Murphy Ford is where I go to buy all of my cars. Don Dekay has sold me many vehicles over the years. I wanted an Explorer and when I got there Don had already found a few to show me. I found just what I was looking for and came away with a beautiful car. Thanks Don and the Murphy Ford team.

My truck was hit in front of my house while parked. I called Murphy Ford body shop they were extremely helpful from the second they answered the phone. They sent a tow truck to my house within an hour. By the time I got there on my lunch break Mark already had an estimate completed and had spoken to my insurance company to get the process rolling. In the mean time Mercedes had set up a rental car through Enterprise who was there to pick me up when I arrived. They called and or emailed me to keep me informed every step of the process. I went to pick my truck up after the work was completed and I was absolutely amazed at how it turned out.I can't tell that anything ever happened to it. The quality of work they did was incredible and I didn't have any of the stress of dealing with my insurance company they did everything for me. I can't stress enough how great their services are. Mark and his entire crew are the best around. Thank you for all you did for me and I will definitely be a repeat customer if ever needed again. Michael S.

Jennie Marie is an outstanding employee!The best the BEST I tell you!Made me feel comfortable and up to date on everything going on with my vehicle.I wish more places had employees as half as good as her. Murphy has always been there for our family. Finding the right vehicle at the right price to fit our budget. Vincent treated us very well and handled our purchase quickly and efficiently. Awesome!!Keith jumped in to assist with our financing. We have been a Murphy client for over 15 years and have always been extremely satisfied. Don the bald one we miss you but you left us in good hands with Vincent.

Just had a wonderful experience at Murphy Ford and Chester PA. I got the vehicle of my dreams with the help of the sales representative Ashton, and Keith the sales manager. They helped me got me in the range that I was asking for and they made everything so easy, this is my third vehicle that I have bought from Keith. I love Murphy Ford.

Had a few things that I needed to have repaired on my Explorer, some of which required a deeper attention to details from records a few years back. I was contacted by Jenny once the car was at the shop who was very professional and helped me find everything I needed to get the work done. I m very satisfied with the communication and timeline throughout the whole process and the ease of getting my car back on the road. I will continue to bring my car there and will always ask for the works!! Appreciate all that was done for me.

I have had another great experience at Murphy Ford. I have brought my last 4 vehicles from here any every time has been great. I have to say a heart felt thank you to Vicent, he is amazing and every vehicle I have brought has been through him. He has magic like no other and I m truly grateful to him and the Murphy family for all that they do to help your dreams come true. I am leaving today with another great vehicle that I love. We were looking at a car at Murphy Ford from our location across the state. Ashton was extremely helpful in providing a multitude of pictures and details about the vehicle we were looking at, and was always immediately responsive to any request. Even after initially letting her know we had found a vehicle elsewhere, when that deal fell through and we came back, she picked-up with us exactly where we had left off before without missing a beat. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Murphy Ford.

What an amazing end of year experience. My family and I were left in a bind when our vehicle was totaled. When we stepped into the showroom we were immediately greeted by Don Dekay. His smile and kind demeanor immediately made our family feel at ease. Don talked us through our options and what would best suit our needs. We are so thankful we took a chance and stopped into Murphy Ford and met Don. We will be back when we are ready for our next vehicle

I called Murphys on a Monday and made an appointment with Car Salesman Don DeKay for the next Thursday and what an awesome guy to work it! He was honest and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. Patient and in no way pushy or pressuring. Only within about 2 hours I found the car of my dreams and left with it that same day. I received an AMAZING deal on my brand new Ford Branco and I couldnt be more thankful and happier. Thank you Don and thank you Murphys Ford for the wonderful experience.

Bought an Escape back in 2013, very fair trade in price. Came back to get another Escape earlier this week. Don DeKey was very helpful and took time to go through everything in the car. We are a household of Ford lovers.

My Ford focus was brought in to Murphy Ford for a recall on the transmission. I had no problems with the vehicle but I brought it in as requested by Ford motor company. After the recall service the transmission overheated and the transmission was ruined. I paid 2400 for a transmission rebuild. Within 100 miles. It broke and left me and my family stranded. I Brought it back for repair. They said nothing's wrong with it. I Drove the car. It broke again. I left the car at Murphy Ford for 5 days. I was told the mechanic would commute in it 50 miles each way to help figure out the problem. I agreed. The service manager lied.There was 20 miles on the car. Don't do business with Murphy Ford

My husband went in to purchase a new truck and we were greeted by Don DeKay. He immediately made us feel like family. His knowledge and patience in helping us choose the correct vehicle was unmatched. We ended up walking out with a F150 that fit all of our needs. Customer service was horrible. Had my car towed there because it was the closest dealership. Had to call multiple times and was never given an ETA of when they'd even be able to LOOK at my car. Never offered a loaner because they were "wrecked in the snow storm." As a mom of 3, being car-less was unacceptable. When they did call me back, they were looking at paperwork from a 2018 car, which is a completely different color than the car they had in their possession. Ended up paying to have my car towed to another dealership, which took a look at it within 30 minutes of receiving it, and gave me a loaner. I'll never go back to Murphy Ford for anything.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Don Dekay. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Don explored all the options available on the lot. After test driving several options we found the best option. I am so thankful I was referred to Don at Murphy Ford. He treated me like I was his own sister.

I came in to inquire about issues with my vehicle. I had gone to a few other places before I came to this location seeking help, and I am so grateful! The manager Nicole helped me personally, explaining to me what the issues were and outlining what could be done. She was very insightful and literally saved me hundreds of dollars on unnecessary repairs that others were trying to rope me into paying for. Not many dealerships out there you can trust but Nicole and her people really looked out for me! Thanks guys

Customer service goes out the window once you purchase a vehicle. If you want an average car buying experience and poor customer service after the sale, this is the dealership. Would not recommend.

Had my car in for service. From the first initial phone call all the way through until I picked my car up today they were nothing but polite and professional. If you know me, I would never ever take my car to a dealer for repairs. This stops today as my experience with Murphy Ford has been nothing but positive. Everything I was told they delivered. Thank you all.

This dealership is the absolute worst. I took Ford Bronco sport in for some recalls and a couple other warranty fixes. The first was 12 months ago, and they said they had to order a part. I called several times after, and they had no idea what I was talking about. No record of part or order. Each time they said they would order. They never called to say part was in, and finally I called back and they said "Yes, it's been here for a month". So I scheduled to have the part installed. Got to the dealer for appt, and they had no idea what part was supposed to be installed. Got that worked out with the service desk and they installed the window switch. Also needed a new seat belt assembly, so they were going to order it. 3 days later I called to see if the assembly was in and they said yes and I made appt. Took vehicle in to appt, then they called to say it was done. I asked what was done...the tech said a bunch of recalls I wasn't even aware of, but no seatbelt assembly. I asked why no seatbelt and he had no idea what I was talking about. But, he said he'd go look in parts. Managed to find an assembly and installed it. Had also asked for the Carplay to be fixed because it won't connect to phone. They said updated CarPlay software and is fixed. Pickup up vehicle, CarPlay doesn't activate on any phone we own, tried 4. This dealership is terrible! They have no idea what they are doing, nor systems in place to ensure appropriate work is done. I will never return to this dealer.

Brother Don! That's how I think of Don Dekay. I was in the market for the highly sought out Bronco and Don found the exact one I was looking for. This was the best, quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have made. I'll be back to visit Don at Murphy Ford.
