Rob and his team are awesome. Called for an inspection, and I got scheduled for 2 days later. Took my car in and waited in the office until my car was done. I asked Rob to have his team top off fluids as well. Everything was done in a very reasonable amount of time.. No problems. Thank you, Rob, Shelly, and the mechanics.

I couldn't be more pleased with my custom motorcycle paint job from Eby's. I was concerned that it took longer than agreed, but the quality is so good. I can't stop looking at my bike. These guys are tremendous.

I love a family run business and love one even more that keeps the door open another 30 minutes right before a holiday because I had a nail in my tire. They were amazing! People were extremely friendly, they were efficient and very reasonably priced. I will be going back!

Eby's is the best. They have taken good care of my vehicles since I moved back into the Coatesville area. Personal care at reasonable prices. They have serviced every vehicle I've owned in the last 10 years. Its a lot to say, but I trust Eby's. Thanks Rob and crew.

Turns out the shop also has motorcycle inspection available and upon contacting them earlier today they were able to take me in this afternoon and get my bike inspected it was pretty much a no-brainer but i was glad to get it done it was past due. One thing I found out was my insurance card was not the actual current card and upon contacting my insurance company got it back to the gentleman that owns the shop and he was glad I did so we could inspect my bike I was glad to have one too so I would not have a problem if I was stopped by a policeman

Wish I could give a 0 star review. We have been charged for work not performed. How do I know it wasn't??? The next day back to the same old problem! Unfortunately I didn't know my friend was taking their vehicle there! And guess what?? They were charged a good bit for a job not done!! Never again!!! Oh! And don't bother trying to go over the stuff they did because there is always an excuse! At least for the ones not fixed!!

Do not take your car here!! Took my car in to get gas line leak fixed, they fixed that got home to find my brake line was now leaking. Owner got mad cause they made a mistake started ripping my brake lines out and snapping them over his knee. Very unprofessional in the process of him being held accountable for his actions.

They are like no other repair shop. Everyone is treated like family. The owner goes out of his way for all customers new or old. Will put things on hold to help anyone. Rob and his crew are the absolute best

I won't let a mechanic other than Eby touch my car unless I have to. Honesty and integrity, which Rob has repeatedly shown, go a long way with me.

My friend tried to get her engine replaced, turns out they just repaired it but she payed for a full replacement and has yet to get her money back, these owners where also extremely rude to her and her mcanic. Don t give them your money they are crooks
