This is the third time I ve had a friend bring a car to me that was last worked on at Walmart (notice their stupid blue goo on the oil pan) only to find the drain plug COMPLETELY stripped. They even made note of this on the invoice my friend paid, but didn t bother to talk to her about it. My question is first- how does this happen in a professional setting? Secondly- why didn t you change the plug while you already had it out?When she brought her car in on Friday they told her they wouldn t change the oil because the bolt was stripped. Unreal.I have always encouraged people to go anywhere but here, and yet again, I m vindicated. Avoid these dummies at all costs and support local garages that know what they re doing.

Went at 2 p.m. to get an oil change guy told me it would be an hour and a half. I didn't get out of there till after 7 I noticed I was there first and the other person who came in at the same time I did was also and they were taking other vehicles ahead of us this place is ridiculous. Neither one of us got a next oil change sticker or the lights reset in the dash.

It's always an excuse with this center. Wait times are much longer than they should be mostly because if you look at their bays, there are usually more guys standing around talking than working. I went yesterday (Sep 30th) for an oil change and was told it would be an hour before they even got my car into the bays. There were no cars outside the bays at that time. I decided to return at 7am the next day when they open. I did and suddenly nobody came to work. One guy comes out and tells me it won't be until 10 when he gets more crew in. I return at 10 and the same guy tells me only one person came in and he's got a full day of tires to do. This is the second time they've used the "tires all day" excuse with me. They can get away with poor service simply because they're the only option in Clearfield on the weekends. Most of us work during the week so trying to get the simplest car work done during the week is nearly impossible. As a disabled veteran, doing it myself isn't an option either so I'm forced to take time off from work to go somewhere else. Avoid Clearfield Walmart Auto Center at all cost.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to help in the tire center. Needed a tire and mounted on the wheel. Was told it was going to take several hours cause they have many appointments. We were the 3rd car in line and one other person behind us. If need help quick, it's not here.

Long wait. Many staff but only one working. Others just talking to the one trying to work. No support for the one working. Just wanted nail pulled and tire fixed. Took hours.Was 2nd visit was told prior backed up over 2 weeks.Other than taking work time off not much of a choice to have repair.Nice guy who did the job and it looks like holding. Do need to check pressure to be sure. Would have liked pressure checked in all tires and to match. Not done. Was asked to be done.

I've been going thru a lot of problems with the tires and under a lot of relationship stress. They've had it in their system that two of the tires were just recently replaced. Not a word to me!!!DISHONEST!!!Replaced all four tires. Had to spend a lot of money to realize after that two tires were basically new! Watch out for that. They also did other unnecessary things just to charge me more!!!

Terrible to deal with. Over 4 hours to swap out 4 tires. Nothing that should have taken more than an hour on a bad day. We were not told that there was going to be a lengthy wait. Interestingly enough everyone else who was waiting while we were there, who all came in after us by the way, was told there were two cars in front of them. Everytime we, or anyone else, asked when our car would be serviced the answer was always "well there's two vehicles in the bay now, when one of those in done yours will be going in." Doesn't work like that for everyone yall. As an employee I would feel so embarrassed to have multiple people waiting for hours and hours for tasks that should be completed in 30 minutes to an hour. Someone else waiting 3 hours for them to swap out 1 tire. And not a single apology about the wait, they knew we were they're for over 4 hours yall THEY CHANGED SHIFTS. Would never recommend going there. Even if you've got all 4 flats and you're stranded in their parking lot save your time spend the money and tow it literally anywhere else.And to the employees working during this shift, Friday Nov 15th 2019, a simple apology about a long wait or an accurate estimate on when you think your car will be in the bay can go a LONG way.

Tyler did a terrific job on my mom s car when our spoiler plate fell off in the middle of our drive. He worked quickly and effectively. We appreciate his kindness and patience as well!

Please dont go here unless you plan on your car costing more in repairs caused by the retards working here! Went for an oil change and they not only stripped my oil plug but also put lok tight on the plug and cross threaded it back in! I will never go back. If anything it will be to sue them for cost incurred because of their stupidity!

Coming through and found out our car had one bad tire. Stopped here to get a set of tires thinking surely theyou will get me and my wife and 2 kids back on the road to Grandma's (3 hours away). They told us after registration it would take an hour and a half. Talk about a "gotcha" situation. I also work in service on heavy trucks and our mechanics can do 8 truck tires in 40 minutes so I do feel some sort of way by this. Use anybody else unless of course you find yourself in my shoes and can't put your family at risk. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had a basic oil change...they didn't put a new reminder sticker on the windshield, didn't reset the dash display and let my hood unlatched....poor performance this time.

Been here for over an hour and a half. I'm the only car at the tire port, and my car hasn't even gone in yet. Parked it in front of the tire port as well, so i know nothing else is getting done. Brought it in early so i could get it done and do other things today. And now I'm not even going to be able to go home before work.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought the lifetime rotate and balance the first time. Went back the second time and now they tell me the tires are too big to do them.

Called this place to get a tire after I got a flat, they assured me they had the one I needed in and repeatedly assured me if I drove there they would have one for me. Drove 20 minutes in the snow on a donut and they proceeded to give me a run around, then tell me they sold all those tires to someone else. By this time it was far too late for me to get help anywhere else. - 10/10 would get screwed over again

I had a worker specifically complain to me about my vehicle having a heat guard and that they are a pain in the a** to deal with. Ironically 5 days later the heat guard on my vehicle is hanging off due to screws not being placed back on. I will never use Walmart again for lube or tire services, and would advise to any one considering using them go any where else.

The lady at the at the register is not for customer service at all her comment this happens with old vechiles wasn't nessary asked questions on vale stems sensor replacement she was rude, when they are the ones that didn't have the sensors to put in to begin woth. This auto care center is a joke.

Two cars ahead of mine and it takes over 4 hours...yea next time ilk take it somewhere else for an oil change, obviously they have no clue what they're doing.

Especially since pennzoil closed. This is the only place I know of that you can get a walk in oil change.
