I was happy with the scratch work they did on my door and the wax on the outside of my car, but for paying for a detail for a small two door car I was left sadly disappointed. I could tell the steering wheel, doors, and other aspects of the interior were not cleaned nearly as well as past experiences at other shops. My seat that I specifically asked them to steam clean was left with crumbs still in the cracks and did not look even attempted to be cleaned. I wiped down my door and steering wheel to make sure these were not permanent marks and hoping I was missing something but the cleaning wipe was instantly black with dust telling me they really only cleaned my floors and ran a vacuum over the seats. The outside looked great, good communication but was left cleaning the inside of my car still once home.

This guy is the best in the business Nick was able to fit my truck in to get a scratch out of my brand new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Duramax. And he did a fantastic job you can t even see the scratch at all . If there anyone I would recommend to detail or get a scratch out of your car it would be Nick . Very happy to have also made a new Freind . Very honest guy prices are fantastic and he gets the job done right .

Completely blown away. Nick made my Acadia Denali look the best I ve ever seen. Wasn t even this clean when I purchased this new from dealership. Got the ceramic coating and extremely happy with it. Can t stay enough about the professionalism and the quality of the work Nick pulls out of his shop. Great folks to deal with from scheduling to the quality of the work. Nick helped me to minimize some deep scratches in the bumper of my new 4Runner. Can't even tell it was there now! Highly recommended.

I contacted Nick and asked if he could help correct my 2022 ford Mavericks paint. She's a newer vehicle but I use the truck more for utility and abuse than your average owner. Nick said I can get you in next week but I'll need your maverick for over a day. Mid afternoon Thursday I get a call saying she's ready for pick up. I couldn't get to his shop fast enough. when I arrived the truck was brighter and cleaner than the day I picked her up at the dealership. The high level of integrity of this business and the business owner cannot be put into words. I am beyond thrilled to have worked with Nick Lombardi and Reflection Automotive Detail. Short story, my process lasted almost 6 mos from my initial conversation with Nick to the end result. Nick went above and beyond to educate me, explain processes, and let me ask questions - all before I even made a commitment to have my car detailed with him! Ultimately, what I learned landed the dealer repainting my vehicle! Afterward, I was finally able to bring the car in for ceramic and tint. WOW! It's like a new vehicle (again!). I honestly cannot say enough about how great Nick and the crew at Reflection have been. From the very beginning Nick has been extremely honest with everything he believes will keep my truck looking its best and protected. He truly cares about his customers and their vehicles. He applied the 9 year Gtechniq Ultra ceramic coating. This coating has been amazing, my truck looks amazing, stays clean longer, is very easy to clean, and protected from small nicks and scratches due to its hardness. His prices are beyond fair and reasonable. He even made sure I told my dealer to not detail my truck before I picked it up which saved me money by not needing Reflection to fix any scratches the dealer caused. Found these guys online. Set up an appointment to drop my car off to them in West Chester. Nick offered to take me back home so I can make it to work on time. Got the ceramic coating done on my car. It s looks amazing. Well worth every penny I spent on the service. Nick explained to me in detail what was done to my car and how to protect my car going forward. I highly recommend these guys for ceramic coating and auto detailing work. Very knowledgeable and even more friendly.Service: Paint protection

I received this service (Gold Package) as a Christmas present and it was by far the best gift I received. Nick handled my car personally and did a phenomenal job. I ve used other services in the past and have always done a lot of work myself but nothing compares to the professional job Nick and his team does. The team uses the right chemicals/tools tailored specific to your car. I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it rolled out of his lot looking like a brand new vehicle. Nick and his team at Reflections did an amazing job restoring the finish on my vehicle. I stopped by to visit with Nick and he spent a great deal of time talking with me about my options for ways to make my car look better and to protect it. He was upfront with what he could do and for how much. In the end I opted for a full paint correction and 9 year coating that did not come cheap but having just picked up the car I can tell that he spent a ton of time and lots of effort to make this vehicle look better than showroom ready. If I could give it a 10 star if I could. The owner, Nick, was very accommodating with making an appointment that was convenient for me. Pick up time and drop off were very flexible. And the end result, is absolutely beautiful! I haven t had This vehicle washed in over a year. And it looks brand new. I would highly highly recommend this business to anyone looking to have their car detailed.I Believe they have other services as well. Check them out, you won t be sorry you did

Went to Nick a few weeks ago to get my S2000 cleaned up. That car means the world to me and I needed someone to take good care of it, and Nick really impressed. He and his guys were very professional, attentive, and timely, and when I came back to pick up the car it looked like there were 17 years of swirls, scratches and defects just wiped away! I called Nick at reflections auto detail after calling numerous other places that never return my call. Nick answered right away and got me in the schedule ASAP. He had a very quick turnaround time considering how much cleaning the vehicle needed. Nick and the crew did an amazing job! Skip every other detail shop in the area and come here! Took my Black 2021 WRX here after picking up a significant amount asphalt under and some all over the sides of the car (thanks penndot..) after an experience somewhere else went a little sour. From the moment I went up there Nick the owner was more then understanding and helpful. Extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. While it was there getting the asphalt removed and paint corrected, I also decided to have it ceramic coated. The entire time the car was there Nick was extremely helpful and communication was above and beyond. I got constant updates, photos and videos of the progress, as well as great conversation. Upon picking the car up, I was more then happy with the results, the car looks phenomenal!! It looks better then the day it came off the showroom floor! The black is mirror finish and the pearl/metallic finish pops out so well , the coating is superb and an 8 year coating, the car is flawless. They were able to remove all the tar and asphalt from the vehicle which was no easy task. My expectations were blown away! I am very OCD about my cars and bikes, and he picked the car apart with a fine tooth comb and was able to blow my high standards out of the ball park. The entire process was exactly how every customer service experience should be from consult to delivery of the vehicle. I have had a few cars detailed through Reflections and each time they have exceeded my expectations. My 15yr old truck had acid rain spots that made it look dull even after washing. After taking it to Nick and his team they brought new light to it and now looks like a brand NEW truck!They have also detailed my wife's car along with a few family members. I always thought the car wash and a vacuum was good enough however now I experienced this professional level of detailing I will continue to use their services and recommend Reflections to anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.Service: Auto detailing

I had come in to get road paint taken off my BMW that I had gotten from going over the center yellow line. I dropped it off on October 10th and they did a fantastic job. Not only was every spec of yellow off my vehicle, but they also washed and waxed my vehicle. It looked like it came right off the dealer's lot. Gorgeous!Nick was extremely helpful in giving me the website to get reimbursed from the Commonwealth for the paint issue. He is extremely knowledgeable.Josh is another great one! He did such a phenomenal job on my vehicle and was helpful enough to open up a little earlier in the morning to help me get on my way so I could make work on time this morning.Great customer service, great communication and fantastic work on my vehicle! I will see them whenever I need a detail!

This business does wonderful auto detailing. They got glue stains from a windshield replacement off my cloth seats and the entire interior looks great again! Nick, the owner, is wonderful to work with.
