My son had his car towed there after an accident and not by our choice. They charge $60.00 a day for storage and $255.00 for the tow. I called to pay so I could have the car transferred to a place of our choice and was told they only take cash or certified check and they are only open till 5:00pm. What a inconvenience and we live an hour away from this place. Now there goes an extra $60.00 added because the car cant be accessed after hours and I have to drive 1 hr. and 30 minutes from work to pay cash and don't get done work until 4:30. What a great way to add on extra money to those who don't have the convenience to get there before end of business day what a rip offDo business professionals a favor and be a little more flexible with hours or pay selection.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. They always take care of my repairs in a 100% honest way. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Once I had keys locked in my car, they came across the street and got me back in my car and did not charge me for it. They are 100% pros and customer focused. You want a honest mechanic? Go here!!!

Mr. Thornton is a very honest person. We take all 3 cars to get inspected and get our gas there. We tell all our friends about Thornton's.

They don't wear masks during a pandemic. They put their face within 2 feet of you to take your card but don't wear a mask to protect their customers.I won't be back even after the pandemic is over as they made it clear they don't consider other's health.

Terrible experience, owner was mad when called out on work he illegally did to the vehicle. They threw away the old parts saying that they did not have them anymore. Then lied with more than one story on why the work was done. After all of this they tried to intimidate us out of the store. I am very unhappy with this. A business that had been around for this long must only survive on outrageous deal like this.

DO NOT USE AS MECHANICS! Could not figure out that my 2004 Toyota Camry had a BLOWN HEAD GASKET. Changed my oil sent me on my way, went back after 2 days and having same problem. SON OF OWNER tells me that it s blown. $1500 for replacement motor IF he can find one. ENDED UP KEEPING THE CAR! Called and called and went by but car wouldn t run so I couldn t drive it away. FATHER AND 2 SONS run business. UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES and I have no shame with listing because every single word is true
