I can t express my thanks enough to the staff at Wise Auto! They are honest, fair, and experienced. They go above and beyond for me and my family every time (like squeezing us in last minute when issues arise). I will never take my car anywhere else (and I live in a different county than Wise and will drive over 30 minutes for them to service my car). Seriously, the only garage I ll ever consider. Please support this small, veteran owned, small business.

Good prices, they are the only place that told us if you drive under 5000 miles per year you get a discount on your emissions, very good people

Great service at a good price. Blew a wheel bearing while in town from out of state and they serviced me fast and got me back on the road. Pleasure to do business with and highly suggest to anyone in the area.

As a delivery driver has to wait for second time for long amounts of time for them to "go get a check from their home" because apparently they can't have them ready at their workplace.

My daughter just got their vehicle back..wise had it for 2 months..seriously no service should take that long..they did not even give them anything off ...it cost her $800 plus dollars..no way would I go there

Wise Auto is hands down the best and most honest mechanic around! Truly a rare thing to find in this day and age and in this industry. They have been open since 1964 and are still run by the same family. Their prices are the best you are going to find. I will happily continue to use them for service on my BMW and Honda. Thank you for not taking advantage of people like just about every other mechanic.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Just moved to the area and gave them a try because my car was due for inspection by the end of the month and it s close to where I work also. Got me in within a few days , price was on par and love that it s a family own and run small business !! With the daughter , mom and dad all there when I came to pick up my car. I ll definitely return for any other needs too !!

The best auto repair place I've ever been to. They are 1) friendly and considerate; 2) they know their work!; 3) they do the job on time and don't keep you waiting; 4) when you take your car in and you have an appointment, there is no waiting around -- you're in! 5) if you have a problem which suddenly came up, you get to talk about it, explain it, and they will take you if they can fit you in; if they cannot take you as they are always busy because they're so good, they will set up an appointment with you and give you their full attention. There's no messing around. They provide the best and most professional service and take good care of you. They know what they're doing and get the job done at reasonable rates. I'm so glad I found them as they've been taking care of my "Sweet Pea" (1996 Saturn) for years and she's doing great. THANK YOU WISE AUTO!

My original mechanic (Very well-known in York County) heard a sound in the lower in the engine compartment and assumed that it was the motor. They aren't going to touch it but I was looking at $3-$4K for a new motor. On the advice of a friend, I took the vehicle to Wise Auto Service and two minutes into a test drive, they diagnosed the issue and saved me THOUSANDS .. I can't thank them enough! They have a new, LOYAL customer!

I bought my truck 2 weeks ago and my truck passed inspection here but when I got an oil change 3 days later(at another shop), they found SEVEN things that should fail PA inspection!!! If you want your vehicle to be safe, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!!
