I can't thank Bill and the team for all of their help and efforts fixing a situation with a vehicle purchased from another dealership. It wasn't Courtesy's problem to fix, but after having such a great experience with their service department I asked if they would. They were responsive, professional, and jumped through hoops to help find and get me into my dream Wagoneer.They have gained a loyal customer both for sales and service. The amount that I appreciate this place could go above 5 stars. Marvin and Edgar were incredibly helpful and informative about my purchase, and helped me figure out which vehicle I could finance. I was in a situation where my car insurance for the make of vehicle I had made no sense, especially when I didn t LOVE the car. I could not recommend coming to these guys enough, and they work with you and try to get you the best deal! I greatly appreciate you all! Happy to finally be a part of the Jeep family!

11/9/18:Courtesy Jeep (Kate Morris) in Coatesville, PA gave us a great price. I ordered my Jeep from her. The ordering process was seamless over the phone and email. Kate was very helpful and responsive. Estimated pickup in 4-6 weeks.12/14/18:My wife and I picked up our Jeep today. Kate kept us informed of our order status throughout the past 5 weeks. She was very helpful today as we went through the final purchase process. Great dealership...highly recommended. Courtesy Jeep even lowered our previously-agreed-upon purchase price by $20+ today because one of the fees came in lower than expected. Call Courtesy Jeep and ask for Kate.

Went in around 9am on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Kate. I showed her the Jeep Cherokee I had seen online and we went on a nice test drive that included highway time to see how the car drives. It was a very easy decision for me and Kate made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. She was so pleasant to deal with and made the experience of buying my first new car so enjoyable! Steve stepped in to get me the best rates and make sure I was completely covered for the full term of my loan. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Kate!

We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe out of state (only because that dealership had the exact model, color, packages, etc we were looking for), but have taken it into Courtesy Chrysler Jeep of Coatesville for service. I would definitely recommend their service department to anyone! They've been terrific to work with; easy to make appointments, efficient, honest and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend CCJ enough. I custom-ordered a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with Kate, and the process was simple, straightforward, and besides Covid-19 throwing off the production schedule of Jeeps everywhere, smooth. Kate explained every step of the process and kept me informed on my order regularly. She responded to my questions quickly, and made it easy to share required documentation. She offered extremely competitive pricing and worked hard to give me a great value. If you are looking for a new Jeep, you will be very happy that you went to Courtesy Chrysler. Never again.I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica new from Courtesy Chrysler back in April.The dealership didn t keep their promise. As part of the deal we gave them a leased minivan. They sad that will pay off the lease. 6 months after the deal the lease company has not received the payoff and still harassing us for payment. I think they will do anything to sale you a car and they care less about their commitment.We have used Chryslers minivan since 2005, this was great acquisition. We had a big accident and we have a total lost. We went to a different dealership to get a new Pacifica.They didn't comply so watch out they will lie to you. Try a different dealer

My experience is with the Service Department, and they are absolutely amazing! Cheers to Marty, Dan, Nick and all the other people in the background who delivered a first class experience.The Details:I bought a used 2019 Grand Cherokee from a dealer that is over an hour away from where I live. When the vehicle had an issue that the dealer could not fix (a problem with the climate control), they suggested I use a Jeep service department more local to me and they would pick up the cost. I chose Courtesy and I am very pleased with my decision. The problem turned out to be very elusive, requiring multiple visits and investigations, which though frustrating for both me and them, the department worked with diligence, professionalism and were just really human and personable. They solved the problem and earned my Jeep business for the future.

If you go to this dealership, my only suggestion is that you DON T deal with Kate. She is RUDE and shouldn t be working there. That being said I HIGHLY recommend Dan, who swooped in and saved a sale and a customer and really was a kind and friendly face that you want to be on the other side of the desk when you re buying a new car. Dealing with Dan turned this one star review into a 4 star, only losing one because of Kate. Thank you DAN for selling us our new Jeep! We love it already! Check this place out if you re looking for a great price, we looked EVERYWHERE and couldn t find better!

I was one of the unfortunate folks that was impacted by the flood waters of hurricane Ida (we don't live in a flood zone but that is what i guess a flash flood can do). We lost all our vehicles (three cars, three Harley Davidson motorcycles and more) and over $100k damage to our house. I quickly started searching for a new vehicle (while working with contractor on my house) and found most dealers were inflating prices, as inventories were low. I found Courtesy purely by accident as I found a fully loaded Nacho color Gladiator Rubicon with a manual shift on line. This is like finding a unicorn. :-) When I called the dealer, Kate was my sales representative. She informed me that the vehicle was sold. I then started searching for my unicorn and went to a local dealer to order a custom Rubicon Gladiator. Though they were helpful they were inflating the prices and not overly customer centric as they were getting business with or without my purchase. Thus, I called Kate back, and though Courtesy Jeep was 2 hours from my house, I bought a fully custom gladiator in the Gecko color with hood and body art. You would be hard pressed to find one this loaded and with a 6 speed. Kate was fantastic! This was the easiest buying experience I have every had and I have purchased a lot of vehicles and am buying more, not by choice. ;-) thx to Ida. I was in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. Hard to believe but true. It was fully worth waiting the 8 weeks for the build and two hour drive to work with Kate. I would highly recommend you give her a call if you are looking for a new Jeep or a unicorn! Thank you, Vince

Worked with Kate who was very responsive and a pleasure! She asked me what I wanted, immediately quoted me a very good price for the area and placed my order all in the same day. Yes these folks did a wonderful job for me. They did a quick evaluation while I waited on my jeep and after looking carefully found no primary issues. Additionally there quick check was done with no bill to me. I am very very happy with the service provided. I highly recommend them for anybody needing assistance with their jeep. Absolutely the best experience. After calling 3 local dealerships here in NY i was told there is nothing available that matches what your looking. You will just have to wait for the MY22 to come out. I found Courtesy from the Jeep website and called about a Jeep they had listed for sale that matched what i was looking for and sure enough it was sold , but the warm and friendly voice from Kate Morris said don't worry we can order you a new one just like it. Kate's enthusiasm was off the charts!! Walked me through the process of buying a vehicle from out of state, and she told me about the tread lightly discount that get pricing under invoice while in NY the were asking over sticker! Cant say enough about how great kate was to work with. Call them!! and aske for Kate!!

My experience at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep was excellent and swift and I highly recommend the dealership. I dealt with Kate and Steve, who were friendly and professional and, so far, my purchase is making me very happy! Being somewhat new to this country, it especially was helpful that they took care of and explained the chores attendant to a vehicle purchase. I picked it up on Christmas Eve, so Santa came early.

I ordered a Jeep from Courtesy and it was the most painless process I've experienced in my 30 years of car buying. My sales person, Kate, was also the most knowledgeable I've encountered in all of my car buying. This was the first time a sales person knew more about the car than I did. I will definitely be buying all of my Jeeps from them in the future.

Drove all the way from Jersey to get my car serviced with a service dog. The dealers in Jersey are untrustworthy and thats saying it mildly. I worked at Courtesy's Parent company so I trusted and was hoping that I would get superior service at Courtsey Chrysler Jeep. Marty was great to work with and went over several things. Marty tries to talk things over with you and give options. Nancy is warm and inviting and got me a sprite when my sugar dropped too low. Manager Bill was a sweetheart and got pizza for my lunch.. The staff all showed such customer service and human decancy. Although the repairs took longer than I wanted too wait, the service was completed satisfactory. I use to work undercover for NDA Television shows I already worked on cars so I knew what Marty was informing me was truthful. Unlike the guys in other repair shops that try to sell you un-needed repairs or repairs that weren't even made. I do recommend Courtesy Chrysler Jeep for your service needs and Give them a grade level A.

They were great to work with when getting my car. Had bad experience recently. Appointment at 1pm, I was running late by about 15 minutes. Two hours later I look outside and my car is still in the same spot. My inspection and oil change should have been done by then! I asked about the progress. Finally take in 10 minutes later. And another hour and half until it was done.

Kate was an amazing dealer. She organized whole deal with combo of emails,phone calls, texts. The price was low enough for me to come down from 3 hours away, to drive off in a custom 2019 wrangler Rubicon. From the time she ordered the wrangler from factory it came in under 2 weeks. I've bought vehicles from bigger D'Ambrosio locations and had decent service but the employees at this location really do go above and beyond even after signing the paperwork. Everyone here is absolutely awesome, provide great service, make you feel like family and make sure your car is running great when you bring it in for services. 10/10 I would recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase and maintain their vehicle!

I bought my factory ordered jeep on 7/10/17 and still have not received my registration for the jeep (Going on 3 months) after countless "It's on the way" conversations. When I purchased the car, I asked for a detail of the car, instead they gave me some glasscoat treatment which is nice but I never asked for it. I was told my jeep would come with tinted windows on the soft top, but that was not the case. The rear window had to be replaced due to scratched and indents when given to me. Clearly no quality check. I also was told the Jeep did not include the Jeep wave which consisted of free oil changes and maintenance. I worked oil changes into the deal which means the Jeep offset part of my deal. To top it off, I originally built into the deal that I would get aftermarket jeep parts at cost, and have it installed but the Service Manger clearly told me he can't do that because he sells to sales for a profit. So those parts were more than what I would pay from Amazon. Not to mention they were not able to properly track the vehicle as to when it would arrive. I was not going to post this and give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point people should know not to waste their time here. I have bought 8 new cars in the last 5 years and never had an issue with a Jeep/Dodge dealer.

Very easy to get an appointment. Service was punctual. Problem is they damaged my vehicle and were honest about it but were not able to repair the scratch they put in my hood. I need for them take my Ram for 2-3 days next week and repaint the hood. They also teturn my truck dirty with marks from attempting to repair it and it appeared to have been drive through some large mud puddles very disappointed in this experience.

Rob was amazing and I love that I got a new 2018 Jeep Renegade. His customer service was great and he listen to what my concerns were and what I wanted. I just didn t like that they don t fill the gas tank up to full. Jeff Diambrosi always would fill my tank up when I purchased a car. I still give Rob a 5 star rating but the dealership I give a 3 star.

1st time there 2 days ago. Great service. Got help over the phone with a transmission problem the day b4. Drop it off the following morning, went to work , it wasn't ready when I got there, got off work earlier than expected but here it is few days later and no issues. Well Done.. Making this my service center for my Chrysler 200c.
