Phenomenal! Kevin Penny did a GREAT JOB!!!!! Explained everything so clearly. He also sold my wife her car too! I only test drove one vehicle so that is a testament to Kevin. He picked the perfect car. Laura was also great andalso worked w my wife with her car. Cannot be happier. Genesis of West Chester was great. I'd love my next car to be. Genesis EV or Hybrid crossover. And Genesis of West Chester will be the 1st I reach out to!!!!!

2nd purchase. Both with Hakan. I highly recommend Hakan, Piazza Hyundai and Hyundai as a brand. He has made both purchases smooth and made the dealership experience relaxing.My 2020 Santa Fe was purchased new and I have 139k miles and all I have needed to do was preventative maintenence, tires and Brakes. I m expecting the same from our new Palisade.

Great customer service. My car service took 11/2 days longer than expected. My service Manger keep me informed about the delay and progress AND delivered my car to my house. We live in Delaware and there are no Genesis dealerships anymore in the state.

Great place to purchase a car. Hones fair conversations. No high pressure manipulations and a collaborative environment where you feel everyone believes you are their customer not just go talk to your salesman . It really felt like I was a friend buying a car from my friend s dealership. Can t say enough about positive experience here. Highly recommend.

Some of the best in the business here. Accommodating, friendly, funny, and they have a great product. Bought a Santa Fe here 12 years ago through Ron Homnack and happily owned that car until this year, when I bought my Palisade through Ron Homnack again. Everyone else that helped us through our transition into a new car this time, for a family of 4 now, was also a delight. Jodi, Kevin, Laura, and everyone else there made it a great experience. I ll be back here in, hopefully, another 12 years looking for a new car for me and passing down the Palisade to the kids.

5 stars for the valet. Very helpful and supportive.1 star for the service. Reasons:1. Genesis as a luxury brand should always use full synthetic oil like what all other luxury brands are doing instead of synthetic blend. It is only few bucks more but good for the longevity of the engine.2. no loader car as promised3. been told valet is going to arrive at 10am. No one shows up until 2pm. No one called me to explain. This is ridiculous.4. original schedule online in Mar 12. In that date, I was told they never receive my schedule.

I walked it asked for Ron Looked at the car I thought I wanted test drive it then my wife said no she said get the Prestige in White and Black. It just happened there was one one the lot so I said I wanted that. I looked at it and fell in love the the Black seats and carpet test drove it and came back on Saturday to pick it up the process was seamless would recommend all my friends to come here to bye there Genesis.

Always great service here (actually I was at Piazza Hyundai of West Chester; they also do Genesis service). Great staff, and my service rep for this visit, DWAINE, was fantastic. Four stars only because the "while you wait" service did not work out; just the same, they arranged transport to and from my home so I wasn't stuck in the waiting room for hours. The wait to check in can take a bit of time but from my observations primarily because they give each customer plenty of time to ask questions and provide details of an issue or services desired without making them feel rushed. Make sure to schedule service appointments with plenty of advance notice as they have a thriving service shop (with good reason).

I had scheduled an oil change/maintenance service and after dropping off my car, I received a phone call to be informed that I needed x,y, and z done to my car and was well over an expense that I was not expecting. The delivery of the phone call was not terrible but it was not pleasant either. I m glad I went to pick up my car at the end of the day to ask more questions and felt more relieved and understood knowing what was only recommended, not required. The person I spoke to DJ, or aka Dwight, completely changed the perspective and now more willing to work out the issues that arose on my vehicle. I think it s important that when anyone is coming to this dealership to ask questions even if the other person on the phone is ignorant (just not knowing) what all needs to be done or how things work. Research the parts and labor of what everything is provided or recommended I ve been coming to this dealership for over three years and usually always have a pleasant experience.

I was so pleased with the service I received at this dealership from the start.I didn t need to worry about where to park because as soon as I pulled in the lot, the valet attendant was there to quickly direct me to the service department. Where I met Joe, who reviewed the details of my service and the time it would take. Then I headed to waiting area, which was clean, had a charging station for devices and comfortable chairs. My wait was not long before Joe updated me on the status of my vehicle and future maintenance issues I needed to address sooner than later. Then before I knew it my vehicle was ready. Thanks to Joe and service manager, Tommy I was on my way.

Wow, i was actually kinda blown away right out of the gate with the whole team. The appointment setup was quick and when i got there the check in was quick too and everybody was so friendly, they paid for an uber ride home for me too and also had one pick me up when my car was ready a short time later. They even had valet 2 bring my car around. The service guys were amazing as well, the work was very professional and they informed me of future potential issues and offered to finish them all that day. Their my guys now going forward after this extremely pleasant experience. Thankyou all!

Absolute gems from beginning to end. Stayed in contact every single step of the way. Made pick up and drop off of the loaner easy as Sunday morning! Worked with Dennis and DJ and a younger female in the very beginning. Every single one played a huge part in my positive experience. I don t who hired DJ but somebody give that man a raise! I listened to him speak to what seemed an incredibly irate customer on the phone and this man listened and understood what her frustrations were and that makes all the difference bc I would ve probably hung up lol Would most certainly make this my dedicated spot for Hyundai service and sales. Honestly the best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Service TEAM that work here are top notch. Dwaine the service desk staff was super helpful and understanding. Overall experience was very good the sales manager John was very polite and well spoken other than waiting for an hour for the finance manager to come finish up the paperwork we did not have any difficulty. The process took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours seeing the car, going for a ride, finalizing the papers.

Good: they paid for lyft to take me home and pick me up.The salesman, John, helped me put Bluelink on my phone. The service work seemed to be ok. BAD: I had an appointment at 8:30am for routine maintenance. Took the car in the night before. Finally I called them at 4 pm the next day. They still didn't have it done. 8:30 appointment should have been done by late morning.

Great experience all around. I didn t realize there was no waiting room so they arranged an Uber to drop me off and pick me up. Had general maintenance done and some recall issues addressed on my Tucson - fixed within 2-3 hours, which is BY FAR better than I experienced at the dealership in Newark, too many times. Great communication with a few issues that cropped up. Found pricing reasonable. Highly recommend this team. I will drive the extra 15-20 minutes and pay PA taxes for the quality.

Great service, super friendly, truly helpful and I mean they seem like actually nice people who really want to help you, not just workers following a customer service script. I go here because it s closer to my home than the dealership from which I purchased my Hyundai. Highly recommend!

I needed a service appointment as soon as possible. It was my own fault for waiting so long and I worried I was causing possible damage to my engine. Their schedule was booked for weeks. Jessica managed to fit me in. I was elated. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a very good experience at Piazza's West Chester location. It was a pleasure dealing with Stefan, Jodi and Laura. They made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure. Fair price and no hard sales pitches. They took the time to answer any questions and explain the features of each Tucson trim package in detail. We ultimately purchased the Tucson SEL Convenience Package and . we are very happy with our decision.
