I came in for a rear wiper blade and cover for my escape and was helped by Chuck who was excellent. He found exactly what I needed quickly and I had asked him if he would be able to install it for me. He walked out to my car with me and took a look and was able to install it with ease. It was such an easy transaction and getting help with the install made things so easy for me as I wouldn t have been able to do it as quickly or easily as him! I highly recommend!!!

I went to get a headlight for my Jeep Liberty and Jonathon went above and beyond to help me out. Autozone in Clarion is just full of nice, knowledgable, and hard working people.

I have bought auto zone batteries 4 years in a row, and every time it fails before my warranty expires and leaves me stranded! You should not sell these batteries. You know they don t last!

Halfway through a 12-hour solo road trip to NY, the low oil pressure light came on in my car. It was 8:00 a.m., and I was unfamiliar with Clarion, PA. I saw the AutoZone near my hotel and drove there hopeful for some advice. An associate checked the oil level, sold me the proper oil, filled the tank - it was 2 qts low - and gently suggested that I get the oil changed once I reached my destination. I was so relieved and grateful for the kind service and professionalism afforded this clueless car owner. Thank you Clarion AutoZone!

Prices were where I expected but the manager on duty walked out of the store leaving a phone on hold and a line of customers. Not very professional. Marcia did an amazing job while he was gone. She needs a raise or more help when the manager decides to step out. 1 star for manager 10 stars for Marcia.

Their friendly service and kind atmosphere as well as well stocked inventory make it an easy shot every every time I go in there they have just what I need and they're always willing to help and even install my auto parts

Visited on a very cold day and they took the time to do a battery change for me still with no appointment. The staff there has been very helpful at finding odd parts for my 1999 Saab on several occasions as well. Will always recommend.

I recently had a headlight out on my car around 9pm. The employees helped me find the right replacement bulb within 2 minutes of arriving at the store. One employee, Tylar, installed the bulb for me, as I hadn t done it before on my current car. This particular auto zone really cares about their clients. Very very satisfied - give these guys a raise!

Staff was friendly and my order placed ahead was ready quickly. However, I was uncomfortable with the mask discipline in the store although maybe it went along with the accepted practices in the area regardless of signs and CDC recommendations. (I was just passing through from out of town.) One customer in front of me had no mask in sight and didn't even seem to respect distancing from the employee helping him nor the barrier at the checkout. I guess staff didn't want to confront this person, but it made me uncomfortable. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes so I just kept my distance.

I needed a brake light bulb. Parts and service manager Taylar offered me immediate polite service. Thanks to Taylars kindness and excellent customer service my brake light bulb was changed, along with an additional bulb thatwas out, that I wasn't aware of. The willingness to step up and offer help resulted in relieving me of the stress I was feeling. Thankyou Taylar!!!!! Thankyou Autozone!!!!! You are greatly appreciated!!!!!

They give out wrong information a lot. Don t depend on an employee at Autozone to know directly about each part. I ve gotten soo many wrong parts or items that I m hesitant on purchasing from this store. Used to trust the employees there but I ve had bad things happen to my vehicle bc I was told incorrect info or parts which has caused more damage to my car, and I m very unhappy about this!!!!

Great experience. Needed a belt for a motorhome, wasn't easy to find the right one, I had no part number, but they stuck with it and got me the right one. Thank you Richard, you are an asset for AZ!

Easily the best AutoZone staff I have ever experienced, and I'm nearly a regular. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares for their customers. Shoutout to Rachel and Sam for their pleasant demeanor, willingness to help, and in-depth knowledge when it came to finding the right parts!

My boyfriend and I were fortunate enough to be under Richard s care at Auto Zone during our road trip from NY to Colorado. On our first day out the check engine light came on in our Honda Element and we could not exceed 25 mph. We luckily made it to this Auto Zone location where we were well taken care of and advised enough to fix the problem on site with the shop tools and Richard s guidance. He and his coworker also helped with our locked caliper by putting another part on hold for us at a different location down the road. Needless to say our car was in bad shape and benefitted greatly from the help we were graciously offered here.

My car needed a new headlight lamp I went to autozone in Clarion and John even put it in for me and adjusted the one on the other side of the car that I had put in myself improperly. what a nice guy and great asset to the company.

I bought a wheel bearing here for my car a while back and was sold the wrong one. I took it back the next day and explained that it was wrong and was told I was lying and didnt know what I was doing. I proceeded to explain my credentials to the counterperson and what I guess was the manager and was told I was very pushy and rude. They did refund my money but told me I was banned from the business for life which is fine for me as I wasnt planning on coming back in the first place.When I was leaving I heard the counterperson say that they knew that it was the wrong part in the first place and that it was sold in hopes it was ruined in installation and could not be returned to make some money.Stay away from this place. Very shady selling tactics.I don't want to buy shop towels and a drain pan when I came in to buy a drivers side mirror eventhough it is on sale and engine size and transmission does NOT matter either!

Traveling on New Year's eve, having truck problems, we called to see if they could read our computer while talking yo the man he figured out what our problem was. Really appreciate the knowledge. Btw we stopped in to purchase DEF fluid and thank him!

Came looking for a turn signal for my car. Friendly staff greeted me as I entered and looked up which bulb number I needed without me even asking. Now that's customer service!
