I am updating my review as a result of a safety recall that was performed at Clarion Ford. If you have a Ford Explorer that was recalled with the rear suspension part that included a "complimentary" rear alignment... please be sure the alignment part was done properly...this was a new Ford engineered part and different to adjust than traditional part that was replaced.... hopefully by now they have learned how this part works...I learned the hard way! Other than that ... People very nice.

We had our absolute worst experience at this dealership. Salesman(Steve) claimed what we had been told as a price was wrong(did not believe me that I received the price from their e-price on their website. He called us liars without bluntly calling us liars), the phone number was wrong/not theirs and their emails are not set up as how I received it. He called the phone number which then he realized it was theirs. We showed him how we got the e-price and he claimed it was a pop up at the bottom of the site. He took it into his boss then comes out saying we will have to investigate. I have no doubt they tried it, and got the same thing as I did. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership, let alone deal with the salesman Steve.

After getting a flat tire, I dropped my vehicle off for service. After having to call to check on my vehicle, I was advised that only a plug was placed into the tire. It was not unmounted from the rim, they did not pull the object out of tire and a patch was not used. On top of that, upon review of my vehicle at pickup two of four valve stem caps were missing. I went down the road and had a proper repair done. Would not recommend this dealer for any type of service.

We had a wonderful buying experience through this dealership! The sales associate, Matt and the two business managers, Joe and Sheila were patient and knowledgeable. They showed us numerous vehicles and made sure we got the car that we wanted at the price we wanted to spend! We will definitely return!

If you want to buy local, good selection. They are very fast at getting you in a vehicle and out the door( Maybe too fast). Be sure to go over vehicle and ask questions before signing or leaving dealership. If you don't take it that day they will get back with you, if you do take it don't expect anything after that day.

In response to David Walsh post, vehicle was purchased at Monroeville Dodge and had previously had the fuse box(Power Distribution Center) replaced from a junk yard unit for a different model year. As a result, the remote start would not match up or communicate for his vehicle. This was verified with Chrysler technical support and documentation provided to customer. While his frustration is understandable, we did everything possible to accommodate him and provided him with a loaner vehicle as a courtesy at no charge. The real complaint should be with the selling dealer.

I call them last week about two cars they had in a pickup in the gentleman never call me back so sad I'm taken my business else where no wonder vehicles are sitting there poor service

Worst sales ever. Asked to locate a vehicle that I wanted and color. And they came up with a different color and lied about it being a local trade.
