tristan they made the process quick and seamless. The entire team went above and beyond to assure all our questions and concerns were addressed. Since this is our first electric vehicle, we had many questions and we were impressed with how versed they were in their products and services. They all made our first experience with Kia one to remember! They have our business for years to come.

Good overall experience dealing with Kia of Coatesville. Was easy working with the sales team. They met my needs in a very professional way. The only thing I could say they could improve on is being a little more prepared when I had a scheduled appointment to pick up the vehicle. Had to wait over two hours before I was seen by finance. Other than that I would strongly consider buying another Kia from them.

This is the worst place to buy a new car. Their customer service is horrible, just like any other dealership. "All they care about is about taking your money." Gregg will get very frustrated and will raise his boise . If he seems you backing up to buy a car, he will even try to get you with different tricks by telling you that they're the only ones having the car you liked. The finance person can hold stress, and she will get very frustrated as well. I don't recommend this place when looking for a car, period.WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR

The Kia Jim Sipala dealership deserves 10 stars Highly recommend this company White glove service from the entry. From our Sales Rep to Management to the finance members, they made a deal that seemed impossible that I waited on for months. Patient and explained everything to make you feel comfortable with the terms. We are forever grateful for what they achieved and thank them sincerely. We re so glad we found them and are now customers for life

Kyle is the best here at Kia of Coatesville ! He was very patient understood what I was searching for accommodated all my needs and wants. After a long day he did not give up on working the deal with me. I am very pleased with his performance. I will definitely recommend him and his team and a shout out to his the boss man Jacob ! Kids and I will be riding with a Kia from Coatesville !

Exceptional is the word I would use to describe this family run dealership. I dealt with Luke from the sales team and he did an excellent job of providing me all details on the Kia EV9, found the exact one I wanted and had it ready for me to pick up in less than 24 hours, and for a highly competitive price. Their finance team was informative and professional and the detailers that cleaned and prepped the car did an amazing job. All around a 5 start experience!!! I will be back!

We had a great experience here in a really really tough market! We ve been car hunting for 2 months and Tyler helped us secure the car we wanted, in the color we wanted, at the price we wanted. It was a breath of fresh here compared to countless other dealers we went to and Tyler was so down to Earth and helpful. Patrick was also helpful in the financing process and paperwork! Very seamless process. Highly recommend this dealership!

My experience at Kia of coatesville was great. Everyone I worked with was very nice and accommodating with what I was looking for. My salesman Luke was very nice, knowledgeable and helped me through the process. I would highly recommend to check them out if you re in the market for a new car.

Kia of coatesville is awesome!!!! My husband and I have bought two cars there. Both times the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were shown where the bathrooms are and were offered drinks. They even joked around with us and made us feel comfortable. The process was very quick and easy. We went there this time for a service on our Kia Seltos and ended up trading in for a Kia Sorrento. I think this will be our dealership for now on. Thank you Kia of coatesville!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Kia of Coatesville from the time I pulled in the lot to the purchase of my vehicle. Tristan is an veryexcellent salesman he made the process very easy and comfortable. Eddie is the best at what he does and Im forever thankful for him .He made my vision come to reality. I had really pleasant experience at this dealership. The sales person, Sharif Aly , is a great person to work with. I changed my mine twice for price and trim level. On both cases the cars were washed and ready. It would be understandable if he complained. Despite he heard me with friendly smile and talked to the sales manager, Brooks Collins, who was so understanding and helpful.I didn t write the details of the situation as I don t think the specific situation is that important.Thank you

While the service was decent. I dropped my truck at 730 am, and was told I should be done by 1230. I didn't get my truck until 4. I gave them a rating of 4 stars if the would provided me an update it would not become an inconvenience.

In this day and age, complete transparency in dealing with consumers is expected for a stellar customer experience. I got the opposite here. I had to return to the dealership twice to correct an EXTREME mark up in my financed amount. I was signed up for all the extras without my knowledge. I have no explanation for the communication breakdown, as they did not even try to explain. I have bought several cars in the past years and have had outstanding experiences with Ford and Toyota. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle however.

It was the best experience I have ever had leasing a car. Sharif and Brooks were extremely helpful. They both worked very hard to reach both my budget and my requirements in a car. I drove away with a new car in record time. I would highly recommend KIA of Coatesville.

My husband and I had the most elite level of customer service. We were greeted by a young man Quran. He explained all the details and options of the vehicles we were interested in. Most importantly he paid attention and made it happen. They are a highly skilled team at Kia of Coatesvillle. You will not be disappointed.
