I was a longtime customer of cycle dealership that was not accepting any service work after it was sold and they were transitioning to new ownership. Made a subsequent quick and convenient appointment at Provenzano's for state inspection. Provenzano's took the time to talk with me and learn about how I ride/maintain my Russian Motorcycle/Sidecar Rig. Very friendly, fast, punctual, honest, competent service at reasonable pricing -and- IMO they stock just enough of everything one would need to repair/maintain most cycles or ATV's. I'm impressed.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable. is very helpful and good at explaining the reasons for backing up what they suggest. They're as honest as anyone who is in that business.The clerical staff is a different story. They are curt, rude and bossy. They must be related to the owners and.It's a small price to pay for the quality mechanic ability you have width the back room

I have been looking for a moderately priced new motorcycle helmet!! Found one that fit but didn't like the color! She said look through this book, I found the color I wanted she ordered it and it was in there days later!! I love it!! They are very accommodating!!

I called for an estimate on replacing the back tire on my bike and I was told I would be called back and given a price. I waited over a week and no one ever called me back. Then I called them again and this time they gave me a number. I asked twice "Does this include both the tire and installation",they said yes. After I went and paid the price in full for a deposit to order my tire then later came in with my bike they tell me then that I owe another 55 dollars on top of what I already paid for instillation. After I was already told and paid in full the amount I was told it would cost. The staff working the front desk was rude to me on the phone and everyone I spoke to lied to me at some point.

Mr and Mrs P. Are awesome. They work to get you great prices and the quality of work is excellent. Hard to find knowledgeable and non price gouging small businesses. They know their stuff.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had my cylinders checked for wear and competently honed at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

I've gotten the best service here. They take the time to make sure you get what you need. Also, reasonable prices. No B.S. here either, like alot of other shops I've been to. That says alot now days.

Good service, has many parts in stock and usually doesn't charge anything to mount a tube if you buy it from them. Just a shame they aren't open on mondays.
