As my Mom said below I was in an accident a few weeks ago and in a situation I didn t know how I would be able to overcome. From searching and searching and not finding any cars to fit into my budget, I was almost losing hope to find a new car. I knew I couldn t be in a rental much longer and I had to find something fast. We have family who purchased cars from John in the past, so I wanted to come check it out and see what he had to offer. I was looking at Nissan Altimas prior to my visit and when he told me he had two available to test drive this past Saturday 3/16 I was so excited. My Mom came with me and I told her I knew the 2017 Nissan Altima would be the one. I felt like it was a great pick for me and my family.Today 3/18 I got to drive home in my brand new car!!!John thank you so much for all of your help and kind heart, and making this process so smooth for me!! Everyone please make sure you get down to see John for all your car buying needs!!

We bought a 2013 Nissan Altima here in the Summer of 2023. Dave the salesman was very helpful and the owner John was also. They were upfront and honest about the price and we walked out with a good deal on a very nicely taken care of car.I would recommend anyone I know to shop here next time they are in the market for a used car. I plan to be back there to service my car sometime soon.

Bought a beautiful car today. Salesman was John Baroney. I can not believe how enjoyable the process was. I will never buy another car from anywhere else. So so happy. Car is gorgeous, great condition, great price, and believe it or not, ENJOYABLE PROCESS!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My 24-year old daughter, who lives 1,200-miles from home, was referred here for a Rental Car while her's was being repaired after an accident, since the "Big" Rental Companies wouldn't rent to someone under-25 (at least not at a reasonable rate!). They treated her kindly, and did not make her sign a Contract for a specific time period, since the repair shop couldn't give an exact finish date. Her rental was a brand new Toyota, and she had no issues with pick-up or return of the vehicle. Special thanks to Rebecca.

All around the best experience I ever had at a dealership. I recommend them a million times, if you go here ask for DAVID ! The owner is amazing as well, most people go to car dealerships and they just want money. This dealership works with you and also puts you in a reliable vehicle. Everything was quick and easy need a car go to them!

This place is the bomb hands down. Not only was the customer service excellent they actually worked with me. I normally don t even do these reviews but these people here deserve way more. When I tell you nobody could help me get a new car they did. Not only where the efficient they where fast and kind. He literally had me in and out within 1 hr. I was so amazed and overwhelmed with joy. He not only saved me as a single mom but saved my job and life. Seriously if you have no where else to turn to and desperately need a second chance come see these people they will satisfy you to there best. Thanks John .

Looking for a car for my daughter she had an accident in her Honda Accord John greeted us my daughter told him the two vehicles she wanted to look at as she visited the website prior to our visit she drove two 2017 Nissan Altimas one with upgrades .. the price was not much different and that's the one she chose ...went in to go over financing to fit her budget and he got her where she needs to be..made a deposit... will be sending a buyer's agreement Monday morning and finalizing the financing told her she can turn her rent a car in and pick the car up Monday when the insurance money comes in she will drop the insurance money will take care of registering in the state of Delaware hassle free made you feel like you were a part of the family amazing job John

I have No Complaints about this place. I'm on my 2nd car from here and they've always treated me fair and worked with me. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a clean reliable vehicle. I will be going bask for car#3.

Sold me a used car, month later engine light came on, finance company they have took payment without permission. Be mindful of this company. Interest almost 20% predatory lending for sure.

My husband and I couldn't ask for a better dealership than John L, Smith. They were very superb!!! Everyone that works there makes you feel at home. We thought we were never going to be put in a car, then a day before Thanksgiving, we were blessed to be put in an amazing vehicle plus giving a fist bump and welcomed to the family!!! If being put in the right hands, while getting a car is what you want, this is your one stop shop!!!! Thank you all!!!

So this is a little late on my part, better late then never. I d purchase this car about 7 months ago. I took a look at this car on a Sunday and email them that very day. They were promptly got back to me and knew is was a sealed deal. I d have to say I m very pleased with my purchase. Excellent customer service and the building and shop was exceptionally clean. I look forward to returning because I m due for a check up and inspection in the next 3 months. Thanks again John and sorry for the late review. You guys rock!!!!!

Brought my 2015 Jeep in for 4 tires and inspection and emissions. I received excellent service on those items. It was also pointed out that my coolant was in need of a replacement due to breakdown. JLS did my coolant, oil change and brake fluid purge and replacement. Everything was done to exacting standards and a very good value. Had my vehicle back that same afternoon. Thank you for your wonderful attention to detail.

I ve known Dave for many years but today was our first experience with the JLS service department. Mostly routine state inspection items but we had a very annoying squeak after having a bad hatch motor disconnected by a dealer service department.The mechanic diagnosed the issue and came up with a reasonable fix. The car is noise free and once again a pleasure to drive!Thanks to all involved! We have found our new shop!

After my previous car broke down, I needed a reliable car to get to and from work. Since my mom has gotten two cars from John L. Smith Used cars, I decided to finance a car with them as well. They worked with me rather than pushing to sell me something I ultimately did not want. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have gone to a John L Smith since we moved here and haven t had one bad thing happen when I took my car to them and bought a car for my daughter there! They are awesome! I would highly recommend them to everyone! Great place!

This is my third vehicle purchased here and they have made it easier and easier for me. John and his team worked with me on the financing and made sure I got into a vehicle that was not only affordable, but reliable. Would definately recommend them to anyone in need of a new vehicle.

We had a very positive buying experience initially but the car we purchased required extensive work both before and after the warranty expired. Although my daughters car has had less than 6,000 miles put on it in 1 year, she s had to put almost $2,000 in repairs. We requested a safe reliable car, but unfortunately didn t get that and calls/emails have been ignored or dismissed. I really dislike leaving negative reviews but this experience has warranted such.

My husband and I recently bought a Ford Escape from here. The owner, John, is very friendly, personable, and helpful. The buying process was quick and smooth, and I appreciated that he wasn t pushy. We were also impressed that they offer a 3-month warranty to fix anything through their service department at a $50 deductible, so I took the car back today to get a couple things checked. Everyone was super kind and helpful, especially when it came to making the transfer from my car to the rental car smooth since I had my baby with me and had to switch over the car seat, etc. We highly recommend this dealership and will be buying from John again in the future!

I have yet to have a bad experience with John L Smith. They have been awsome. Courteous and kind. Very good at explaining what needs to take place during service. They are most willing to accommodate within reason. Keep up the good work.

I live in MN and bought my 2008 Infiniti M35X from John! Don't be afraid to buy sight unseen! The transaction was excellent and so was the car. We did everything via phone and the paperwork was overnighted back and forth. John was there when my transport company loaded the car and made sure everything was good to go! 8000 miles later everything is still great!

John is great! He works with your budget and is honest and thorough. My entire family goes to John L Smith for our cars and we always drive away satisfied. His prices are fair and financing is quick and easy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
