I recently moved to the area. My check engine light came on randomly and I wasn't sure where I would go to. I wanted something close by but was praying to ultimately find my future go to spot. The manager Rico and mechanic Felix were super helpful. I felt comfortable with the information and was thankful they were very knowledgeable. I will be taking my car for an oil change when it's time and hopefully it's a while, but will go when my car needs something. I could comfortably say I will be back and was given great service.

Great experience at Midas for my car inspection today. Eddie welcomed me and provided me updates on my car throughout the day. Rico let me know when it was ready for pick up and helped me out with financing. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and kind when telling me what I needed done to pass inspection. I d highly recommend!

Both technicians Rico and Will who worked with me went above and beyond what they had to do in order to explain what they were able to get fixed on my car, but also point out a possible issue to have looked at and how to go about getting it fixed. I will be coming back for service in future as service is great here.

5 stars!!! I had just gone somewhere else to get an oil change when I became concerned about my alignment and axle, so I came to this Midas. I was greeted by Eddie, who was so nice and took care of me right away. There was no wait time and Will and Rico took my car back to checked it out right away. Would highly recommend this location

The mechanics were able to work with me and my parents to help out a lot with a payment plan in order to get my car fixed. Also they treated me with much respect and made sure I was getting the best work done in order to make my vehicle drive safely again. Rico and the guys are the best and I am greatly appreciated for the work they did for me!Service: Oil change

I took my son's Honda to Midas expecting just an alternator replacement, there was a bit more that needed to be done. Rico explained every detail to me so I could make the most informed decision. He knew this was my son's first car and how important it is to be safe. Both Jason and Rico were absolutely great. I will be taking my cars to Midas from this point on. Thank you all!!!!!

The new manager is so polite and everyone here is welcoming and knowledgeable.Outstanding personalized service. They have exceed my expectations each time I have had my car there.If every auto service center was as good as them, no one would ever complain.

This Midas saved the day for me. My car started steaming at the hood and the technicians figured it out within 3 hours of me dropping it off and said it would be ready to be picked up before the end of the business day. I had work the next morning so I was able to go in with a peace of mind I would not have had otherwise. Everyone I spoke to was concise and efficient in my experience! Whatever issue your car may have, give this shop a try!

I ve been to this location twice and I have always been given immediate service each time. The mechanics are very helpful and understanding, letting me know exactly what s going on with my car and how they can help me. It s normally a very stressful process for me to go to a mechanic, but I ll definitely be coming back if there are ever any issues with my car in the future.

Needed inspection and oil change. A young man, named Rico took care of me. The customer service that I received was over and above the call of duty. He took the time and had the patience to explain everything to me.Being a woman and senior citizen, have had a couple bad experiences with mechanics in this area. Grateful that I came upon this Midas location at 1415 West Chester Pike and Rico. They certainly have my business in the future!

Customer service was incredibly nice! I had to get a tire repaired and they did it quickly before I had to get to work for the day. I ve always liked Midas. This location in particular is definitely the best I ve ever visited.

I was a Midas customer for 25+ years, but left because the work became shoddy and management became lazy and didn't seem to care. It is under new management so I decided to gove them a second chance. I'm glad I did. The new management was attentive and knowledgeable. The service was quick and thorough. I will be going back.

(Love the service ) I was here before they got new management and I really didn t like the service. Today I came in and had a whole different experience the communication was clear and they did my inspection. I will continue coming to this Midas and I highly recommend

Fabulous service! After getting a screw in my tire while at the doctors with my daughter and Firestone telling me they couldn t fit me in, Midas saved the day. They were friendly, fast, and didn t try to sell me a new tire or any services. They plugged the tire and sent us on our way. Highly recommend this Midas and would definitely come back!

I really appreciate the teams responsiveness and clarity in explaining issues and offering a lot of suggestions and options to getting at whatever maybe going on with your car.I live right down the road and they re my first call to any car related event that might be happening lol. I know I ll be able to get an appointment and they will work with me. Beyond that the guys really know what they are doing and they are passionate about card -but they also have a lot of compassion and if running low on that patience for their customers.I ve been going to these guys for the past 2-3 years after going to pepboys for a few years waiting an entire day to be called back for an oil change scheduled at 6am lol.

I came out my door to a flat tire. I was in total panic mode. My husband was able to add some air. I contacted Midas and they took me right away. Even though the tire was not able to be patched, they were able to put on my spare with no cost to me. I was able to make my appointment in time. Highly recommend this place.

Rico was very helpful and very educational. Gave me the pov of a mechanic he showed me how to spot problems with my vehicle and what it needed and how to take care of my vehicle when it comes to maintenance

My tire warning light went on when I was driving down WC Pike yesterday. I saw Midas and pulled over. An employee named Jason stopped what he was doing to check my tires and was super kind. He put air in all of them and taught me a lot. No charge. He was outstanding and I will be back for new tires when the time comes.

Took my SUV here because of a tire issue and oil change that I needed. Giovanni took great care of the car. Called me and let me know what else was wrong and let me know the costs to do those services. When we came to pick it up, he was very thorough with the explanation of what I needed and gave me an estimated timeline of when I would need them done. Pleasant conversation also! They definitely made me feel more like a friend or neighbor and not like just a customer. Great service! Thanks Giovanni! Services: Tires, Oil change

I don't normally like to give 1 stars because I understand people just have off days. With that said, when the technician was working on the vehicle, he failed to properly shut the air filter housing, which randomly caused my engine to shut off in the middle of a busy road. They also charged over $200 to fix my car's AC unit and the AC still doesn't fully work. Lastly, they forgot all the tools in my car when I came to pick it up. Again, I don't like being negative, but when engines are turning off in the middle of busy roads, something has to be said
