Outstanding SERVICE!!!! I had a blow out on my trailer tire on my way to Connecticut. Hooked me up quickly and I m back on the road. Can t say enough great things about this place. Thank you Brian!

Horrible and shady ppl. They charged me after hour fee when I arrived at 4:40 20 minutes before closing after on the phone he didn't mention it if I arrived before 5 clock (closing) he said after hour fee if they came out to me so I drove over to them and still got charged after hour fee. Job got done at 5:04 on top that. I said what goes around comes around he said I don't believe in God

Very shady. I was told multiple times 2 replacement axles for my trailer would cost $2200. I asked to go with 1 first to help lower the cost. Not only did they call numerous times to pressure me in bringing the trailer in sooner than I wanted but when the job was done they charged me $1800 and not $1100. And because I took them for their word and didn t get an estimate on paper there was nothing I could do. I ll never bring any of my trucks or equipment back here.

By far the best experience I ve had as a large truck owner. Three service centers robbed me blind to attempt to fix a major vibration issue and Brian was able to rectify the issue within two hours after diagnosis and repair. I am officially a lifer of Brian s service center for dually trucks. He is the elite of large truck servicing and repair.

Have used this shop on 3 different occasions. VERY knowledgeable staff. My first visit was for my brand new Class C motorhome that was never aligned correctly it was difficult to drive on the highway, Brian (manager) knew exactly was what was wrong and had it fixed for Allot less than expected. Just recently took my 1998 Chevy tracker in for Inspection oil change it need a few other items the service manager was honest and detail orientated.

I bought 2 new tractor tires from them and the process was super easy, fast and the best price I could find. I ended up having one of the brand new tires and a back tire get punctured the next day. They allowed me to drop the tractor there for review and it was looking like it was going to be very costly as I now needed to replace two back tires to make them match and another front tire. Within 12 hours they were able to fix some pretty large puncture holes and save me over $600. I couldn t be happier with my experience and I will even look to get things like car tires replaced here in the future. Great work Service Tire Truck Center West Chester!

Had a tire on my John Deere slip off the rim in the middle of a snow storm. I called Brian at STTC and they had it fixed in about 5 minutes. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Awesome place if ya need help in a pinch, blew a tire on out travel trailer n he was able to get out to me quick n get me fixed up n down the road. HIGHLY recommend

Had a large nail in my backhoe tire they patched it while i waited, also balanced my truck tires. Awesome guys, great price. Highly recommended! Thank you sttc

Extremely bad communication, never calls back, they don t call the manager over to the phone.They lie about their names and just keep laughing on the phone when you question them about the responsibilities!Avoid

The guy that changed my tire did a good job but looked at me like I had three heads when I asked them to torque the lug nuts after they were finished and then proceeded to argue with me when I insisted telling all the reasons they didnt need to be torqued
