Friendly staff. Good place. They're all very helpful. My car broke down outside their store. They immediately came to my aid trying to help diagnose the problem. My car wasn't able to start. They helped push it into a parking space. Then they reassured me it would be ok to leave it until I was able to get it moving again. I'm grateful for their kindness and helping to alleviate my stress. I did finally get it moving in my own and they congratulated me.

I was helped by Sam and he gave us a wonderful experience. Came in thinking I needed to buy a battery but he ended up just needing to tighten the battery terminal. Did it free and with a smile, definitely coming again

Demmare was great from start to finish. He did some research via the phone for me and treated ne even better when I went into the store to get what I needed. He even put my part on for me!! Highly recommend Auto Zone and ask for Demarre!-Happy Customer

I had a great experience there. Needed new wipers and the rep had me pull my car up to the store front and changed them for me! He also researched the wiper size for me beforehand. I recommend them

Most, not all workers. are not there to help you. They're there to socialize with each other, fowl mouths and all. Couldn't stop his conversation to put my items in a bag and thank me. Wow. Won't be back.

Worst customer service experience here. Don't even greet you or offer help. Given the wrong products multiple times even after associates looked up items on computer. Wish there was actual knowledgeable associates working here or a better system where customers could look up their own items.

I had a great experience at the location on Baltimore Pike. The employee Bazil gave me top notch service. I wanted a certain steering wheel cover.. and he checked in the back for me. They were out of stock, but I did select a cover that I really liked. He went above and beyond when he offered to put the cover on for me. He said that it's a struggle getting the cover on. But he had it on in under a minute. Thank you again Bazil..you're the best!

Well stocked, staff will help just not very friendly, some are some of the time. Many times I feel like they're annoyed that you came in and dont question what they tell you, especiallyif your a female. ... sad that the younger generation aren't being taught "real" customer service.

Sam is the best!!! He took his time to help me figure out my headlight issue! I have a 2017 Chevy equinox and my front light was out. I had noooo idea how to replace and neither did Sam at first. He took his time to figure it out and replaced the light for me! He was also so patient and kind and I highly recommend this auto zone to anyone who needs help with their car!

No credibility.I need to recycle a motorcycle battery, but not sure whether their store take it or not. So I call the store to verify. They confirmed that they do recycle motorcycle battery and also offer $10 store credit. When I drop the battery, they changed that, saying they don t give store credit to the motorcycle battery. When I confronted them about my call. They only repeat no store credit.I have been to many auto zone stores, always had great experience with the responsible staff. I m very surprised on my experience with this store. I won t come here again.For people who wants to recycle motorcycle battery, I won t recommend to drop it here. Since they changed what they said on the phone about the store credit, I won t be surprised if they change about taking motorcycle battery.

I don't know my store is a little bit closer and usually have everything I need. But when I needed 1 piece to have all I needed just to change my oil on my Hayabusa they didn't have my filter man & they always had everything but I had to go to another store something I needed right then & there this store had it so for now it's my number #2 store but no problems in and out and I was done good customer service to.

A gentleman in the auto zone in Chrome but I was known in Clifton Heights was absolutely spectacular. His Name is basilAnd he changed my back window wiper blade. He was kind caring and refuse to take any money of any kind for helping me make sure everything was working fine with it you said goodbye verynice young man

This is my favorite AutoZone in the area! I went in today to get some new windshield wiper blades and Basil was super friendly and helpful. He even put them on for me! This is the location you want to go to.

The inventory in this particular Autozone is not that good, so I had to buy something I didnt want to buy, but the store closer to me had what I need in stock....unfortunately I was food shopping at the Acme next door so this store was more convenient. If you can get to the Marshall Road store in Upper Darby go there instead for the better inventory.

Very organized store. Nice workers. One of them came out to help with my brake light as it was stuck and I couldn t get it. He went above and beyond with 3 different types of pliers to help! I will definitely be coming back for any more auto parts that I need in the future. I never write google reviews but I was very happy with the customer service. Thank you again!

Ian O is the only useful employee at this establishment. Great customer service. Pleasant personality. The rest of the staff is lazy and unapologetic about it. They ll literally lie to your face instead of helping or doing their job. Do yourself a favor and just ask for Ian. You ll save yourself time and a headache.

My one headlight had burned out and I was clueless as to what I needed. I was there twice before but the store manager was the only staff member working so he could not help me out by putting it on for me. I was real lucky and blessed when I came back a third time and met a wonderful male employee named Sam. Sam was helpful and installed the new bulb for me. Sam has such great customer service, is friendly, and extremely attentive. I will definitely come back for any car products I may need now thanks to Sam. My aging father also says thanks to Sam! You sure made our day!

If I could I'd give NO stars. Customer service is horrible. Had one of the employees tried to disrespect me as if I said something wrong to him when I only brought my bad battery in for charging. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. AND THE STORE MANAGER IAN was unprofessional as well.

If I could give this Auto Zone more than 5 stars I would. The staff was so nice and helped me with what I needed for a spark plug and coil change. One person I want to point out in particular is SAM! He was so friendly and I hope to meet him again. Sam was very helpful and I definitely recommend this Auto Zone! Thank you again Sam!!

Store seems small but well stocked. Prices are about what you expect.The associate that ultimately rang me out seemed to have basic knowledge but lacked basic comprehension. He appeared to be listening while I asked my question about fitment, but when he answered my question he gave me information about the product itself and didn t actually answer my question about the fitment. Luckily I already had a general idea of what I was looking for before I walked in so I just went with what I knew I needed.

Costumer service was the worst I ever dealt with. The manager (tall guy) was very intimidating and would not let me return my item. He told me to go to another store and return it. He didn t like that I asked logical questions and used big words. I would not recommend going here spending your money or time.

Needed a new car battery and received excellent service! Troy helped me remove my battery because it was stuck. My tools weren't good enough but he handled it for me. Wonderful experience thank you!

Sam, one of the managers of this AutoZone location helped me--a lot--today, with filling my car with a quart of oil I bought from the store (I didn't know where to put it in) and with another situation, and giving me some welcome advice re car care. I appreciate him (and you all) so very, very much...

The staff were very helpful and very respectful. The prices were reasonable. I will say that they should ask people if they have tool to do the job because I had to go back for a tool.

The store manager is awesome. I went to change my battery on 4/1/21. Nels went above and beyond to help me. Hard to see great customer service these days. They will have my business forever.

A very competent staff who pays attention to the customer's want, concern and need. Clean and well organized store, staff members were versed about products, friendly, pleasant, patient and understanding of the fact that most customers don't really know exactly what their looking for, even the name of the part or a proper description. Great customer service experience!
