Overall, it was a great experience. Carns takes customer service to a whole new level. Through picking a machine, getting the financing, and then getting started with everything I needed. I got to meet just about everyone, and they all gave me helpful information throughout the whole process. I will be back

I purchased a pre-owned Polaris general 1000 over the winter at Carns. Their sales team was very friendly throughout the process. There were a few issues that I had after my first ride on the machine and they were very responsive taking care of the problems under warranty it didn't cost.. I would highly recommend them!

Great purchasing experience. Joey and the rest of the Carns staff were extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Drove 3 hours, one way, to make my purchase and I have 0 regrets. I will definitely be a return customer.

We had an exceptional experience here. From filling out the form online to get a call back (which happened in about 10 minutes) to deciding we were going to make the 4 hour trek to the store to buy the motorcycle we wanted, the staff were nothing short of phenomenal. Shane and Kurt ended up staying later for us because we had some issues getting there before closing time. The bike was exactly as they said (we even found some additional perks that weren t mentioned in the listing) and the purchasing part was a breeze. Everyone in the store made us feel like they genuinely cared about our experience, and it was also nice to buy from veterans, like ourselves. I would send all my friends and loved ones there to buy their equipment if we lived closer. Best I can do is this review- so if you re reading this, definitely check them out!!

I would highly recommend anyone to go there if you're looking for new or used. Sales were very helpful and showed me new and used and let me decide what I wanted without any pressure on what to buy. Parts department seemed very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about my purchase.

Purchased a brand new Cub Cadet lawn tractor today. Was a great experience, everything went smooth . Gotta give Kurt and Sam a big shout out ,they were great and treated me with respect, very easy to deal with. Bought my quad there in 2019 and same experience, the service department goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. Thanks for the great experience!

Bought my first RZR here and drove 3 hours to do so. Having tons of questions and many many basic ones, I was a little intimidated to go into Carns Equipment. I can tell you is was an easy, friendly and very familial process. Mainly because of Derek my sales specialist but also because of Samantha the web sales specialist and Lisa from the Finance department. Great team, awesome laid back environment, and friendly people. Very happy

This was yhe best dealer experience I've had. I'm from Florida and I puchased a Polaris Slingshot from them. From the day I inquired about it they were amazing! Derek the salesman was great, always helping me out and always returned my calls. Lisa from financing was the absolute best as well. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I'D RECOMMEND CARNS TO ANYONE! I will definately be a repeat customer.

Good quick service. Down to earth. Salesmen shared their lunch with my little daughter. Update:After a few weeks it was time for my 600mi service, it wasn't included in the purchase and the service department couldn't give me an exact price, decided to do it myself. Sadly found the bike for much cheaper in other states with no $1000 setup fee after my purchase.
