Teller Laura is tge RUDEST P.O.S. in Citadel. She should talk to her Mother and Father,( if she knows who , ) like she speaks to Citadel bank customers. Next time ,ANYONE at ANYPLACE, Trys speaking like that to ME. THERE WILL BE TROUBLE ! END od STORY !

Since your conversion in May, you are the worst bank for a small business. Why do I need to answer 5 or 6 security questions everytime I call? Your customer service sucks! Everytime there is an issue or problem and I call, I receive the same response. "Our IT department knows about it and it should be fixed soon."

Impossibly difficult to pay: the online process and app both are absolutely terrible and reject you on first login every time. Then spend 30 min on the phone correcting it, and boom, next login locks. I am on the 3rd of 72 payments, and have now struggled 3 times. Same thing each time. The inability to call and just give them money is plain stupid, and useless. I am not asking for money, I am asking to GIVE money. They verify my identity, and I cannot MAKE A PAYMENT? It is disgusting in 2023. Claiming I can only do that in person is useless when I live 2+ hrs from any branch proves they are not equipped to provide the service outside of local residents. I will do everything in my power to get away from this lender. And you should too.

They will straight lie to you face about fees they charge to your savings account and loan services. Do not do business with this credit union. As much as I dislike BB&T they have improved dramatically over the years while this credit union is extremely dishonest.

If I could rate this bank as zero I would! My bank is a partner branch with this credit union. Knowing that, I sat outside and waited for them to open in the morning because I was having a yard sale. I asked him to break $100 bill for me and they said they couldn t break any bills for me unless I had an account with them and they asked for the account number. It s a bank people don t you exchange money at a bank? This country is just crazy anymore. Big waste of time. They should put that on their website or put a sign on the door. Beware don t bother coming here to break bills. They also tried to charge a friend of mine 18.9% finance charge on a car loan for a used car and it was only for a little over $1,000 load. This person was a customer with them since they were old enough to get a bank account that s just ridiculous to me. I will never do business with Citadel.

If I could rate them a zero I swear to God I would. They are so ignorant the worst credit union to ever be with. I only banked with them for a car that they overcharged for and they do not care if we in a pandemic or not! If you late they will come take your car in 2.5seconds! I don t wish this bank on anyone! I wish I could get this bank shut down!!!

Horrible wait times to get a balance or transfer money. They did away with bank by phone, whichever we used several times a week. 3 phone calls today and probably an hour of total wait times and finally got a person to help. Online banking says we already have it set up, we don't, and won't let me on. Have tried repeatedly. Wish I could leave but would be difficult to transfer everything.

After more than 20 years of banking at citadel federal credit Union they have no clue who I am and don't respect me as a customer. They're fees and checkholds are exorbitant and I'll no longer bank there

First time dealing with this bank/credit union. Easy set up online, and Moriah, a Senior Financial Services Representative at the branch, was a great help at finalizing my checking and savings account. Would highly recommend them!

I used to be able to use this ATM for free but now they charge me 3$. I can still use the Thorndale Citadel's ATM for free but not this one. Frustrating and confusing.

You should not have to listen to a long string of automated responses before you get to an actual representative been on the line now for eight minutes still no representative was doing some more automated responses.

I dont know why you have a 24 hour atm if it NEVER has a pen or envelope for deposits
