Service was really rough here. It took me over 6 trips in to get my car looked at properly. Finally on trip 7, 8, and 9 they identified the issue. It was exactly what I was telling them since the first trip, but they did not listen. After 2 more trips in to get it fixed finally they screwed up and ordered the wrong parts. So many mistakes

Came in on a Sat. for an oil change on my car and some how they sent me a wrong oil change coupon. But was still taken care of in a timely manner. Service advisor was very helpful and apologizing was not his fault will still come back. Great service and helpful thank you.

Went in to have my airbags serviced. I was in and out in a timely manner. They usually takes close about 4 hours for both but I was out in about 3 hours. Great service.

Absolutely the worst service! Almost got me killed! Will never deal with Murphy Ford again!Will never deal with Murphy Ford again because of your cover up of wrong doing.
