Had services here for the first time today. Came for a state inspection and tire rotation and am overwhelmingly pleased with the service! Dropped it off when they opened and it was done by lunch time. Looked incredibly busy so I was impressed. Zach (I believe) went over the inspection with me when I arrived to pick it up. He was thorough, concise, honest, and great customer service! I will be back to work on the recommended repairs. Cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you.

I have been coming here for a year after I moved into the area. Well, today, they just blew me away. I bought a used car from a dealer who wasn't exactly honest about the extra work that needed to be done on said car. I brought it here to get it looked at and was shocked to see not only did Cisney's go the extra mile by trying to figure out what the dealership was telling me, but they recommended that no work be done on the non-issue the dealer was trying to charge me for. They could have easily said here is a small issue and charged me for it, but didn't. What shop is that honest? They are... I won't be bringing my cars anywhere else!

I had a coolant hose blowout on the way home from work. I dropped it off, expecting a call the next day for an update. Cisney's is always busy. The call came early that evening, the problem fixed. Adding an oil change and air filter, it was ready next day. No appointment, dropped on the fly.Service like that is hard to find, thanks Cisney crew!

Cisney s has been taking care of my diesel truck and my wife s foreign car for 3 years. We have been extremely happy with their work, customer service, communication, and prices. I trust all my vehicles with Cisney's as they are professional and never let me down. Go above and beyond trying to keep cost down, but they don't take any shortcuts. One time I was left on the side of the road and they were quick to come out with their tow truck with one phone call. I won't go anywhere else. You are more than just a customer. You don't get the same warm and friendly experience from the giants. Highly recommend!

Professional, quality, fast. Referred by henise. I called up because I needed work done 4 days before my road trip and they sure do a busy business. Cisney and the boys were able to get me fit in and had the work completed next day. The price was quality and the work was A+. I took my vehicle here for an inspection and knew it needed a lot of work! They called me before they did anything to let me know pricing, and also gave me different options to accommodate my budget. He stuck to the quoted price and the work was great! The guys here are fantastic. Very polite and have taken time to explain things and answer questions. They ve done great work on my wife s jeep and are fairly priced. We actually decided to bring her jeep in when having issues because their reviews were good and I completely see why. This establishment is by far the best I have ever been too! The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and amazing! Very patient and made me feel as if I was a regular customer. This was my first time here and the patience and service was amazing!! If I could rate 10 stars I would! I highly recommend if you need any car service to go to these guys! Without them I would have not made it home safely! I m truly greatful for your kindness and thank you once again!!!! You can't find better honest and quality work. They'll ask your opinion and give you every option available. Money tight, no problem they'll offer the best advice, and still give you quality work. It's a great family owned business and you can tell they care about their customers. Never needed another mechanic after finding this garage.

I brought my mother's van here for inspection related repairs. The service was trustworthy, and the repairs were performed correctly in a timely manner. Overall the repairs were reasonably priced. I will definately be returning here for service!

My family has gone to Cisney's for years and I just recently started taking my own vehicles to them. They are VERY HONEST, HARD-WORKING and RELIABLE people. They seem to really care about my money and are always direct about what is needed and what can wait to save $$$. Very easy to work with and they even offer loaner cars when the work takes longer than expected. Great repair shop highly recommend!!

Can't say enough nice things about this business. Was in town visiting family and my vehicle needed repair. I called and spoke to Larry. I told him what I thought the issue was and that I just needed to get the vehicle on a lift. He told me to come on down in an hour. I did so and they took my vehicle back almost right away. The technician whose name I cannot recall worked tirelessly to fix my vehicle and was successful. He saved my weekend!Cost was reasonable. Everyone there was super friendly. Facility and office was clean (as clean as a busy garage can be of course). Excellent experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I found Cisney's through a referral and I am very pleased with their work. They are fair, honest and always have the customers best interest in mind. They make you aware of what your vehicle may need in the future so that you are not surprised down the road. You get the same level of service as a dealership without the excessive markup on parts and service. If you are looking for a local shop that does fair and honest work give Cisney's a try.

I've only been to Cisney's twice, but both were excellent experiences. They're very caring, very fast, very knowledgeable, competitively priced, and they gave me a loaner car for the weekend at no charge both times. Highly recommend!

The owners of cisney diagnostic are absolutely wonderful they have been nothing but great to me anytime I have an issue they are there to help and are on top of things and I never have to wait long to have anything fixed prices are definitely reasonable. If you need an interlock system put in and recalibrated, this is the place I always recommend. Exceptional Customer Service! 10 from me!

This has to be the most corrupt garage I ever came in contact with . The replaced an engine for me which the price went from $4000 then when I went to pick it up it costed $7000+ . That engine blew about a month later because they were so cheap they couldn t replace simple hardware . They did the right thing and covered the cost for the new one but the mistake should of never of happened . Then I take my truck there to get valve covers and to seal a transmission leak . They had my truck for 4-5 months before it was ready . And guess what they didn t do the valve covers they said the were going to do . So all those months for them to install a transmission? Horrible place to go they have never stuck to their word on price .Services: Transmission, Engine repair

These guys are great and honest! Took my car in for repairs and needed to stay within a certain budget. Well they kept me in budget and I got more work done than I was expecting. I highly recommend these honest, prompt folks.

Great customer service- friendly, fair, honest, usually has a loaner car- which helps alot. My car has almost 500,000 miles original engine. Larry and his sons get a lot of the credit for my cars longevity.

One of the nicest places! The people there care about their customers. They helped me when my car broke down. I wish I lived in that area, I would go to them all the time. Helping me find the best price for the part I needed. Truly a place I would recommend to anyone. There are not many places around anymore that are honest, and care about their customers. Even when it was a horrible experience with my car, they made it better. Thank you

They have always been very helpful and thorough with taking care of my car. Never a long wait to get in and job gets done in a timely manner. They also give me a heads up on what may be coming up for next inspection or a repair that can wait but needs to be done down the road. I would recommend them - very pleasant to deal with.

These guys are great! They know their stuff and they're very personable and accommodating. They work on all kinds of cars, and sitting in the office is like playing "I spy"... years worth of fun and funny stuff they've collected. We highly recommend Cisneys!

Just had my first experience at Cisney's and am very pleased. While I appreciated my former garage in getting my car back on the road quickly, the work done at Cisney was more complete and thorough. Having a 10 year old vehicle comes with potential challenge and some things had been let go for too long though. Having no knowledge of the mechanics of a car, I rely on my garage to tell me when things need replaced or repaired-my former garage didn't do that, Cisney did. We will return with this and our other cars for future repairs. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and offer complete service at a fair price. I highly recommend Cisney!
