They were fantastic start to finish, the car took a few weeks but that was due to holidays/parts needed to be sent to them but they let me know right from the beginning that it would be awhile. Great customer service, the car looked as good as the day I bought it when I picked it up!

Brought my vehicle here after a driver hit me. From the moment I called I was treated with care and professionalism. I was kept up to date with the progress and my vehicle was even completed early and returned to me clean and looking brand new. I came in amd had minor things that needed to be fixed . No one ever sent a quote or even got back to me. Had me think maybe because i wast going thru insurance or maybe it just wasn't significant. To them. Either way it was very unprofessional. However lady at the front desk is sweet

Everything was fine when the car was returned. What was great was that every bit of the car was cleaned, especially the inside. Not one speck of anything left, even slats and small vents. I was amazed.

This place has horrible service. If you were recommended to go here from StateFarm, do yourself a favor and stay away. I don t know if all caliber locations are like this one, but this location was a terrible. They made me file two separate claims and I m pretty confident they never actually repaired my car with a new exhaust pipe. They also returned my car with some parts missing and have refused to fix itServices: Exhaust, Painting

I love Caliber Collision! Unfortunately my car was hit 3 times (2 times it was parked). I used Caliber Collision each time and their service and customer service is always outstanding! I am not one to write a review but in a society where it is hard to find employees that want to work and customer service is lacking, they need to be commended on their outstanding service! I had to wait a month from the date of my accident to have my car serviced, but I knew they would be worth the wait and had no plans to take my car anywhere else. Thank you Caliber Collision, you guys are the best and my car looks GREAT!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had the unfortunate situation of needing body work on two vehicles. I used Caliber on both repairs. They were polite, professional and personable from the receptionist to the estimator. The work was completed ahead of schedule and was quality work. While I hope I won't need their body work services again, if/when I do, I will use this Caliber location indefinitely.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was sent to the shop from Travelers and they couldn t have sent me to a better place. Karl Keller handled my claim with professional and knowledgeable conversations. Keeping me informed of the time frame for the repair process biweekly was excellent customer service. The entire process from start to finish was painless. Even the rental car and associate from enterprise was on site. The repairs look wonderful and the car looks like it just came out of the showroom. This is my second experience with Caliber, first time at this location, and everything was amazing both times. I can't believe how amazing the body work looks and how fast the work was completed! There was a good bit of damage and the car was ready in 4 days. I thought it would take at least 2 weeks (based on a previous accident a few years ago, where I took my vehicle to a body shop and it took almost a full month to get repaired - granted there was more damage but I bet Caliber would've had it completed way faster than that!) So, they far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using them in the future! Rob was great and regularly updated me throughout the week of the progress.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
