Friendly, prompt, efficient service for a fair price. Great customer experience from start to finish. Tiresplus has replaced tires on my vehicles multiple times. They always do an outstanding job. Great value!

Used to come to this location a lot due to good service. Referred a family member there to have something looked at. Technician and service advisor started arguing with me and family member over what parts are what and ultimately refused service without a legitimate reason. Employee s are inexperienced in knowledge of car parts and their functions. Would not recommend for anything other then tires

Not only was the tire service performed of a questionable caliber, but the customer service to try to address any issues is awful. We ve now had to spend more money to rectify both at this shop and another garage! I would never recommend this store location to anyone.

I went here for a part replacement, and was told a full engine diagnostic had to be done even after informing the technician I knew what the issue was. The technicians here are clearly not knowledgeable, and called me to falsely insist that a part was stolen out of my vehicle. After informing the manager the part was there, and checking the car myself, he argued with me, disrespected my time, and told me my vehicle is "not his problem" and that I can "find another mechanic if I'm so bothered". Never coming here again if I can help it.

Had a deflating tire. Sunday afternoon no less. Other places warned of 2-3hour wait. I took it here and tire was patched and all done in about 45 minutes max. Would highly recommend

Slow leak in wife's front passenger side tire. We were adding air at home from my compressor every morning. Took it to Tires Plus Sunday morning. They said they checked the tire but couldn't find any leak. Said our tire was just low on air. Which is ironic because I filled it from my compressor before driving it over there. Two days later we take it to a trusted mechanic and they pulled a nail out of that tire and patched it. That's a pretty big miss for a business with "Tire" in their name. We will not be back. Read the reviews, we are not the only ones they've done this to!

I like taking my car to Tires Plus. They make it easy to get an appointment, and do a great job in a reasonable amount of time.

I had a flat tire and went to Firestone were they told me it needed to be replaced. I decided to go to Tire Plus and they fixed. This are honest people that do what is best for the customer.

Store Manager Jim was very nice and worked with me to get me the best deal out of multiple TiresPlus stores.Jim was very courteous and respected the customer. The vehicle was ready as promised.

Very long term customer, have referred family etc. came in 2 weeks ago w tire problem, tech said I just needed air and sent me on my way. Called 1 week later, tire light was on, technician said nail in tire, needs plugged. 1 week later, tire light on. I called and told them I m ok to buy new tires if needed, have to drive to NC and back in next 3 days. I m a woman traveling alone, need to know I m safe. They said my tires are fine. Next day, was driving on highway and my hood flew open, I let it slide, didn t complain. I called today bc I woke up to a completely flat tire. When I called to explain the previous 3 tire appts Joe said what do you want? I don t have time for a long story .No problem Joe, I won t bother you again, with my stories or the money my family spends there.Service: Tires

Don t ever take your car to Tires Plus because this is what happened to me. Took my car in for a slow leak tire. We saw the nail said it was fine. No problem the plug and patch Got another call two hours later from another technician saying they can t plug and patch because there s a second hole in the sidewall.I need four new tires because it s an all-wheel-drive car on a 2022 Camry with 15,000 miles on it. I declined the four new tires but when I went to retrieve my car the tire was completely flat in the back of the parking lot. I asked if they would put air in my tire and they said it doesn t take air. Luckily for me I have my own compressor in my trunk and blew it up to 25 psi to get me to where I could put 35 psi in it. This is a disgrace to business. look, I am a male and can take care of myself, but what if this was my wife or daughter or mother that they left stranded in a parking lot in West chester. This is just embarrassing for Firestone and Tires Plus everywhere. Tires plus sabotaged a perfectly good slow leaking tire to be completely flat out of spite because I wouldn t buy four tires from them.Now three hours later Costco plugged and patched my tire for $11 .I wish I could give them zero stars but I had to give at least one to leave a comment

This Tires Plus is amazing. We needed tires the night I called. They had them available and had someone available to install them. They provided fast service and even took the time to explain everything to us from the flat we had. They were great! Highly recommend!

Was traveling to Philadelphia for a weekend away and had a blowout on the Pennsylvania turnpike around noon. They were able to squeeze me in and get it taken care of same day allowing me to enjoy the rest of my weekend away. Polite professional and very appreciated.

I hit a pothole in my BMW (4th flat tire this month) and since the car has "runflat fires" there is no spare tire... Joel at tires plus was so helpful in trying to find me a tire that matched and fit my vehicle. Since he did not have the particular tire I needed in stock, he quickly found me one at Firestone and called them to reserve it for me. Overall I had a great experience at Tires Plus, I will be back!

I can t recommend this place enough. Every time I ve needed something done with my tires it s been a last minute situation and Tires Plus has helped me immediately every single time. The people are always so kind and helpful. I will definitely continue to take my car here.

I am from out of town and was here on business when my brakes started grinding. Called these folks at 3:45pm, and spoke with the cheerful and freindly Tatiana. She told me she would call around for parts and get back to me. Within 10 minutes,she called me back and told me she had found the parts.It is now 5:35pm and I am back on the road again. While I was waiting I checked with my dealer, and they quoted me a price that was $248 more tan Tires Plus...so yeah I highly recommendthem!

This place is awful! Do not go here if you re a young women needing help with your car. They constantly try to overcharge you and do not respect you. I went to get my battery replaced and they gave me a dead battery. When I tried to tell them it was dead and that they I shouldn t have to pay for this they STILL tried to charge me. They yelled at me and it took my grandparents talking to them for them not to over charge me.

Took our car for an oil change and new tires. The next day, we noticed they hadn't cleared the mileage counter (still said due for oil change), the check engine light had come on, and the car wouldn't start. When I called about my concerns, they were very dismissive. Won't be back

Spoke to Rob or Ron. He was excellent, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Just had some tires mounted on my car, asked them to perform an alignment because i could feel something off. the car now tracks straight, there is no more shudder, and they a good job mounting the new tires (some places rush this giving you that slow leak over time).plus they were $50 cheaper than expected.Awesome service, seems to be good work (can't vouch for everything), and a fair price. What more could you want from a mechanic?

Terrible experience. I got into the shop as the doors opened. I stated that I needed a tire balance, and asked if my car could go in now for it, as I needed to get to work. He said he would bring it right in to get started. Happy with this, I walk out and go sit down and have breakfast at a local place. 40 minutes later, I look down the road and see that my car is still outside. I walk in and am told we will probably be bringing it in shortly. I took my keys back and left. I couldn t believe that they would not only waste my time with it, but lie to my face. I went to pep boys and got it done more quickly and 15$ cheaper.

Very satisfied with service experience. 1) Service was completed by promised time. 2) All charges were clearly communicated and agreed to. 3) Service manager provided advice on a repair that would provide significant savings over buying & installing a replacement part.
