My usual mechanic is off having surgery. He recommended 3 other auto shops to contact. I called and talked to Ron about an engine issue that I was having. After 3 minutes, Ron said that he didn't have this kind of time to be talking this long, he is a busy man and had a lot of work to do. I asked him if he would take a look at it. He said that he doesn't have the time to look at it, then hung up on me! My phone registered that the whole conversation lasted 3 minutes and 57 seconds. Seriously, what a way to run a business. I'm glad that I found out quickly what kind of temperament Ron has. I wouldn't want to deal with someone such as him.

Ron is a great mechanic. Fairly priced, excellent customer service. Does everything from oil change, inspection, brakes... We've been going to him for 10 years, no complaints.
