All of the positive reviews are spot on. These guys are a rare breed. Trustworthy mechanics that actually care about doing what s right for their customers. I am very tough to please and they did something during my transaction that earned my trust. Something that they absolutely didn t have to do and I didn t ask for. Just such a relief that people like this still exist. I have nothing but great things to say and will be recommending all of my family and friends.

Mike has been consistently fair, upfront, and honest every time I have gone to Bigfoot Automotive. There are a few places closer to my house that I could walk to and drop off my car, but I'm happy to travel a little further if it means being able to trust the mechanics working on my car and service that is provided. The front desk service is always friendly and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend!

If I could give this place a higher than 5 star rating, I would.I came here earlier today to ensure the vehicle I drive was "roadworthy" in the eyes of PennDOT given the rules and regulations of a once a year inspection requirement...and I was pleasantly surprised when the mechanics gave the vehicle a clean bill of health.This is a helluva difference between what you'd find at big box auto repair shops like Midas, Meineke, etc VS what you'll find at locations like this one. I know moving forward, if something's wrong with the vehicle I drive, I WILL be back to Bigfoot Automotive, 0 questions asked!

Great experience. Friendly folks. They fit me in quickly for yearly inspection and front brakes. Quick turnaround and the price was exactly what I was hoping for. So happy to find a trustworthy , local shop.

You will not find a more honest and community driven company. Bigfoot takes care of their customers with a small town passion that has been left behind by these bigger companies just looking to make more money. The proof is in the fact that multiple emergency services departments use Bigfoot to not only keep their POVs on the road, they also take their emergency vehicles to them as well. This place is the definition of a small town shop that you can reliably count on to do to everything in their power to help you with your automotive needs all while keeping it at an amazingly fair price.

if you need your vehicle worked on big foot is the best place to go. the mechanics are great. I took my truck in and it was done the same day. the mechanics are really nice and helpful. the women at front desk is great and very helpful. her smile is contagious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

Mike worked on my cars when he was at the dealership. When he went out on his own I moved with him. I trust his work because I drive that car. He takes care of it all. I feel safe. Thanks Bigfoot.

Mike and crew are outstanding! Before I found Bigfoot Automotive, I was on a long and expensive search for honesty and fair price. Finally, at long last, I have my trusted and outstanding mechanic. Bigfoot Automotive. I found Mike on a Google search, saw that he had years of working experience in a GM facility, and took my Chevy Sonic to him for an ongoing valve gasket leak and leaking coolant. Turns out, not a fault with the car but the fault of the previous mechanics. He fixed the coolant leak (no charge) and replaced the leaking valve cover at a reasonable price. 5 stars

Everyone needs to get their car stuff fixed through Bigfoot automotive. I ve heard about this wonderful place from a buddy of mine. I was checking everywhere stressing about getting my car fixed and inspected. I would love to start by the staff. They are absolutely amazing. Everyone is caring, and they are not to take your money or add stuff you don t necessarily need. It started from calling and was put into their voicemail for being close, 10 mins later I got a return call. At this point I know it was going to be great service. Not most places call you back. From there it just got better and better. Deff deserves more than 5 stars !Service: Vehicle Inspection

My cars throttle body went like 2 weeks ago and I called Mike at Bigfoot automotive and asked him how much it would cost to fix it he gave me the best price ever I told him I would have my car there so he can fix it in the first my car went to the shop at 9:15am by 12 they were calling to say your cars done you can come get it I was so excited when I say go see mike at Bigfoot automotive for all your car needs he s fast reliable and did a great job thanks to Carrie too for being so nice def takes a great person to do customer service and you get a A in that category way to go everyone I ll def be telling everybody what a great job you did for me

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Mike was able to find a simple fix for my vehicle that one of the big box dealers were trying to charge me nearly $3000 to fix. Mike saved me thousands right before xmas. Nice to see honest quality mechanics still exist!! Mike has earn my family s business for life!!

As always exceptional service at a great price. Super friendly staff, reasonable wait times, extremely knowledgeable and honest. Sometimes there's even a dog there that you can play with! You can't ask for much more. He's got my business.

Mike is an exceptional technician with years of knowledge and skill. He has been servicing my vehicles for the past 13 years and has saved me countless amounts of money and not to mention headaches on repairs to my daily drivers and my JEEP. Not only were the prices excellent, but also the quality of work was fantastic. I had an obscure issue with my car and the guys were able to pinpoint it and repair it with ease. I would definitely go there again!

I really like that this place is in the neighborhood. Fast friendly service and at good prices makes it the place to take your ride for all your auto needs. And they support a Bassett hound rescue so at the very least, stop by for the cause...stop by and see #BigFoot

Unethical. Do not buy from Mike Harvey on eBay or use Bigfoot Automotive, LLC. He sells vehicles with major issues that he does not disclose. We purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from him that needed to be towed days after we received it and has required thousands of dollars worth of work on parts that he advertised as working. He was unresponsive to all requests to discuss the issues with the vehicle.
