This was the perfect experience for all the storage we needed! We had ample room and a clean space. Super easy access to our unit too. The service was fabulous and friendly! They came to check on us as we were moving things out and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10!!

This process was so easy and the facility is amazing. I located the available unit in the size I needed and booked it. shortly after I received the information to access the unit. I was such an easy process and when I got to the unit the facility was very clean and temp controlled. I feel safe leaving my belongings in this unit and do not fear any climate damage. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Very great place and storage units are amazing so many to choose from, climate control I m sold on this. I enjoyed my tour and my helper was very nice and knowledgeable thank you so much for the experience first time here and I like it.

Extra Space Storage in Coatesville on Caln rd was is a great place to store your possessions. I had a unit for about 18 months while I was out of the country and it was great piece of mind that my things were safe. The facility is the cleanest I have ever seen and the Manager Jason Schrader was incredibly helpful

Jason at extra space storage in coatesville is a TOP TIER human being he is soooooo helpful and just a great person all around he is literally the biggest asset this company has in my eyes he literally goes above and beyond to help his customers in any way possible he made my experience so pleasurable for the 2 years i used this company i just wanna say thank you for all of your help and you such a rockstar

Jason has been phenomenal to work with! We connected a month ago and he remembered to give me a call back at a later date to finish my reservation. We have been extremely happy with Extra Storage Space in Coatesville. The facility is very clean and is has easy accessibility.Most importantly the customer service has always been top notch. Jason gets 5 for always being very professional, helpful and efficient.

I like how they reached out to me before I was able to reach out to them about the direction on how to gain access to my storage unit. Unfortunately I can t remember his name I believe it was Jay but I m not 100% sure on that. But so far I have no complaints

Customer service at the location in Coatesville 99 North Caln rd is outstanding! Had a small issue they straightened out the same day. It's always been stress-free dealing with them on any issue. I definitely recommend using this extra space storage facility
