I wish there was a negative star option. After years of repeated issues- stockouts, delays placing orders for stocked out medications, disregarding notes about prescriptions, no communication-they will NOT call you or notify you that anything is out of stock; you have to babysit them to get anything filled-this pharmacy hit a new low a few weeks ago:I called around 8:30 and after holding for quite some time (typical for this location-distinctly remember waiting over an hour one time on the phone and no one ever answered) I finally got someone on the line; I said I was on my way to pick up my scripts; one had been filled and another I had been waiting on and it was due to be filled that day; I asked if they could fill it so I could just grab both of them at once and was told I could get it the next day. I asked if they could just fill it then since there were at least 15-20 minutes until closing time and was asked if I could be there in 10 minutes (she was clearly annoyed); I said I would be there in 2. When I showed up to pick up both rxs, I was only given the one that was already filled. I asked about the other and was dismissively told it was too soon to fill until the following day (after she had told me not 10 minutes before that she would fill it that night). This rx has been on the same schedule since I began taking it and it was due to be filled that day. She was clearly using that excuse because she didn't feel like filling it 10 minutes before closing time. I was irate (wouldn't have bothered stopping had I known I would just be made to come back the following day) and I knew she was lying but I felt powerless to do anything about it so I just left and went back the next day...waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru line for 3 cars in front of me and was late to work. Absolute disgrace. Always a problem!

Pharmacy services are HORRIBLE. Prescriptions are hardly ever ready when they say they will be. I ve wasted way too much of my life waiting in their parking lot. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a prescription for refill at 10 am this morning. It was scheduled to be ready for pickup at 1pm. It is 5:15 pm and here I am sitting and waiting at the drive thru for them to finish it up . Someone is dropping the ball somewhere on their processes here. I am transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere when I return home. That s 3 less customers from my household that they will have to worry about.

I use to love this place but as always with CVS they go down hill fast. Drive through is a joke. You sit there longer than just going inside. Waist gas makes pollution. This place did not need to take up space. There are at least 15 CVS stores within a 10 mile radius of me. I am going with mail order pharmacy with no Co payments. At least I won't have to worry each month weather they have my scripts in store or can't get them. So long to The Headache of CVS.

Pharmacy returned to the shelf a prescription I was picking up. Apparently not fast enough to suit them.

The pharmacy is slow. Why does it take 24 hours to fill an eye drop script. My daughter drop off Monday around 5pm I tried to pickup after 5pm on Tuesday and had to sit and wait. Smh. Never again if I can help it. Thank God the 11th St Reading Pa location is not this way.

This pharmacy never has my insulin in stock even though my prescription is on auto fill. Everything I go pick up my prescription after it's refill date I am told they have to order it and it takes 2 days to get it in
