I lost one rear tire and almost the other while at work. Since I only have one spare I needed to get both fixed. These guys got 2 tires for me and installed as well as balanced within 45 minutes. Went back a few days later to correct my front wheels ( the bad tires were the rear) I thought my fronts were imbalanced.. 10 mins in and out. Amazing prices!! I just found my go to tire shop. I can t thank them enough. Most shops won t touch my car because it s too low. But they welcomed it. Definitely coming back again and again

I recently got 2 tires put on my truck and I barely drove it and my front right tire just completely fell off while I was on 30 bypass doing 60-70 miles an hour and almost hit the wall and when I told them about it they could care less it ripped off my fender and ruined my break rotor. Be very cautious make sure to check your lugs are tight before leaving. They had no sympathy towards me even tho I ve bought at least 10 tires off them over the past 2 years. First photo is the tire that fell off and ripped the fender off second is the other side it s supposed to look like. When I asked if they could help me at all to fix what was wrong they said they won t help me with anything. Pretty much said as soon as you leave it s on you just because the tire dosnt fall off right away dosnt mean some lugs were loose and made the rest vibrate loose which I believe is what happened there was 3 people working on 1 tire and I believe they missed some lugs.

I needed my brakes replaced, but the mechanic wasn't able to remove my lug nuts. He suggested I go to Lumber Alley to have them loosened. When I arrived, the gentleman advised that they were stripped, needed to be replaced, and I'd have to purchase new ones. I did so, returned for the service and they got them off within 30 minutes. The service was cheaper than the lug nuts! I appreciate the help given, even though I didn't expect I'd need it. I wish they could've replaced my brakes as well! I'm sure it would've been an easier and more productive day. Thanks gents!

This place was recommended to me from a friend of mine.Exceeded my expectations. I was just going to drop off my wheels to have them mounted and balanced on tires I bought from another spot,Upon arrival I noticed several well-dressed hard-working young men, place was in great shape clean well-maintained with that busy look.Jose greeted me as I pulled up and started unloading my wheels. I said hey I can pick these up Monday if you'd like, he said oh no don't worry about it I can get these done in 15 minutes. So I said great I'll wait.I take it it must have been right around 15 minutes it took him to mount and balance my wheels.Perfectly no scratches on my wheels no gouges in my tires just great performance on the job at hand. I recommend anybody with top-end wheels or hard to mount tires this place is where you want to have your tires mounted on your high-end Wheels. Perfect.C'ville Tire Shop, i give you 5 stars

The place is clean. Their prices are very fair - especially for the quality you receive. The staff are all friendly. Although they were busy when I arrived I was treated with respect and helped immediately. I love that this is a family business. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers. They're QUICK! I was blown away by their knowledge, quality, and speed. I won't shop anywhere else for my tire needs.

I brought in a simple tire repair to the shop. I was given quality service as my small issue was not set aside but was attended to promptly. My issue explored and resolved within a matter of really a couple of minutes. Other shops i have used in the past had me wait until a technician was available.. i am grateful for the service i received.

Got two tires on Friday, by Saturday one was flat. Took it back went through a lot of b.s. with tire guy. He finally plugged it and it s flat again!! Bad Business if you ask me and it s no refund. Watch who you spend your money with smh never again. And I m back getting a new tire somewhere else bc they didn t even plug the tire right! It s not about being human it s about what s right is right!!

Changed two of my tires 20 minutes before they were closing and went out of their way to change all 4 wheel lug nuts. Great experience with friendly service.

Very friendly, fast, and efficient. I was visiting from out of state and blew out a brand new tire. I went here to purchase a used tire to get me home to Indiana, since I can get the blown tire replaced for free when I get home. Many places will try to take advantage of a female, but these guys were very professional and honest. I will definitely go back if I have any tire needs on future trips to Coatesville!

They are a great place and very quick. I come in on a snowy day with out any apparent. I had a flate tire with no spare. I had a new tire that needed put on the rim. They took my tire put it on the rim it only took 15 mins. Found my new shop!!!

Was looking for 2 good used tires and someone mentioned Coatesville Tire Shop to me. I have lived in this area for some time but never had the need to go down Lumber Street (their location) sure enough they had the size I needed at a very affordable price. They are located in an old warehouse but I was surprised at how clean and organized it was, even the restroom was just as clean as mine at home! Friendly staff and I was in and out in 15 minutes! I would certainly recommend them and will use them again! Not sure what the customer with the jack problem was talking about maybe it was just a misunderstanding. I overheard some one there say that the shop has been at this location for nearly 50 years so they must be doing something right!

These guys did a great job! They took me at the last minute, had all my size tire in stock reasonably priced, with install, balance, and speed test took less than an hour, I will go back to them again!

These guys are "lifesavers". They will fix or replace a tire in 5 minutes. An old fashioned, cash only business. Not fancy shmancy. Just reliable and good. Don't go anywhere else. Go here!

I will go back to them again and again. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they do not always have the size you need. I have 17 inch tires put on my SUV they work GREAT and only Coast 75$ EACH.Now since they source from people and places that are getting rid of tires it makes it difficult to always have the right size. You do not go to the tire shop for a specific tire thoug they very well might have it. You go there to get tires because you want to save money and perhaps get lucky to get exactly what you want. I have 17 inch tires put on my SUV they work GREAT and only Coast 75$ EACH. Plan ahead give them some lead time and you will walk away with a great deal.

I went to get a pair of "good" used tires as stated on the phone and they weren't any better than the ones I wanted to replace. Not a great area and not a pleasant experience.

I recommend everyone this place! They're very professional, they work on time. Very clean and organize and they have very good communication skills.
