Just purchased a new Thor Axis for business and pleasure. Frank, Maureen and Andrew are all rock stars and made the entire experience a pleasure. The ladies at reception were great too. Super nice people willing to take time to answer plenty of dumb questions. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with how CLEAN everything was; the lot, the buildings and especially the campers. Purchased our first camper somewhere else a few years ago and upon returning, we were very unhappy at the state of it and how dirty the campers were inside.Our salesman Frank was great. We told him what we were looking for and he pinpointed the perfect camper for us. We went for the Imagine2970. Sales experience went smooth and quick. The walk through was very nice (plus it s indoors). Would definitely recommend you shop here for your next camper.

We purchased a RV back in April from Frank. It was an easy sale process, since we were already dead set on which RV we wanted, but he helped us reach a deal that worked out well for us. We were happy with the experience and would purchase from Stoltzfus and Frank again.

We recently had our trailer serviced at general RV (formerly Stoltzfus RV and Marine). We had Five Star Service from Three Great Employees. It started with Jeremy who arranged for us to bring in our trailer earlier then scheduled since we were having trouble with our front jacks. Due to the jack problems we had trouble unhitching from the truck and he stepped in and got us unhooked. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to RVs. Then Kayte our service advisor took the time to listen to our concerns and provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. Kayte always has a smile on her face and is willing to do what it takes to make her customers happy. It ended with Brian the service tech. Brian is a great mechanic who is honest and we have the utmost confidence in him. Brian has done work for us in the past and we have never had to bring our trailer back because the work was done incorrectly.Great team effort!Mark & Debbie Sandilands

Before purchasing, we did a lot of research on what we wanted. One dealer we went to made us crazy with calls which was a total turn off! We went to Stoltzfus as our local Maryland dealer had no InTech s to sell. We are only 8 hours into ownership of our new InTech Sol Dawn, but as far as the experience of buying, Tim was amazing as was Marty and Declan. This was a no pressure sale and doing homework as the consumer is really crucial in any purchase like this. You really need to read up on anything like this you buy. There really are better units than others. It tows like a dream and a definite step up from both our other units. We hope to be happy for many years with our purchase!

Rv purchase with Stoltzfus rv s & marinegreat experience, all staff are friendly and honestI highly recommend Stoltzfus specially, first Rv buys my first experience from Hershey park Rv Show 2 years ago it was a very bad experience from other company they try to push to selling everything don t even need and charge me lot it but Stoltzfus Rv they didn t Push me to make purchase I feel good and very comfortablehighly recommended

The team made sure we had an exceptional experience buying our first travel trailer. Our sales man, Kevin was polite, informative and was knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer to our questions, he made sure he got us an answer. The demo was exceptional. Derald made sure we knew the ins and outs of the camper and demonstrated how to utilize the functionality of the unit. We are very pleased with Tony in finance. He worked to provide us with our financial needs and came to a reasonable conclusion. The delivery manager, Jeremy was very knowledgeable and gaves us several pointers of how to make our camping experience more enjoyable.

the 5 stars goes to this particular location in Wilmington pike Westchester PA. Not everything went perfect, but in just a very few minutes the sales team john alexander, Scott Dodge took very serious what happened when the particular unit was a slight difference in the beds on the unit. we spoke about it and came to terms. shake hands and moved on with the delivery presentation, Dominic Colelli the delivery specialist, was probably one the most exceptional individuals that knew the Intech OVR expedition. I thought it was very nice to have someone go step by step with you on the whole unit. it was like a VIP presentation. we drove 1,100 miles to pick up our unit and they made sure we made it back home safe. thank you, Andrew smith, for making sure the unit was ready with fresh water and everything operational for us to travel.

I called them and Kevin Walsh answered the phone. He was very courteous and eager to gain our business. I explained our situation with our fifth wheel being just too big for our use. He worked with us and the whole team to make a deal happen that was fair for both parties. The sales and finance experience was top notch along with the walk through with Chris in the service department. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.

BUYER BEWARE Stoltzfus Rv and Marine , now General RV. We purchased a unit in April 2023 and still have not received the last of the parts that needed to be replaced. Grand Design did all they could as far as supplying new parts to dealer for replacement. The PDI-Pre delivery inspection, if done, was terrible. The cabinets had construction material and debris in cabinets. The Happy Jack bed system had a broken gear in it. The person that showed the unit said, there is a lot of weight on the bed do it will jump around like the. Pieces of trim were cracked or delaminated. The washer dryer installed from dealer was a used unit scratched and dented. The hot and cold water lines where twisted, they must of hooked it up, ran it, them shoved it back in the closet. The brackets to hold the unit in place were installed so it could shift to the left. Katie did all she could for what the management allowed, Eventually Brian Crantz took over the case. Never had so much double talk about status of parts, liked to blame on manufacturer , its on back order with no estimated delivery date I called Grand design myself and spoke with Brittany Porter (excellent service) she said it was never ordered! Talked to Brian and he denied saying that. My fianc� was apart of both phone calls( car phone) and was in shock when he tried to back track. We are in another state for work and asked about the last two items I mentioned at the beginning, 2 screens. The screens were ordered from the dealership, I was told that they had no idea when manufacture would have replacements. We are in Michigan and spoke to General Rv in Brownstown Michigan. I told them about the screens. They reached out to PA about screens. The bottom line was, they ordered the screens and we had them in two weeks. Thanks General RV in Michigan.

Andrew DeBlase was a fantastic salesperson! He was available every step of the way for every question that we had. He was super friendly and enthusiastic to help us with our dream of purchasing an RV. We were so happy to have had him guide us in this process. We strongly recommend him to others!Tony in finance made the process easy and was super helpful and friendly.The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. We even brought our two small dogs into the facility for every step of the process.We had a several hour orientation in our camper to learn how everything works. This was super beneficial and helped reduce our anxiety about all of the things to learn.Steve in the parts department was an expert in all things needed for RV s and guided us in preparing for black water clean out, electrical concerns at campgrounds and other things to be prepared for.Overall we are very satisfied with the entire process and thrilled with our new camper!Thanks so much!

The sales staff were friendly and not your typical pushy salesmen. I already knew what I wanted before I arrived, so it was easy for us to go in and view the trailer we wanted. I could apply for financing right through their website which saved time on arrival. If you are looking for a trailer I highly recommend Stoltzfus RV. The orientation went well and they didn't push me to make purchases in the store, however, they did let me know everything I would need and I received a discount on the items in the store because I purchased the trailer. Go check them out if you are in need or want to purchase a trailer.

The inventory is extensive and everyone is friendly. Our sales person, Kevin W, listened to our wish list, showed us options, and let us explore on our own. It was a great and low pressure buying experience. On pick up day, Jeremy & George answered all our questions and we received all the info we need to start using our new travel trailer as soon as spring arrives!

Timothy was extremely helpful. He made himself available to us every step of the way and made all three of us feel comfortable and included. He even helped us troubleshoot and navigate our new Travel Trailer. Every time we call Stoltzfus, someone happily answers to offer help. Their supply shop has a great selection too!

Bought a used motorhome there when it was Stoltzfus. Been back after they were bought by General RV and the same great staff is still there. I suspect it will be the same great place that it was before the purchase but even better now with the backing of General RV. Will still remain my goto RV dealership.

I have been a customer at Stoltzfus RV and Marine in West Chester, PA for the past 4 to 5 years. I was somewhat concerned when they recently merged with General RV. I had my first interaction with new management today and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The same loyal staff remains and the same excellent service continues. Specifically, my service experience was excellent (Thank you Kayte!). Their technicians, especially Ian and Chuck are knowledgable, personable, and quite capable. I have complete confidence in returning to general RV of West Chester for my future RV needs.

Wow! We just bought our very first camper---an InTech Flyer Chase. We wanted a small, rugged camper to go with our new Jeep Wrangler Sahara and when we saw the one we bought on Stoltzfus's website, we knew it was what we had been looking for. We drove 3 � hours to go look at it and bought it on the spot. The sales rep, Frank Bailor, could not have been more helpful, more enthusiastic, and gave us the most reasonable and best price on the 2022 InTech Flyer Chase camper. I am a writer and words fail me as to how much praise and gratitude I could heap on Frank. The entire team of men that worked with us explaining every safety measure, hooking up the camper to our jeep, all the features inside and outside the camper went out of their way to take their time and make certain we understood what they explained. AND, best of all, everyone made a fuss over our elderly blind chihuahua, Scout! The made him feel welcome and could not have been kinder and gentler with him. All in all, I must say, this was THE BEST purchase experience for us. We are definitely novices but after all the time everyone spent with us we felt comfortable and confident driving back to upstate NY with our new camper, which we have named Atticus.

We recently purchased a 2020 Grand Design Solitude 390RK fifth wheel from Stoltzfus RV's and Marine. From beginning to the end our salesperson, Frank Baylor, was simply awesome in assisting us in the purchase of this RV.During the RV search process, Frank was very personable, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the products.On the day we showed up to purchase our new RV, we were welcomed with a sign at the front entrance that congratulated us on our new purchase. Frank also placed a sign of congratulations on the door of our newly purchased RV. After the purchase process was complete, Frank took pictures of our family in front of our new RV and even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure we made it home safely and that all was good with our new purchase. These types of personal touches make you want to be a return customer in the future. Looking forward to some great adventures in our new RV!

We just purchased a new Sunseeker Mercedes motor home and Frank Bailor was our salesman. Frank has many years of sales with Stoltzfus and that said a lot to us. So many of the big box RV retailers have a huge turnover of sales and service people. Not at Stoltzfus RV and Marine. This employee owned business has been around for a long time and people like Frank have been with them more than 30 years. No sales pressure, the best fair price upfront, no games, just good customer service and education about your purchase. The pre delivery prep was very thorough and they also spent several hours teaching us how everything works on our unit. We re extremely pleased with our beautiful Sunseeker and can t wait for the summer camping with it in Maine (this summer). Next spring we ll be crossing the country to the West Coast. RV travel is awesome!

These guys are great to work with! Kevin Walsh was our sales guy, very responsive and accommodating. Marty showed us around the camper and was very helpful, he even took my son on a golf cart ride with me while we were waiting. Jeremy was on it and has been with any questions after our purchase! Highly recommend and will do business here again.

This is one of the best service experiences we have ever had. Every person we met was courteous and professional. We had a slide roller that fell out of the bottom of the RV and also had some water issues.Since they know what they are doing we were in and out in an hour and a half. We would highly recommend them if you need service for your RV.

The Tiffin Allegro Bus 40IP was the third class A motorhome we have purchased from Stoltzfus. It was purchased as a corporate RV for use for a variety of purposes.The sales associate, Frank, was attentive to our needs, and helped find the right RV in the right timeline. He was extremely communicative and available as needed. Frank went above and beyond to give us great value on our trade-in RV.Tony handled the paperwork and financials. He was clear pre-purchase what needed to be done to complete the sale efficiently. Completion of paperwork took 15 minutes, if not less.Christian walked me through all of the features of the new RV. He was organized and thoughtful describing all aspects of the new rig. Truly top-notch walkthrough!Bob made himself available to discuss past concerns with RV service scheduling and communication, and provided a clear action plan to assure the concerns were addressed in the future.Thanks to everyone at Stoltzfus for your 5 star service and attention. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We came in just looking to see if there were any travel trailers that would fit our needs but light enough to be pulled with my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We met with Frank Bailor and he took the time to show us what he had on the lot and what I could pull. We wound up buying a used 2022 Intech Sol Eclipse with the rover package. A few weeks later when we came to pick it up they had all the paperwork ready to be signed and while we took care of that Jeremy Mercado got my weight distribution hitch and trailer set up for towing. They also went over the trailer with us and showed us how everything inside and outside worked. We were very happy with our experience.

I recently purchased a 2023 Aliner Scout from Stoltzfus, and I had a great experience. My sales rep, Kevin Walsh, was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. When I went to pick up my trailer, a nice guy named Marty showed me how everything works. He was also friendly and knowledgeable.Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Stoltzfus RV's and Marine. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new RV.
