You never want to go to a shop because it means your truck is hurt.These guys have impressed me, and show good shops do still exist. From the moment i walked in, i was treated with friendliness and respect, and was given the impression that these guys want to help every step of the wayThe shop both in the lounge and in the bays was extremely clean and organized, it tells me they have a great pride in the work they doIf you need service, this is the shop to visit!

My Pete (w/Paccar MX13) derated two miles away. Limped it in at 1am. Plenty of trailer parking. Got me in first thing after opening at 7am, diagnosed and out the door within a few hours. Couldn't have broke down at a better place. There's a subway within walking distance if you get hungry.

stopped in without an appointment and was behind schedule. The Service department fit me in quickly and was very friendly. The chairs in the driver lounge are some of the best ive seen at any dealer and the coffee was fresh. they had the part and i was rolling in under an hour. i am going to use Kenworth in Clintonville from now on. Great job and thank you all

A gentleman named Bill made a very unpleasant trip a wonderful one. Ordered part from different kensworth, show up here and they say it s out of stock. Bill helped find where I could get the part same day and close to where I was. I appreciate his kind gesture to assist in locating the part and would highly recommend this place as it seems like they care about their customers

I just want to say thank you to Steve and Bill. Had a minor issue with my truck, came in late and they got me right in. Thank you guys so much and happy Thanksgiving! And godbless yes i would definitely recommend drivers to come at this location. Very professional

Had Def troubles and as always Sean and the guys tdid a great job getting me back on the road had a brake can issue Steve on afternoon shift got it changed. Great service.Highley recommend.

Called a dealer in Ohio, got attitude and "first come first serve if you were here now, we might look at it tomorrow". Called this dealership, they were friendly, actually said they wanted my business. They set appointment for the same evening. I literally drove past the dealer in Ohio. These folks took me in as soon as I arrived. First problem was fixed. Second problem could not be done until morning. Let me pull out and spend the night in the truck. Back in in the morning, they had to spend most of the on an intermittent electrical problem. But, they have a very nice drivers lounge.I felt prices were reasonable.Everyone was very nice!would definitely recommend!

Worst appointments, I called a week before to set up an appointment, they gave me at 12:00 PM and I waited three hours after the appointment to get my truck serviced. I asked how long it is going to take and they didn t have an answer. Why are you making appointments then if you don t have enough mechanics. They make you waste your time for no reasons. At the end I leaved without fix my truck and wasted my time.

These guys are awesome. They went above and beyond to repair my brake issue on my wrecker. Excellent customer service!!! Enjoy the Cold ones guys! You definitely deserve it!!!

Great people to deal with. They gave us the estimate and stuck to it. Communicated the whole way through on the progress. Took us to hotel and picked us back up. Seemed like an honest operation. Clean shop and nice comfy recliners in drivers lounge. Would not hesitate to go back. Thanks Shawn and Brayden!!

Drivers! If you have the pleasure of breaking down in PA, this is where you'd want it to happen. Polite, professional, HONEST and (when there isn't a national parts shortage) timely. Wade & his crew worked their MOJO when my DEF sensor took a dive. I came in, informed them of my issue and was treated with the utmost respect & dignity without being ripped off. I've been to quite a few shops & no one has come close to these guys! Thank y'all so much for getting me back on the road and making me feel at home!

Nice full service Kenworth dealer. Friendly staff, full parts department with quick parts location and delivery.Shop has expirenced mechanics and good turn around times. A good place for all your commercial truck needs. And a great sale s department too.Stop in.

Nate and Kenwood did a good job of getting me in there and trying to diagnose the issues with the turbo on a Cummins X-15. Needless to say the fix easy and simple it was just the bolts from a turbo gasket clamp and a new gasket.

Called before I got towed in. Shawn told me they had space to get me in. Great communication; Shawn (Sean?) Didnt mind me calling as much as I did. Gave me an estitmate and its what I paid when I picked up my truck. I was down for 3 days but the work that was done was great. No further issues. Noah in afternoons/night was very nice and polite. I would trust these guys to work on my truck again. No drama or attitude just a good bunch of people.Ultrashift trans clutch, pilot bearing, input shaft, flywheel, rear main leak, rear structure leak and rear motor mounts.

Usual hurry up and wait place, even though an appointment was made to get the truck checked out first thing 7am. Waited until after 11am before it was pulled in the shop.

Called April 20 around 3:14PM or so, got there not long after,walked in and the guy wrote down my info.I asked when can u see my truck he reply I won't be able to take the truck in until 7PM .I was not too happy to have to wait 3Hrs just to take it in. At 9:30 PM NO ONE HAS CALL ME .SO I CALLED TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON. THE GUY THAT ANSWER THE PHONE SAID YOUR appointment is for the next day at 7AM, THINGS ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD AT THIS POINT. BUT I SAID OK LETS COME BACK TOMORROW SO THE 21 OF APRIL 2021 JUST BEFORE 7AM I DROVE INTO THE PARKING LOT TALKED TO THE GUY AT THE COUNTER AND HE GOT THE TRUCK IN THE SHOP 10 MINUTES LATER I WAS HOPEFUL THAT NO MORE ISSUES WILL COME UP.BUT I WAS WRONG AROUND 12PM I ASKED FOR AN UPDATE ABOUT THE TRUCK WAS TOLD THAT NEEDED TO ORDER SOME PARTS FOR THE NEXT DAY I SAID OK CAN I GET A RIDE TO THE MOTEL DOWN THE ROAD IS ABOUT 6 MILES AND HE SAID SURE AS SOON AS THE PARTS DELIVERY GUY COME BACK FROM HIS RUN THIS WAS GOING TO BE AROUND 4Pm so I waited and when the time came no one was available to take me to the motel. It's now 6PM AND ASKED THE GUY AT THE COUNTER CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME A RIDE TO THE MOTEL AND THE GUY AT THE COUNTER SAID YEAH I WAS THINKING GOOD BUT THEN HE SAID I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT FOR A 6 MILE RIDE TO THE MOTEL. NOW I'M NOT HAPPY A ALL.I ASKED UNTIL MIDNIGHT FOR A SIX MILES RIDE?THE GUY HAPPYLY REPLY YES. I WAS BEYOND MY WITT'S WITH THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT AND CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED AT THE THIS POINT I SAID JUST GIVE ME MY TRUCK BACK SO I CAN DRIVE TO THE MOTEL. BEFORE THESE EVENTS MY COMPANY TRIED TO GET AN UBER AND I TRIED TO GET A TAXI NEITHER WOULD COME TO PICK ME UP . JUST NOT ENOUGH OF A PROFIT I GET IT.BUT FOR THE KENWORTH DEALER TO MAKE ME WAIT FOR 4HRS THE 20TH AND ALL DAY for THE 21th just for a 6 MILES ride. Very unprofessional. I have 2 question what's an appointment for and a 6miles ride to take all day?I ended walking to the Subway store had to pay a guy ten dollars. Now at the motel waiting for parts. Will

I received the absolute greatest customer service from Philip McKinley. He went above and beyond just to help me get the proper treatment and coverage while I was down and getting repaired at Kenworth of Cincinnati/ Palmer Trucks. He made critical phone calls and emails on my behalf. He saved my company $9,940.71 as well as eliminated an unnecessary claim with Premium 2000. I can't thank you enough. Incredible work. Your enthusiasm and persistence is unparalleled. I've been down for 9 days around the holidays but yet I feel blessed to have been helped by someone of your character! You're an absolute stand up guy. Thank you so much.

Been driving for over 25 years and this is the best dealership we have ever been to. Always professional . Communicates with us and does the job without any problems. We are loyal customers to this Kenworth .

My visit was at 11:45 pm on 9/13/18, 15 minutes before closing they say "we're closed" as soon as we walked in.. what?? no your not i just walked in! What kind of service is that? Your job is as simple as typing a couple letters and going to the back for the part i need.You people are something. Fix your selves or stay home and dont work!Wade Calderwood, please have a talk with this group working this night, they obviously need some motivation or a kick out the door.

Been here since they opened at 7am. Keep having to ask employees ETA to even look at truck. Its 16:00 now and when we ask for an update they have no clue when it will be. Have literally wasted a whole day here due to the thinking it may be anytime we may be next. OTR truck drivers i wouldn't recommend this place.
