I got my car towed through AAA. It s never a good day when you need to get your car towed. However my experience was great. My technician Joseph got to me quickly, he was very pleasant, friendly, and kind!! My car is lowered and he had no issues getting it onto the flatbed. I would like to say I had such a great experience with a fellow named Rob from A&R Towing he was really greatSometime ago I couldn't get my car started and someone with me thought it was the starter and not the batteryso I was disappointed whenAAAs said you could have a tow truck OR somebody that might try and start your carI would have thought the person that comes to tow your car could at least try starting the carBut since I thought it might be the starter I thought I had to order the tow truck to take me to a shopand this was at night about 10:00 p.m.when Rob showed up with his tow truck from A&R Towing the first thing he did was came out with his battery starter deviceand let me tell you he got that car started and did not have to tow meI want to emphasize that he was a really nice fellavery respectfulA warm likeable personalityjust nice person to do business with and a credit to his companyand I would recommend A&Rand specifically asking for Robthey're lucky to have him I was very happy with his serviceService: Battery service

How does the tow driver lock keys in vehicle with van in gear headlights on in middle of Chester. And claim van in safe spot to triple a. I got pictures and video with driver having doors open so he lock my eyes in van and say f it. When I complain to triple a and tell them I got it on video and audio guy says oh.

Rainy night in January when A & R picked my car up. Car had damage after dropping off at the designated garage. It wasn't there before. No acknowledgement from company in the last two months.. Won't even say if pics were taken before tow and after. They want to total car

Fredericko was absolutely a life saver. He towed us out of a situation that another truck wouldn't even touch! He was so clever, positive and eager to help us. Thank God for this very kind man. Love this towing company

Polite staff , prompt service they handle everything from flat tires to out of gas to locked outs to full service tows . Your best bet in the Coatsville area .
