From walking into the doors and being greeted with a smile by Christoph (pardon my spelling so sorry) in the front, to the kind gentleman in sales who answered all of my crazy questions, the experience was truly phenomenal. If you have the means and desire to purchase a McLaren I would go nowhere else.

I worked with Scott from the dealership to buy a MP4-12C. He became a friend and I expect us to remain in contact. That s how well the deal went. I wasn t buying a million dollar McLaren but he made me feel like I was. I was treated excellent by everyone during the whole process. Highly recommended.

I have nothing but really positive things to say about everyone I ve worked with at McLaren Philadelphia. Paul and Matt in service are wonderful to work with and have always been transparent and willing to talk through and explain any issues. When I was shopping for my car Scott was really helpful and patient to walk me through the different models and option. Recently, Chad and David even set up a tour of the McLaren Technology Center for my wife and I. It was an awesome experience! I have worked with other McLaren dealers, but can t imagine going anywhere else after working with the team at McLaren Philadelphia!

Mclaren Philidelphia has got to be one of the most amazing dealerships i have ever been to. They were kind and thoughtful. There is nothing better than to have an experience that leaves an amazing impression upon you. My husband Manny and I just picked up our McLaren 650 Spider. What a machine !Scott my salesman and the rest of the professional staff at McLaren Philadelphia made my purchase stress free and enjoyable. We can t believe how perfect this car is, inside and out and the way she drives for a 2015.Thanks again to all and Happy 2024 !

During McLaren Philadelphia's Supercars and Coffee event, we had the opportunity to visit their dealership. While the exterior may give the impression of a smaller space, there is actually a fantastic selection of supercars available to order and fully customize to your liking. I had previously driven past the dealership while working nearby a few years ago, and was pleasantly surprised by the range of options they offer. Don't let their modest exterior fool you - they've got some truly amazing cars waiting inside.

I purchased a McLaren 12C from salesman David Parry. Everyone on the team were very professional and treated me well. After I purchased the car but before taking delivery, the car developed a few minor issues. The dealership stepped up and repaired everything without me having to ask. They even did some extra preventative work to make sure everything is solid. Seems to me that McLaren of Philly really cares about delivering a good product and build a good reputation. They will have my business again.

I came in to just take a look at some beautiful cars. I was greeted promptly and treated with the utmost respect. I was immediately asked if I've ever been here and was offered to take a seat behind the wheel of a beautiful 650s on the showroom floor! Staff was extremely friendly and not degrading to the fact that I wanted to just browse and take pictures! I left buying a few shirts. I was extremely happy!

Overheard one of the salesmen on SuperCar Sunday a couple weeks back say that the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR PRO was nothing apecial compared to the 765 LT. That tells me all I need to know. Lol. In other words it was fine. It was a nice yet rainy event. I wont be able to afford a Mclaren for the next 15 years anyway.

I purchased a CPO 570S from these guys a few months ago and I can honestly say that my experience with McLaren Philadelphia has been the BEST experience I've had at any dealership, ever.A few issues on the car have popped up since purchase and McLaren Philadelphia have been absolutely incredible in their response and efforts to assist. Even during their inspection of the vehicle when brought in for service, they noticed a few things that I hadn't and immediately went ahead and submitted a warranty request to have those covered and repaired on my behalf. They've really gone above and beyond to make sure that absolutely everything that can be done while the car is in their possession is done in the most efficient manner possible.From sales to service, these guys have been seriously good.

Great place. Its a candy store for people who like to see exotic cars. They almost always have a nice group of slightly used Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Porsche's, and of course lots of McLaren cars. Most of the cars are in the parking lot in front, so you can see most of the cars anytime you're in the area. And the prices, with details (mileage etc), is usually listed on some paper in the windshield of every used car there. The new ones have window stickers, but its nice to see prices posted on the cars too. Its a good feature about this dealership. Plus the people who work there seem very friendly and nice. Definitely worth a visit.

Employees are extremely kind, and are more than happy to allow anybody in, even if it is for just pictures or to look at the cars! Overall, Mclaren of Philadelphia is a wonderful dealership/ car place. I highly recommend going here, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle or you are just a fan!

Excellent service by the workers, especially the owner. He let us sit in a 570 spider and was very friendly and interactive with us. I would recommend it to anyone, even if you just want to look at the cars. You might even learn something!

First off... The dealership look and feel is IMPECCABLE! It is clean, easy to get around and so cheerful. My sales consultant, Dave Parry, was perfect. NO high pressure, no sales tactics, no gimmicks, just allowed the transaction to organically progress. My son found the car while we were at dinner, and we decided to see it on the way home from our trip. What a find. That's the car I bought, it was a perfect car. The transaction was flawless, NO stress, and the pickup/delivery was magnificent. I know the use of descriptive words is important, but this was a great experience. Dave Parry made it so easy. The paperwork was all in order and that time flew by. I drove the car home and I am soooo thrilled with the car. Its still shining from the prep that McLaren of Philadelphia did. Bottom line.... Used or new car... GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I watched a delivery of a NEW McLaren go when I picked up my jewel. That was a great experience watching that happen. In fact Dave moved my car INSIDE the showroom, when I put my deposit down midweek, that is ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! And get a load of the picture. Dave accessorized for my delivery!!!! That's class!!! Thanks Dave!!!! Awesome job!

Starting off this review, I haven t bought a car from McLaren of Philadelphia, this is just a review of a car-spotter s experience. A couple years ago, back when the 12C was just released, I was lucky enough to go to the dealership as part of a trip. The staff were very friendly back then, and I was even given a little tour of the mechanic s shop. This carries over into 2018. The staff is very friendly, and allow you to stop in and take pictures of their cars. They always have a pristine collection of cars for sale, and actively host and attend many events in the area. Not to mention that they (as of the writing of this review) have the only McLaren F1 service center in the US.

These guys could not have been nicer! My 11 year old son is a car lover. We were driving from Lancaster to Philly, and happened by the dealership, and he lost his mind! We whipped our CRV around and pulled in to have a look. The cars are works of art, without saying. I asked the salesman if we could look around and maybe take a few pictures, thinking they would just ask us to leave, as has happened before at other places. Nope. He said, take as many as you want, showed us around, talked about their cars with my son, and gave him a poster of a P1, his favorite. Even slid the dividers back in front of the MSO so he could get a clear picture. Super nice people.

Loved this Dealership! My salesman David Parry was awesome! Got me into my first McLaren a 570S. He even dressed for the occasion to make my first McLaren purchase even more memorable! Check him out and the shoes, tie, and watch! LoL. Top notch dealership for sure! I'll definitely be buying there again!

Very professional and welcoming. I walked in with no notice and they were able to accommodate my questions on the spot. During the process of buying my car everyone I met was kind, accommodating, and interested in the cars they are selling. It really felt like they knew the cars sell themselves and they are just there to assist with the buying process in a professional manner.

I do not recommended purchasing a vehicle from this location. I was told the vehicle was fully inspected and passed McLarens certification requirements. But when it arrived to my home, it was not in perfect working condition. Now I m having to tow it to a dealership that is not local to me for inspection and hopefully repair. I m just glad the vehicle still has warranty. Very disappointed in their sales practices.

Solid dealership with a great reputation as being one of the best in the industry of super cars and high end sports cars. Spent the day at a "super car sunday and F1 race party" lots of great cars and one offs of previous customers.

I have been buying used cars all my life (I'm 62) and my experience at McLaren Philadelphia was the easiest and most straightforward stress-free I have ever had with a car dealership. My first communication was by e mail about what additional fees there were in addition to the vehicle price. Salesman Bob Foster got back to me within minutes and told me straight our that there was only one, small documentation fee of $394. We live 8 hours away so Bob gave us a FaceTime video tour and test ride of the car we were interested in. Communication was excellent and he always returned calls immediately unless he was busy with a customer which he always apologized for. Even when I called him on a Sunday morning with the intention of just leaving him a message that we wanted the car he answered his phone while having breakfast with his family ! Coming to an agreement on the price of the vehicle was easy and direct with Bob making the decision himself without the usual back-and-forth B S of "let me check with my manager." We drove 8 hours to pick up the car and it was ready and so completely detailed inside and out that I couldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere. Even the inside of the door jambs, engine compartment, and trunk was spotless. We signed the paperwork and there were no hidden or unexpected fees or charges. The previous owner hadn't returned the second key and Bob pestered him for a month until he did and mailed it to us by Federal Express. The only caveat in everything was that it took several weeks for the Pennsylvania DMV to get the title of the car transferred over to McLaren but Bob gave us a two month temporarily plate and Fed Exed us the title as soon as he got it and transferred it us. Thanks for everything, Bob ! You're the best !

From the moment I arrived to their showroom in December of 2018 everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable on all their vehicles no one was pushy they gave me the space and time I needed they took the time to address my needs, wants and make sure I was going to be happy with my selection. Chad and Bob are outstanding to work with!!!SERVICE: its been a year and my 12C has been in for its yearly service the service is on point other dealers need to take notes from them. Paul in service kept me in the loop on my service updates Paul was always available to answer my questions by phone or email and extremely nice he even offered to pay for my service ( haha he wasn't that nice).There needs to be more stars 5 stars does them no justice.

Dave Parry was all decked out in his Silver shoes when he handed me the keys to my new supernova silver GT Mclaren. Dave loves his customers. Made my choice of the car painless. Had so much fun, I wish it wasn't over, but I do love the GT so I told Dave to get his blue shoes ready for a future buy, a 720S in Ludus Blue!Shout out to Mike Hofer for his great work getting the deal done.

Today when arriving for cars and coffee, I went to enter vip lot. No problem. Did it before. Lot attendant who s probably 18 says I m not on list, I showed my confirmation for it. He says well you re not on here but you re welcome to park at the funeral home up the street and walk back if you d like.The fact he said I can park at the funeral home, no other place just funeral home basically telling me to go die is just insane. It s on recording if I could add the video I would. Always had a positive experience until today.
