I refferred my dearest friend to Harry. I thought the estimate was crazy and Harry could help,He saved them about 1200$On a $3000 estimate they had at their normal shop that they used for 20 years .That was 1 year ago. Still running great!.Thanks Harry!

Harry replaced my battery without providing me an inspection results list first and became aggressive when I inquired the reason for replacing the battery. Given this was an extra cost on top of the repairs I did anticipate, I asked a question to understand the diagnosis on my car and instead Harry became very defensive stating that he was honest. Sandi was very rude and unprofessional. People who are honest don t need to convince you they are honest; and those who are experts in an industry will help a novice to understand. I dropped my car off Tuesday and when I called on Friday afternoon to check-in Sandi said she was going to begin to write up the report and that a new battery had already been installed. I sought legal advice whom said this process is very unethical. Harry offered to take out the new battery and return my old battery in a very belittling manner. Very gang like environment and you cannot ask questions to understand; if you do they will point out that they aren t accepting new customers anyway and make you feel extremely uncomfortable. If you were not accepting new customers, then make that clear upfront. Will not return.

Tillman s is the only place I ll take my cars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to have their car serviced right the first time. Everyone there is professional but yet personable. Prices are much less than at local dealers. Plus they only perform the work that is needed - in other words, they don t look for items to raise your cost of service. I even get warnings on items to keep an eye out for that will likely need servicing the next time I m in. Can t say enough good things about them. Guaranteed you ll love them too.

This is the best mechanic I have ever gone to. My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Harry for years. We trust Harry, he's honest and fair. He truly values his customers. Don't hesitate to try out this mechanic, you won't be disappointed!

Harry and his crew of technicians have been servicing our trucks for years and do an amazing job! They are spot on with their diagnosing and have a very quick turnaround time considering some of the problems that our trucks come into the shop with. They always put down seat covers and floor mats to ensure that our vehicles stay clean when they are in for repairs. I absolutely recommend using Harry Tillman auto to anybody who wants professional quality work done.

Tillman automotive is my go to place to have any car work done! Even though i moved out of the West Chester area, i still bring my car here. Fair pricing, great service, overall one of the best shops around. Harry is the best at what he does. I have been meaning to write something about him for sometime now. My last experience: I brought my truck to Harry for what I thought was a transmission problem $$$ as we all know but Harry found the problem was much smaller. The thing that blew me away was, I did smell antifreeze a few times and didn't even mention it to him. However, He found the leak and brought it to my attention. He really knows his stuff. If your looking for the Best mechanic, then look no further. Great prices and a Great person to deal with.

I told them the crankshaft position sensor code was coming up in the code reader as it was bad. They checked it out and said it was fine. They then kept my vehicle for several days after I told them I needed it back right away for a trip out of town. They continued doing diagnostic services on it for several days making the bill higher and higher, and finally called and let me know the car was finally finished at $371.00 Guess which part turned out to be bad in the very 1st place, yes, you guessed it right, the crankshaft position sensor, the part I originally told them was bad in the very 1st place. This part cost about $25. on Amazon, but they felt it was appropriate to charge me $371.00 because it took them days to figure out what was wrong with my car, which I already told them that was probably bad in the 1st place, since this was the code which came up in my code reader. I don't mind paying for great service, but what I received was surely not exceptional service. Have a Blessed day....Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don't want to tell you how wonderful Harry and his team are because selfishly, I want to keep them under the radar, for myself. A special note to women, Tillman's is a safe and respectful place to take your car servicing needs to. You won't get ripped off and he's an extremely kind man, as is his team. I've been going to Tillman's for close to 18 years and every transaction is a rewarding experience. If I moved away, I'd still come back to Harry Tillman Auto. They're pretty damn awesome. Just saying...

We had our vehicle in another shop and because of bad service we took it to Tilmans. They called us the next day before noon and finished the car in a day and charged us half of what the nightmare garage wanted to charge us! We are Happy customers! Would recommend this place !!! They are Honest people!

They are very professional and can diagnose a problem better than others I have used in the past. They also only fix the problem! They don't overcharge or do more than you bargained for because they are truly fair and honest.
