Well I used to come here for all my oil changes until the last time I went they did not put oil in it and blew my radiator out. Checked my dip stick and no oil and it overheated. So now I need a new radiator and I'm just doing oil changes myself from now on cant even trust a dealership.

I went in to order a Ford Maverick and the first thing we noticed was the strong engine oil smell. There was no one to greet us at first and the first guy we saw was on the phone and stayed on the phone without acknowledging us. A lady came out eventually and told us she will call another guy from the back. He then came out and told me he will order the maverick for me if I agree to pay $10k more than MSRP. WHEN I TOLD HIM I'M NOT WILLING TO PAY THAT, HE SAYS HE CAN'T ORDER IT FOR ME NOW ANYWAY, AND TO CALL HIM BACK IN OCTOBER. I DROVE OVER TO JACOB GEORGE AND HE WAS SO SWEET AND GAVE ME NO PROBLEM IN SUBMITTING MY ORDER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE EVER. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. GO TO JACOB GEORGE IN HOUTZDALE instead.

Someday the car market will return to normalcy and inventory will be available. When that day comes, remember how dealers like this added a 10% markup on top of sticker price just because they could. Pure greed.

Made an appointment to get a recall fixed. Made the appointment for 8am they told me I could drop it off the night before and they also explained it would take three hours. I understood so I dropped off my vehicle the night before. Calling the the next day five hours later because I hadn t hear of my vehicle being done. They stated they thought I was dropping it off for the day and they had people waiting there this morning. So apparently next time I have to show up and wait for three hours because appointments mean nothing.

It took 3 years to get an E-Brake fixed, that was under Warranty! Now Transfer Case is on it's way out, but they don't like to fix anything, until it is at a total loss... Just hope & pray, we ( my family ) doesn't end up in an accident, because of this...

I worked in car business for 20 years. Went there to buy a vehicle. They wouldn't come off Sticker price and after calling someone I have known for years, they offered me $4000 less than he said he would buy the car for. They didn't know that I new the Chrysler manager they called. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!!! If you want a Ford go anywhere but there.

We had an excellent experience with Dotts' service department. We broke down on I-80 and were towed there. Every one in service department was amazing. Would highly recommend Dotts'.

This is a small town dealership and all most everyone knows each other and they treat you like family. Also family run for at least eighty years.
