In the past two months, I have had both of our cars inspected here and each required a major repair. The repairs were done quickly and for a more-than-fair price. I would recommend Ray's to anyone who needs work done on their car!

They are amazing! My car wasn't acting right, I'm a single mom with only one car, had a ton of running around to do. They got me In and diagnosed same day. I'll definitely be back for future work!

First time using Ray s Service and Ben made the best first impression!! My car was making a noise, I dropped it off to be looked at. Ben called and said the control arm was cracked and he was certain it was covered under an extended warranty/ recall. I called Moon Twp Nissan, explained the situation and was told No, not covered. I called Ben back to go ahead and fix it, he calls me the next morning to tell me he reached out to Nissan in Wexford himself, and the control arm repair is fully covered under an extended warranty, he put me in touch with the contact there. Most auto shops would have fixed it, called it a day and took my money. The fact he stayed persistent saved me a great deal of money. For that I am appreciative and would highly recommend if you re looking for an honest mechanic.

Won t go anywhere else! Ray s is over 30 minutes away but we completely trust them with all of our vehicles which makes it worth the drive. We know we are getting quality work and not getting ripped off.

Theyre located in Rochester off of Rochester road by the marathon gas station. great place to take your car, even tho it's a drive for me... they got a new customer and permanently at that. They did great work to my car and doesn't even look like they touched it. if you need good car work done, hit them up. they are also reasonable as well. I dont normally do reviews on car garages cause it's a hit and miss but they are legit good.

I was recommended Ray s Service by a friend and I m so glad I listened. While they couldn t do all the repairs I needed, they referred me to someone who could and they were very communicative in the process. I was able to get an appointment for my car in a short time. They had the best price for rear brakes of several places that I called. And did the work in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly, courteous & easy to understand explanation & information.

Only had an inspection done here fir the first time. Nice and knkwledgeable owner and other mechanic as well. They pointed out a small cut in my sidewall that I knew was there but only to let me know I should be careful which I thought was very service oriented. For being located where they are they had cars lined up and calls coming in so they must do good work. They were thorough and very fast with my car and talked with me while doing it. Good relations. For the services they iffer I will go to them over another shop anytime.

Took my truck here because it was not starting properly and it was leaking transmission fluid. First they said it would cost 8 to 9 hundred to fix both issues And it would take a couple days. That was on a Tuesday. Next Monday comes and I still haven't heard anything so I call them and they say they would have it done in the next day or two and that one of the parts was more expensive than they thought. I asked if it was still going to be around 1000 dollars and they said ya maybe a little more so I asked wat the most it would cost would be and they said 1500. Thursday comes around and they still haven't called me to let me know what was going on so I called them at 430 and they said it was done but it was still leaking transmission fluid from somewhere and the total cost for everything was 1850. I picked up the truck and it still wasn't starting right and it's leaking way worse than wen I dropped it off there. Almost 1900 dollars for neither of the reasons I took it there to get fixed

Vince is a great mechanic, Vinces way of fixing his customers cars is 210% the right way, he is very honest and has patience. Vince your the best boss i every had! There aint to many jobs that the employees enjoy going to work but i really enjoy coming to work here.. Thanks vince for treating your employees like humans.....

Took my car here for the brakes. Some how it was screwed up I had to go back 3 times! They over charged me for crap work, that I ended up getting fix at another mechanic. I will never come back!!
