I bought a Stihl shredder vac last spring and used it a handful of times. Then, used it this spring to clean up when it quit and locked up. Since it was still under warranty I took it back to Napa who informed me it would have to sent to cranberry to be looked at. I didn t hear anything after a week or so, so I stopped in to ask about the vac. Napa called cranberry and I told that they couldn t see anything obstructions but installed a new flywheel thinking that was the problem. They went onto to tell me that unfortunately a rock must have entered the unit and bent the crankshaft. The crankshaft parts and labor to fix my vac would be more than a new one so they offered to sell me another for about 175$. Fortunately I did not take their offer and told them to send the vac back and I would think about it. A couple days later I picked up the vac in pieces in a box and brought it home, then looked at the crankshaft and flywheel. Neither appeared bent or broken so I reinstalled the flywheel and put the unit back together. It started up with no problem, nothing wobbles, and runs like it should. Buyers beware! I can only assume they re either incompetent mechanics or trying to rip me off. My guess is they were trying to rip me off. If you want a stihl, find another dealer!

Sale items are always on display. Isles also kept nice, neat, and organized. Employer's are always nice,experienced, and willing to help you get what you need

Over 2 hrs from home when our truck just died at a stop sign. Called Napa and within 10 min they were there with the part we needed.Can't thank them enough!

The counter people are very helpful. They have tractor parts, lawn mower parts, and they will put new wipers on for you.
