Ready for a feel good story?? We bought an 18 Explorer 2 years ago. With only 63,000 miles on it the water pump just went out. This was a $3,500 repair minimum. I bought the warranty that they mentioned at the time of sale and my local shop was only able to get me a potential $1,500 of it covered. When I talked to Matt the sales manager, he sent a tow truck 68 miles away for the vehicle, fixed it in two days, and my total cost was &$35. You want to talk about customer service? This was REMARKABLE service, and they now have a customer for as long as Matt and I should mention Nick as well are working there. You just don t get customer service like that these days. Thank you Brian Hoskins Ford. See ya soon!

Awesome Customer Experience! Steve was great! Took me in without an appointment. I was in a hard place! I had two roofing nails in both back tires. Go figure. Hoskins Ford and Steve made the situation better again. 2015 Ford Focus in Saturday and out the following Monday early afternoon. Again, Awesome! Thanks!

I purchased a used 2017 GMC Yukon XL and an extended warranty, which was to cover a suspect transmission, which, in turn, did fail. I had it towed to the dealership, only to be told that parts were going to be difficult to obtain. This forced me to make the decision to trade it in for another vehicle, utilizing an exorbitant down payment, which I was told was "spending my kids' inheritance". The low trade in value coupled with the inflated purchase price of the replacement vehicle were due to what I was told: "used car prices are all over the place". I asked how the Yukon was doing, to which I was told: "it is still putting out a lot of smoke". That Yukon is currently being displayed on the lot for $25000; my trade in value was $18000. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over decades and feel that I have experienced such a disservice in this instance, especially when told leases were not worth it, pushing me into used car purchases and thus, higher profits for the dealership and the salesperson.

Wonderful experience ordering and buying our Mach E through Brian Hoskins! 6 months wait but it was absolutely worth it. Both Jim and Mike were so pleasant to work with, they kept us updated on everything and even sent us the pictures of the car when it finally arrived. They also let us take it home without signing anything or paying a dime the first day because the system wasn't ready for the payment plan. When we came back next day, we were in and out in 20 minutes. No markups and accepted the Xplan. Thank you guys!

Bought my Lincoln out of the area randomly found Brian Hoskins took my Vehicle in for inspection- oil change when I picked up my car to my surprise there were 2 recalls updated on my vehicle the customer service was top notch and I'll be bringing my car back . Thank you very pleased.

I bought a 2017 Ford Edge and worked with Dave Diamond (known as Diamond Dave) and had a great experience there. He found exactly what I wanted and for a good price as well.My family always buys from Dave. He s very personable and always checks in on my elderly parents as well. If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for him.This dealership overall has great customer service as well.

I had a great opportunity to work here that fell through. The owner is very involved. Fixed ops are growing and learning every day! They will listen and take care of your needs. I've been in this business for 37 years. Highly recommend. Give them a second look if need be. You won't be disappointed.

they simply dont care. your ford is your problem. my truck sat there for a month for Kevin to tell me they were working on it and had it apart. it was not being worked on. in fact it hadnt moved every day drove by for work. my gps never moved yet he said theyve had it in the shop. a month after doing absolutely nothing to my truck i got it back. again my truck went in for warranty, Kevin claimed to had taken it to the body shop and nothing could be done but again my gps showed the truck never left the dealer. Lies on lies. my wife bought a car there a while back and they didnt fulfill anything that they said they would with the sale (cleaning the car, fixing minor scratches) there was sharpie put on a scratch, wiped right off.... dont bother. myself, two friends, my cousin, all asked them to help us find trucks. they not only didnt find what we ask for a year, theyre prices were 5-10k over other dealers close by. Dont recommend BRIAN HOSKINS to anyone

I recently purchased a 2017 F150 from Dave Diamond. We went in Looking at another vehicle that I ended up not liking. Joe the used car manager was awesome he told Dave they had the truck I purchased just traded in that morning. Joe exceeded my expectations and even got me a 3yr 36 miles warranty on the vehicle. I definitely recommend Brian Hoskins Ford.

Ordered a Bronco through them, and was told they wouldn't go over MSRP. It took 21 months to get it, but they held to their word to sell at MSRP, and even applied all pricing protection and rebates without me having to ask. I brought my own financing, and gave it to them ahead of time, and I was in and out in under 45 minutes, quickest car purchase I've had. They could've been a little more communicative during my 21 month wait, but that's my only gripe. I'm happy and will come back to them first if I purchase another Ford.

Great experience purchasing a Bronco from Brian Hoskins Ford. I normally dread the process of buying a vehicle. At Brian's they were up front about pricing and honored the deal we had when it finally came in from Ford over 2 years after the order was originally made ( crazy covid times! ) There are many dealers out there who are surprising customers at delivery with dealer added accessories and ADMs. Brian Hoskins Ford is not one of them. The whole process was smooth and stress free - none of the old school high pressure tactics and trickery you might expect. From the initial order process though getting the financing done - no issues or gotchas. Shout outs to Mike(new car manager), Brandon(sales) and Scot(finance) - they're straight shooting good guys. Overall A+ and highly recommend if you are looking for a new Ford.

Their service rep Kevin is awful. Kept my truck with no call at end of day as he promised to call back with status at 2:20, when I told him it would be an issue to keep over night. I called at 5:50 PM to find out where truck was, as Service department was gone (website says there til 6 PM). Frank in Sales who answered phone said that he would leave note for Kevin to call first thing. At 10:45 AM on 9/13, I had to call, and got Stephen, and learn truck still not done. I had made a 7;30 AM appointment with Kevin for Monday 9/12. in person, and Kevin picked the date, I offered: M-T-W.Stephen, said he would find out why 2-3 hours of work was taking 1.5 days: oil change, 4 new tires, alignment.Kevin did not recommend an alignment on initial quote, but Abby recommended at check in, and the rear was out. I asked not to have to deal with Kevin anymore. Stephen agreed. But guess who calls at 12 noon. It is Kevin, happily announcing my truck is done!I am reasonable and asked 4 times why it was taking so long! If someone would say: guys called off after Eagles game, a machine broke down, I get it, but no one offered anything!I will not be back for service nor to replace my 9 year old truck next year, as over the past 4 years, every time there is an issue Kevin is involved. If you get Abby, all goes well.Another annoyance is as you wait on hold to get info, you hear how Quick lane will do Oil changes, Alignments and tires while you wait. I guess they would have to have gotten me a bed!

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck.I had bought the truck as-is and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

Way overpriced! I was charged $150 to diagnose a simple problem that would take less than 10 minutes to do so. I also asked to be contacted if my car was going to be test drove and they never called me.They recommended a part of course just to up charge me and the part itself is $25 from any online retailer, I was quoted $370 for that same part to be installed, takes 15-20 minutes maybe. That exact part is in perfect working condition and does not need to be replaced.To top it off, my car was dropped off in a somewhat clean condition but when I went to pick it up, it was a 10/10 dirty with mud all over the back.This is why I stopped coming here for service/sales back in 2018 and why I will forever stay away. Go anywhere else to get service done except for a dealership and especially this one.

I recently bought a new vehicle from Brian Hoskins Ford. I decided to start my search with Hoskins because I have worked with the service department there for the last 5 years and I have always found their customer service to be top-notch. I worked with Diamond Dave and his sales team from start to finish to purchase my new vehicle. Dave was a no-nonsense kind of salesman. With a limited supply on the lot, he helped me to quickly narrow down my best options and provided me with helpful comparisons based on what I wanted to use the vehicle for. Dave was very flexible with helping me and my family to test drive vehicles so we could make the most informed decisions about our purchase. Dave and his sales team helped us to quickly and efficiently work through all the paperwork once a decision on the right vehicle for us was made. In addition, the sales and service teams worked great together to help make the overall experience truly awesome. All of this was particularly appreciated given that we are caught up in a pandemic. The whole team at Hoskins helped us to feel comfortable and safe during the whole experience. I highly recommend Hoskins for anyone looking to buy or service a vehicle.

Do not recommend using their services. Brought my 2019 F250 to Brian Hoskins for service. Expected OEM prices, no issue. Authorized the service manager Kevin to perform all scheduled maintenance. He changed the fuel filter, a 30,000 mile task at 18000 miles and charging me $210. Lie to me directly, twice, about the service interval. They were asked on three separate visits to fix the 7 pin trailer connection, this should be corrected under warranty. This issue is still not resolved I was charged for diagnostics. I was treated very rudely for even questioning the charges. Not going back! Very poor Ford representative. New Ford Bronco, maybe not?

2nd out of 3 oil consumption test for 2 year old vehicle. Brought in for electrical issue wasn t even close to the next required visit for oil consumption, 200 miles out of 600 required. Wrongfully closed out my oil consumption case then threw their hands up and said nothing we can do you ll just have to restart. Thanks Kevin, total waste of space

I've had a great experience working with this dealership to get my car. The salesman, Brian, was very friendly and approachable. I bought my first car ever here and felt like I was treated fairly and with respect. I've looked around at other dealerships for different makes and dealerships before choosing my ford, and none of them were as genuine. There was an issue with the car I ordered, as I got a focus ST which I can assume aren't ordered fairly often. The issue was that my order was placed and ford accepted it, then a few days later said they moved on to the next year model and couldn't produce the car I wanted. This is not the dealerships fault, however, I simply thought it was worth mentioning because they worked with me to find me a car. I had to compromise on the color only because I wanted a painstakingly specific set of options, so there was a slim chance of ever finding the exact car I was going to order. Everything I wanted is the same except the color of the vehicle. This isn't a large deal to me, and was an issue with ford rather than the dealership, so I won't be deducting any stars for it. It actually turned out in my favor because the color I wanted wouldnt have looked as good as my race red. I got an amazing car and am very happy with my experience. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

This is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. They are friendly, respectful, and very low pressure. They would rather you leave without a car than regret your purchase. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with my new car. If they ever need another motto, I would suggest "above and beyond" because that is they do already! I will definitely be using them for any vehicle purchases in the future

Called and made an appointment for a recall repair, and asked if I could also have brakes checked and a non-functioning electric window looked at while it was there. They called me back with prices, which of course were outrageous because its a "dealer". But my Honda dealer doesn't charge what they charge. Also, they charged me $125 just to "diagnose" the window issue. Would have been nice to have been told about the diagnostic charge BEFORE I dropped it off. Wouldnt recommend using their service department. You can do better, and cheaper, almost anywhere.

We were shopping for a car for my mother-in-law. After looking at 3 different dealers, we just didn't feel like the sales people were listening to our needs nor did they try to meet us at a payment we were comfortable with. The manager, Joe Demarino was so great to work with. Not only did he listen and understand what we wanted, he dropped a car off for my mother-in-law to drive for a few days to make sure she liked it before we purchased it. The young man who dropped it off spent time with her showing her how all the features worked in the car. Joe was also easy to negotiate with and it was just an overall great experience. We will definitely go back to Hoskins for our future vehicles and also refer others.

This is the second time I've brought my car here for service, first was a scheduled oil change. This time I used their "Quick Lane" service to get my summer wheel & tire set swapped out for my winter set. I also had some curb rash on two of my summer wheels (so embarrassing) that I needed to get fixed. I purchased extra insurance when I bought the car at a different dealership that includes coverage for wheel damage, and had no issues with them taking it here (I've had problems at other dealerships previously with this). I was in and out in about an hour but had to leave the wheels with them so they could be fixed at a later date, which I already knew. All of the employees I've spoken with are very friendly as well! I have high expectations for them with future visits! :)
