There were a few hiccups in the beginning, but overall the staff was great. I was able to get my car inspected and under 30 minutes. The waiting room is extremely nice, and they allowed me to have my dog without any questions or problems. I can't say enough Good things about the staff and the service that I received. I will definitely be back and I will tell absolutely everybody how fantastic they were. It's nice to be able to be treated well by a company with a good name like Goodyear

worst experience ever. the guy told me there is no tire in the range of $100 all tires are over 150. then I checked in online and told them then they say yes we have. The next day I came to change a tire and It's been more than an hour and I am still waiting they are just changing a tire.

This place will kill someone. I brought my vehicle in due to a blinking battery light and wanted the battery checked. I get a follow up call stating that the battery was fine and the alternator was working as it should. 4 hours later the car stalls in the middle of the highway and thankfully we were able to steer it to the side of the median just in time. MEANING we could have been seriously injured OR injured another person. We had the vehicle towed to a nearby mechanic and low and behold, the battery was CORRODED and the alternator was BAD. We spent $200+ to get the car towed but most importantly we are safe! Do better good year!

I may have a bias, but i am okay with that. This is a full service center, but if there is one thing goodyear does... its tires.And tires can be expensive, but there isnt much anyone can do about that at this moment.But it was quick and easy.They took care of my needs.I would highly recommend

i waited 2 hours for my oil change and they forgot to put the drain plug back in tight and then the drain plug came out while i was driving and i lost all the oil in my engine !!!! ridiculous do not come here for service !!

My wife went there for the state inspection.They called later and said the windshield wipers and the brake light bulbs needed to be changed for a 100$, or fail the inspection.My wife agreed to avoid the vehicle failing and losing the 70$ for the inspection.I don't think she needed a new windshield wipers (ours was relatively new, a month or two old) or if the brake lights were not working to begin with.But, should the brake bulbs cost 60$ and the wipers cost 40$? in addition to the 70 from the state inspection, totalling over 180 with tax ?

Rob was awesome. He got me the tires I needed for a fair price and he did it quickly. He was friendly to everyone who came in while I sat and waited and offered coffee and water! Great customer service to me and others at this store! Will definitely be back.

Went in for an oil change now my oil housing is broke. Mechanics are clueless. Rob s cool but Both my car had wrong oil and now my Audi is broken. Do not go there. The car never leaked oil before.

Spoke with Rob on the phone, polite and easy to book an appointment that worked for my schedule. Met with Hani for my appointment, was fast, as expected, he took time to explain the issue (drawing on scrap paper) and honored my warranty once the saw the issue off of the rim. Overall a good experience, I will be back when needed.

Hani was amazingHe really helped me and saved me a lot of money.I was very pleased with the service.I got there without and appointment on a Sunday and they were able to diagnose and perform the job very fast.I m very happy with the results and treatment and highly recommend services.

Made an appointment online called the day before to assure app and price.I get there guy with a attitude gives me higher price total whatever I get passed that. return later to pick up my car hoping anyone else would come to the desk but no it's the same A.H from this morning with the same attitude after I just spent over a thousand $$ at this business asked about the rebate he tossed a paper on the counter and told me go online lol the worst!! You should consider getting a self check machine it would probably make things better here ..but the guys in the back did a decent job on my car so that's the 2 star

1st time at this Goodyear since they closed the Upper Darby location that I used to go to for over 15 years and 3 cars later. Nice and clean wasit room. Good customer service. Excellent work! Oil change took approximately an hour. Will make sure to let my family know about the good service.

Hani is very professional and nice. He took me as a walk in (day before thanksgiving) and made sure I was in and out. Less than 90 min (expected wait time), and also applied a coupon without me asking. Definitely recommend!

I love this Good Year location. Robert is quick, efficient, and provide great customer service. He literally checks in on you while you wait and makes great conversation. Thank you for making my experience less stressful each time I come to get my car serviced.

This location is my go to for my car services. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Even during last minute schedules, they are pretty fast at their service. Special shout out to one of the reps Hani, who on separate occasions have helped recommend the best service for my car. He s definitely been a great help and genuinely cares about the service he provides. Really good location to come to.

We needed new tires with very little notice, and Kyle did an amazing job of making sure we got everything we needed within a few hours. Service here was fantastic and we will absolutely be returning.Side note: the waiting area is huge, spacious, and seating is more than socially distanced apart. It felt totally safe even without a mask.

Hani and the service manager did a great job explaining what was going on with my tires. They went above an beyond to fix the issue promptly and review my tire history. The location is clean and well stocked with water and coffee while guest wait. I will likely return for my service repair needs.

Hani assisted me with my wheel alignment balancing and getting one new tire... he was patient explained why I need certain services and why it was costing an arm and a leg... it was well worth it and glad I got it done and happy he was the one to help me!

Worst experience ever. Came in to get a PA inspection and chose to go here thinking it would be at least like pep Boys. But once I walked in the ugliest and most out of shape version of stone cold Steve Austin, immediately says hello and yells to move my car. Now there is a way to talk to people and that wasn t the way for sure, and my slow as- thought to myself there is no way maybe we all just woke up and we are all out of character. But remember this guy is at his job. So I go move the car and come back and go to the lady next to him cause she was the one behind the computer, and why was I thinking she would be any different(no freaking idea). Turns out that this was the Cusion that stone cold Steve Austin was smashing, we will go with calling her over sized Bethany. Well over sized Bethany tells me she can squeeze me in in about 3 hours and I tell her I can t wait because I have to go open up shop where I work and I was like is it is okay for a person to come back with my car in a a hour or 2 and this lady says no you would have to leave it now. And that just didn t make any sense to me because she said she would squeeze me in in about 3 hours, what would you need my car that long for. Very suspicious and rude as- people I have ever meet. Really think 40 times before going to these people. Good luck

Hani was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of my concerns. He answered my questions concisely and with clarity, putting me at ease. Once my car was complete, he reviewed all of the completed work, and answered follow up questions. I am very satisfied with Hani and this Goodyear, in general. Highly recommend!

Went in to get a flat tire fixed, but they said it was unfixable and that i needed a new tire. They even tried to sell me a second tire. I had a feeling the flat tire could have been fixed, but they chose to make a sell. I bought the new tire and kept the flat tire. The next day i went to a small tire shop and they fixed the flat tire, easily. They had done the same thing with a friend of mine in the past. I am filing a complaint with their headquarter and the better business bureau. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you crooks.

Went to get my headlight fixed thinking it was going to be a quick bulb change , but it turns out my headlights were an assembly and it was going to require additional servicing . Hani was extremely professional with explaining what needed to be done and how they were going to do it ! Will continue to come here !

Goodyear has been my go to for tires and maintenance, but it was my first time coming to this location. All the guys are helpful, and Rob Robb takes the cake with his customer service and friendly conversation while I waited. Tire Service was on point, efficient and fast. Goodyear does so much more than tires; check out the Clifton Heights location, you'll be glad you did!

I had a flat tire and was in a pinch. Called automotive tire and spoke with Robert Robb who immediately took me in and got the tire fixed. Great place, very clean and extremely friendly! Highly recommend.

Hani the manager at Goodyear had great customer service skills and also excellent knowledge of his craft he ensured alignment of new tires to perfection! Was focused on getting the best service at the best price ! Definitely will recommend

I've tried to get tires at this location on 2 different occasions. Both times I scheduled my appointment ahead of time and selected the proper size and style tire I wanted. Apon arrival they stated they never recieved the appointment and don't have that tire. Of course they had tires that were more expensive in stock though. Both times I walked out and went somewhere else.

Went to get my tires checked to see if my tread would pass inspection. Didn't even have to go inside. The guy waited on me outside. Said you're good to go. I was good. Recommend them highly @ Baltimore Pk & Oak Ave. Clifton Heights.
